Chapter 941 Good-bye

( Odin's POV )

After being blasted aside by Rudra's power, Odin and Beniogre rolled on the expensive floor of the Rajput capital for several minutes to come as they struggled to overcome the lingering effects of Rudra's true aura.

" You dragged me into this mess Odin, I'm married now, I can't handle such stress" Beniogre said as she complained to Odin about how she was a different woman now than she was in her younger days and how she did not appreciate adventure.

The process of embedding the various seeds into Rudra's body was not easy at all. Although embedding the seed of chaos was the hardest, embedding the other seeds was no child's play either.

Beniogre had to strain herself to the limits, while Odin also expended a lot of vitality supporting Rudra's body.

The end result was something neither Odin nor Beniogre could have ever imagined as when the 7 seeds harmonised in Rudra's body, Rudra's physical body disintegrated completely as he took a higher form where he existed as nothing but pure energy.

Although Odin did not look like he had aged at all, the toll of spending close to 30,000 years worth of vitality to support Rudra had left his body feeling extremely weak.

The reason behind why he had not died was because he was the soulmancer of the perfect warrior and could not perish till his master was alive, however, Odin was sure that this was a once in a life-time ordeal.

If he ever tried to pull off a stunt like this again, the perfect warrior was more likely to cut him off rather than suffering such losses.

" So.... When do you think he will ascend? He has forcefully stopped his ascension as of now, but the laws of the universe won't let him stay here for too long. noVε(lb-1n

He's too strong for this space and he will be pushed out soon right?" Beniogre asked, almost hopefully as she could not wait for Rudra to leave the universe so that some of its normalcy could be restored.

She was a monarch yet the lingering aura of Rudra made her knees feel weak even a full two hours after being exposed to his strength which was absolutely ridiculous to think about.

" If I'm not wrong, he has less than a day. After that he will ascend" Odin confirmed as Beniogre sighed in relief.

" You better pay up before he ascends Odin, although I can't extort that man for payment, I will hound you endlessly if I don't get it" Beniogre said as Odin chuckled.

" Queen, can you help me settle the debt" Odin said with a joyous undertone as instantly a mountain of gold coins dropped out of thin air beside Beniogre.

*CHING CHA CHING*

" Holy mother of life-" Beniogre swore as she scorned looking at Odin.

Somehow the fact that the queen was able to manifest such wealth and rare items out of nowhere made Beniogre feel jealous.

The queen was the most important treasure trove of the universe with endless knowledge and resources yet she was still subdued and was loyal to one family.

" Thankyou for the money-" Beniogre said as she stored it all in her inventory and took her merry leave from the Rajput capital.

( Meanwhile Rudra )

Today was the first time when Rudra brought his family to roam the streets of the completed Rajput Capital for the first time ever.

The atmosphere in the family was merry, as no-one was any wiser that today was going to be the last time that they saw Rudra.

Ruby and Naomi talked about what they wanted to do with Rudra in the days to come and how they planned to transform this place into the most lively and beautiful abode, whereas Jake, Amy and Kartikeya tried to soak in as to how difficult it was to create a place like this?

Having experienced the realities of the universe now, they understood the true value and rarity of a ( rare ) grade treasure and the various power players that controlled the universe, which is why they truly understood just how difficult it must have been for their father to create an empire such as this and they respected him endlessly for it.

Internally they wondered if they would ever reach his heights, however, Rudra who was watching them all just tried to soak this scene in as best as he could as this was the last time he was going to be together with his family, probably forever.

As they reached the main palace at the heart of the capital, which was meant to be the new Rajput household, Rudra stood at the gate before the family and smiled a sad smile as he said " I have an announcement to make...."

Everyone paused what they were doing and looked at Rudra as he continued.

" After my isolated training, I have reached tier9 and will be leaving the controlled universe soon" Rudra said as softly as he could, however, there was no softening the impact of his words.

" What do you mean you will be leaving the controlled universe dad? Leaving for where? When will you be back?" Kartikeya asked, however, he was the only one confused as Ruby and Naomi began crying instantly.

" As we walk into this house, it's probably the first and only time we will walk inside together as my time in this universe is up.

This capital, the queen, the prestige of the Rajput family, all that is just materialistic things.

Things I once thought were important to secure your future, but I was wrong.

After I leave the universe, the only legacy I leave behind will be you three.

Whether you take care of your mother's, take care of each other, take care of the universe, that is what shall make or break the Rajput legacy and I have complete faith that you guys will bring the house name to great heights.

Jake, after me the family's safety will be your responsibility.

Your uncle Max will be the next supreme leader since you're not ready, but I think he'll be joining me in about a 100 years himself which gives you a short timespan to become capable enough of being a supreme lord.

Amy, you are the glue that holds this family together.

You are the bridge between your mothers and your brothers and the one who keeps tensions from rising.

No matter what happens, don't let the integrity of our family break in the future okay?

And Kartikeya. I raised you as a lion, but you behave as a kitten.

You are the most prodigious child I've ever seen, yet one small setback has completely wiped away your pride and self confidence.

Of my three children, only you have the potential to surpass me and your uncle Max in strength and if you wish to do me proud, YOU have to reach your full potential.

I'm not dying, and I shall sure as hell be always watching. Maybe in the future if there's a way to come back to the controlled universe, I'll do that too, however, until I figure that out, this will be my last day with you all" Rudra said as a small tear escaped his eye.
