Asiva was pissed.

She was about as pissed at Anna as she was at the cat-woman that Max hooked up with casually back in university.

She did not like the idea of having to share Max with anyone, however, at the same time she could also not deny Anna's feelings as being anything but genuine.

Anna loved Max from the time that he was a nobody and she was the elven princess.

She had nothing to gain from being with Max except his love and yet she stuck by him through thick and thin.

She had fought wars for him, she had trained hard to improve for him and as much as Asiva wanted to deny her claim on Max, she did understand that Anna did have the right to make a claim.

It wasn't like she did not consider Anna to be a friend. She did.

She knew that if she was ever stuck in a dungeon or in a war, she could most definitely rely on Anna to cover her back. However, for her sharing Max and his love was the one most difficult thing for her to endure.

Sighing deeply, she swallowed her anger as she spoke rationally " You know, if it was before I'd never even consider giving you or anyone else a piece of Max's heart.

I love him..... I love him more than I've ever loved anyone and I can't stand seeing him sad or unhappy.

I know you care for him too, and I do respect the fact that you came to me first even though you did not have to.

It atleast shows that we share a healthy friendship and can speak our minds to one another.

To be honest, I don't think I can give you my blessings to pursue his love, I won't be able to.

But ever since I've become pregnant, I know that I'll have someone just as important to me as Max is, and that changes a lot of things.

When I see your sister and Naomi together with the kids, I don't see jealousy or competition, the two are best friends who look after one another and each other's kids because they thought their husband was dead.

It's a beautiful relationship they share and looking at them I felt like, maybe, just maybe, having more wives who are like sisters to one another might be a good thing rather than a bad thing.

The brighter he shines, the more women vy for him, and I'd much rather he be married to you rather than to some daughter of the Velter clan.

I never want to think that he will die and leave me alone in this universe, but at the same time the rational part in me also tells me that it's not impossible that such an outcome happens.

He has many enemies and just like Shakuni it's possible that someday someone forces him to disappear for a while.

Same way, the assassination recently made me realise that it's not just Max who might die.

Maybe, it's me who does before him.

If such a scenario happens and my child is without a mother's love, I'd like someone to fill my shoes in his life and give him the feminine care, so yes, I do think that having two women in Max's harem is not a bad idea.

Yes, I'd much rather it be you....

I know you love Max and are a good fit.

However, I'm sorry if I cannot give you tips or help you win his heart.

I'm still overly possessive of him and it'll take me time to register the fact that there might be multiple women in his harem.

But I won't stop you from chasing him either, currently I'm sure he doesn't see you that way, but if you can make him fall for you then I'd definitely welcome you as my sister "

Anna's elf ears perked up straight as she heard this.

She could not believe that Asiva gave her so many concessions instead of abusing her outright.

When she walked into the room she was expecting a brawl, a nasty cat-fight, one that could potentially damage their relation forever, however what she received instead was warm consideration and it most definitely touched her heart.

She hugged Asiva tightly and assured her that she would never come after her title of the ' First Queen ' and that she would most definitely love her children the same way as they were hers.

Asiva remained unresponsive to her comments and acts of love, but for Anna this was enough.

A big burden had been lifted off her heart today and now she felt as light as a feather in trying to win over Max's heart.

( Meanwhile the boys )

" We should have a tournament in honour of your wedding.

It can be like fighters who will fight for the entertainment of the masses and for the lovely couple!

I'll take part too, kick some butt... " Sebastian suggested as Max looked at Severus in puzzlement.

" No, no, no, Sebastian you are misunderstanding the concept of a grand gesture.

It has to be romantic, you can't do tournaments for wedding.... I think " Severus refuted, unsure if his line of thinking was correct or not as the thought of a tournament did sound cool

" Yeah no tournaments, I don't want to show Asiva blood and gore, I've heard that babies might be impressionable " Max said, passing the final verdict on the topic as the three men sighed collectively.

Max had called Severus and Sebastian in the room today to discuss having a wedding planned for himself and Asiva, but the two men were more or less useless in this aspect.

" I vote for having a wedding planner take over the event. Maybe one of your sisters in law or Anna? " Sebastian said as Severus instantly seconded the option.

" I agree, but I can't find the whereabouts of my sister's in law, so I guess Anna is our only hope " Max said, as he resolved to visit Anna later in the night.
