( In the controlled universe, Kremeth's planet )

After handing over the Vayu-Astra to Sebastian, Kremeth had eased into retirement.

Without his trusty weapon he seemed to have aged another hundred years, yet, there was a grace to his ageing.

His smile seemed vibrant and full of life as he began to enjoy the simplicities of life like his favourite herb stew and a stroll through his well maintained garden.

There was nothing that Kremeth wanted with the universe anymore other than seeing his disciples blossom into pillars of the light faction that he knew that they could be.

As such he had no regrets about his life other than the fact that he did not get to gloat as much as he wanted to in the face of Odin after he defeated his army.

He also regretted not taking in more disciples when he was still young and energetic, as if he did that he could have already created a next coward monarch.

But he did not mind that one much as he knew that sooner or later both Max and Mira would reach the monarch status, cementing his legacy as the ultimate teacher.

" You may have Lucifer and Micheal as your disciples, Odin, but in the end I didn't do much worse either " Kremeth said with a satisfied smile as he felt that even in this department he did not lose to his lifelong rival.

Just as he was about to pack up his soup making pot and go back inside his hut, Kremeth felt an incoming attack towards himself as he left the pot and jumped to the side to evade the attack.

*BOOM*

Kremeth rolled in the dirt and did not even bother to look back as to who sneak attacked him as he bolted straight in the opposite direction of where the attack came from in his top speed.

He was a retired coward but a coward nonetheless, hence if he could avoid a fight he would always prefer to run than to fight.

Unfortunately for him, however, the opponent this time had already predicted that this would be his exact course of action as he was waiting for him precisely in the direction he was moving in.

*SWOOSH*

A blood cutter attack sliced through Kremeth's chest, creating a two inch thick gash as the old turtle was caught unaware.

" Angakok ….. " Kremeth spoke with disgust in his voice as he recognised the caster of the blood attack.

" Running as always aren't you? Master Kremeth ? " Angakok replied as he walked out from behind a tree and looked Kremeth in the eyes.

Angakok looked much less intimidating in the body of Khnum.

He was much shorter, his muscle definition was average and his hairline was a mess.

He looked like a bald uncle in his sixties with barely a few hairs left with the only redeeming feature of his face being the dark purple eyes that gave him the killer look.

" Hahaha, you look nice bald-e-kok " Kremeth joked as he unleashed a massive wind tornado attack towards Angakok.

[ Blood Rain ]

[ Return ]

Angakok reversed the target of Kremeth's spell from himself back to the caster and also started a blood rain spell to change the terrain into one that was advantageous for himself. I think you should take a look at

Kremeth managed to disperse the wind spell headed towards him with ease, however, he could only disrupt the rain spell enough so that all the downpour could be carried away by strong winds to far away areas and not affect the ground that he was standing on directly.

" You are weak without the Vayu-Astra aren't you?

The Kremeth I knew would have dispersed the rain clouds with ease, " Angakok commented as he took joy in Kremeth's weakness.

" The Angakok I remember could have killed me in 3 moves.

So, don't mind if we both agree that we are past our prime " Kremeth retorted right back as he shrugged his shoulders in amusement.

His remark hit Angakok's weak spot as the shaman god's face tightened.

" I've suffered a lot because of you, old friend, 2000 YEARS of careful planning, all ruined because of you and the dumb sea god who I've already put to rest.

Today, it's your turn to understand that standing against Angakok comes with severe consequences, " Angakok said as he raised both his arms and began gathering divine essence.

Kremeth too grit his teeth and for just a moment regained his muscular form as he tried to conjure a tier7 wind spell.

Both of them took exactly 6 seconds to cast their respective spells, which just went to show how proficient they were in casting their divine attacks that should take much longer to cast.

[ Shaman God's Revenge ]

[ Wind God's Blessing ]

Angakok crystallised all the blood rain that had fallen in the surrounding vicinity and converted it to small needle like crystals, numbering in billions total, as he sent them all towards Kremeth.

Kremeth on the other hand summoned the projection of the Wind God Vayu himself, as his body was shrouded by the wind gods Avatar which sent a Karate style chop towards Angakok.

The billions of small blood crystal needles collided against the wind god's avatar from all sides and decimated the projection before impaling into Kremeth's frail old body.

Kremeth's attack on the other hand hit squarely across Angakok's left shoulder and severed it clean.

" Umfgh "

" Gah "

Both Kremeth and Angakok were severely injured, however, Angakok's needles had the added effect of paralysis, which caused Kremeth to become incapable of movement, while the heavily injured Angakok still could.

Walking towards Kremeth with a sinister smile on his face as his own arm bled profusely, Angakok began singing a lullaby-

Kremeth smiled, he knew his death had arrived, however, he did not fear it.

A small tear formed in his right eye as he felt a pinch in his heart about not getting to see Max become the vampire king, but he did not let it fall and let Angakok have a laugh about his weakness.

" Remember boys- Eat, play and exercise well, but remember to never fight if it can be avoided. That is the Coward's way…. " Kremeth murmured as those were his last words before Angakok stood over his body and decapitated his head.

With this, ended the legend of Master Kremeth the great coward.
