Max charged towards the perfect warrior not daring to underestimate his strength.

Suddenly disappearing from the front, Max began his assault using his signature dimensional barrage, however, the very first time as he closed in on his opponent to land a hit, the perfect warrior seemed to already notice his movement and was ready to counter as his eyes never left Max despite him travelling through the fourth dimension.

" The heck...?" Max cursed as he abandoned the attack and moved far away from the perfect warrior as he tried to understand as to how his opponent was tracking his movements despite him moving through a different dimension?

" Oh... you have nice battle instincts, much better than your brother's I must admit" the perfect warrior said as he appreciated Max's instincts to change his plan of attack to one of self preservation, as if he had followed through with the attack, then the perfect warrior would have blasted a hole through his abdomen.

One of the main reasons why dimensional walk was so effective was that while using the move, an individual traversed distance through the fourth dimension which was impossible to detect by normal techniques.

Unless you were in the void dimension yourself, as per Max's knowledge it was impossible to detect the move in advance, yet the perfect warrior's eyes tracked Max perfectly as he moved through the fourth dimension as if he could see right through it.

Somehow, it gave Max an eerie, ominous feeling that made him abandon his plan of attack as he strongly felt like things would not end well for him if he stubbornly followed through.

The yin seed, a.k.a the seed of destruction was useless without its pair the yang seed, a.k.a the seed of creation and since Max had not yet mastered the seed of creation, the perfect warrior descended to snatch it from his control.

Come show me your power" The perfect warrior instigated, however, his provocations fell on deaf ears as Max knew better than being instigated by such empty words.

He instead activated [ Mind Reader ] and used [ Call Of Sanguis ] to transform the terrain around him into a river of blood, a space that he was most comfortable with.

He tried to read the perfect warrior's thoughts, however, not a single text bubble popped over his head as seconds passed yet his opponent stood unmoving and unassuming.

Finally, many breaths later, a text bubble popped up over his head that said 'I have literally invented this move boy, don't use it on me' which thrashed all of Max's hopes of trying to predict his opponents attacks by reading his thoughts.

The mind reader attack, the move that he was so proud of for being unique, was a move created and mastered by the perfect warrior and was ineffective against him.

The fight between the two had not even properly started, yet Max already felt an indescribable pressure in trying to face him as before he even made a move, his opponent seemed to have a counter ready for it.
