Max landed in the middle of the orb field with a Bang! However, within a couple of seconds of his entry a high demon was onto him as he came flying towards Max and tried to grab him shoulder first to get him out of the orb field.

" Fool " Max said with a smile as he raised an earthen wall out of nowhere and completely blocked the demon's path, dooming it to crash straight into the area with his current momentum.

*CRASH*

The high demon commander retrieved two axes out of his inventory and slashed down the earthen wall as if it was made of butter as he continued his flight towards Max.

As the dust settled, Max found himself face-to-face with a High Demon, his sinister red eyes ablaze with a murderous intent. The demon, a hulking figure that stood two heads taller than Max, wielded dual axes, each etched with runes that pulsed with a foreboding energy. With a roar that echoed across the orb field, the demon lunged, his axes aimed to strike down Max where he stood.

The demon was fast, the axes in his hands cutting through the air like lightning, each stroke a deadly arc that sought to split Max apart. He moved with an intensity and speed that belied his massive size, every blow launched with such raw power that it seemed to distort the very air around them.

By now, Anna had silently landed a few metres beside Max and the normal Red-Foot demons had recovered from the initial tremor caused by Max that threw them off-balance as they began rushing towards the area where their commander was fighting to back him up in battle.

" Not so fast " Anna said as she tightened her bow and began blasting a barrage of arrows at the opponent.

The arrows she was knocking out on her bow were magical, once released they split into 10 separate arrows capable of taking the head off a warrior clean.

Like a machine, Anna rotated 90° every half second as she took a shot, covering 360° perimeter around Max every two seconds, killing 40 demons with every rotation and keeping the perimeter around Max secure.

Sebastian who had landed further away had already summoned the horde as hundreds of thousands of undead warriors, durahals, mages, an elder lich and many small suicide bombers who were charging at the orb field and forcing the enemy soldiers to redirect their attention to stopping the sudden undead horde that had appeared out of nowhere.

" How is this possible? How does the light faction have a necromancer capable of such high level of necromancy? Not even the finest necromancer's can raise a horde this big this fast.

Who is the caster? " A tier5 Red-Foot demon said out loud as he couldn't believe his own eyes on what he was seeing.

A second ago the plains were empty, there was no alerts coming from the scouts in the forest, yet a mere few seconds later a sea of undead were charging towards them covering the once lush green plains into a plain of bones.

" STOP THE UNDEAD, FORM THE LINES, HOLD YOUR GROUND! "

The red demon tried to scream and rally his troops into a proper formation, but the battle had already broken out into a frenzy.

Arrows were flying from both sides, suicide bombers were blowing up defensive lines and durahals were cleaning house.

The Red-Foot demons were caught completely off-guard and needed some time to get into shape.

Meanwhile Max, in the face of such violent aggression by the high demon, remained eerily calm. With a simple flourish of his hand, a gust of wind swept up around him, effortlessly deflecting the demon's frenzied assault. The axes, despite their monstrous energy, were diverted by the wind barrier as if they were no more threatening than twigs.

Unfazed by the demon's formidable offence, Max moved through the battlefield with a fluid grace, his every step in sync with the rhythm of the wind. He summoned powerful gusts and whirlwinds to shield him from the demon's incessant attacks. It was a deadly dance, and Max was the conductor.

For all his brute strength and ferocity, the demon was clearly outclassed. His attacks, once fierce and relentless, became more frantic and less coordinated under Max's steady control. The tide of the battle began to turn, tilting overwhelmingly in Max's favour.

He forced the demon's swings to become progressively wider with each deflection, making his stance more and more susceptible to counter attack.

Each time the demon tried to land a strike, Max would sidestep it with an agility that mirrored the wind itself.

After one such dodge, the demon was carried by his own momentum and was forced to take an extra step to maintain balance as Max instantly retaliated with blasts of condensed air, the invisible force hitting the demon with the impact of a cannonball forcing him to skid across the battlefield, his axes slipping from his grasp.

With a final surge of energy, Max drew upon the wind around him, condensing it into a blade that was sharper and harder than any steel. He dashed forward, the wind blade slicing through the air with a deadly precision. In an instant, it was over. The demon didn't even have time to react before he fell, his body cleanly bisected by Max's wind blade.

The battlefield fell silent. Max, standing amidst the chaos he'd wrought, was an image of an unstoppable force. The demon's attempt to engage him had been soundly defeated, a clear testament to Max's mastery of the wind element and his strategic prowess.

" LORD ARANDALE HAS FALLEN TO THE VAMPIRE! "

Soon the news that their commander had fallen to Max spread across the entire battlefield, the news being a clear morale sapper as the entire army bore the weight of their commander being defeated.

Anna, who had been relentlessly shooting arrows and covering Max uptil now was finally surrounded by demons now and did not have any room to shoot.

Sticking an arrow with her hands into a demon's eye she backflipped off kicking his shoulder and created some distance for herself.

" Lord Ravan, some help! " Anna cried as she brought Max's attention to her predicament.

Max plucked a huge boulder from the ground, creating a gaping hole in the plains and threw it with his bare strength precisely just over Anna's head as the boulder crashed into at least 3 dozen demons and rolled onwards to kill a dozen more.

Anna looked at the size of the massive boulder and then at the small man who tossed it like it weighed nothing and squinted her eyes like the world no longer made sense.

She had known that Max was ridiculously strong, yet seeing him do feats like these without breaking a sweat really changed her perspective on what ridiculously strong meant.

However the question in her mind was not about Max, but rather about the strength of the old man whose legs even Max was unable to displace even a centimetre.

If Max could pull the earth apart like it was nothing, why could he not pull up the old man's leg?

" On your right " Max said, alerting Asiva of the incoming demon on her right as she turned to shoot him.

She had a lot of questions in her mind but now was not the time to think about them. For now she needed to focus on the battle at hand.
