Chapter 164: AI Alice Vs August Maijune 2

''I am home with my husband and he is preparing me a meal'' August Maijune said and walked up to Aaron Saint as she continued while her free hand touched his chest ''I am going to do a lot of naughty things to him after feeding my stomach. So, let's catch up tomorrow, big sis'' August Maijune said as her hand started moving towards Aaron Saint's waist.

''You little pervert. Now I know you are really the one'' Liyah said over the phone and overheard Aaron Saint's voice.

''Stop messing around August Maijune'' Aaron Saint said and hit her hand and she hissed.

''That hurts, Aaron Saint. I just want to feel you up'' August Maijune said and Liyah Myers screamed on the phone.

''You little wench. I can't believe you are letting me hear all that. I'm hanging up. You think you are the only one who has a capable husband? My husband is in the shower and I'm joining him soon, bye pervert''

"Which husband? The same one that has traveled out of the City?" August Maijune mocked Liyah.

"Hump, I am not talking to you anymore"

Liyah Myers said and hung up.

August Maijune placed the phone on the table and stood closely by Aaron Saint's side and whispered seductively into his ears ''Aaron Saint, I'm glad we are married and I can do anything I want to and with you. Trust me I would have raped you if we weren't married by now''

Aaron Saint banged the knife in his hand on the table and turned to face August Maijune ''August Maijune, are you not hungry anymore?'' he asked trying to control himself.

''I am but you are wasting so much time'' August Maijune said and kissed him adding 'besides, I missed you a lot''

'"Don't say I didn't warn you'' Aaron Saint said and lifted August Maijune unto the kitchen counter. He kissed her passionately while his hands roamed her body, touching her skin. August responded to his kissed and lifted her hands removing his shirt from his body. Soon, their clothes scattered around the kitchen counter as they indulged in their passionate affair.

Suaw Island.

Su Chenli opened a file containing all the information on August Maijune. The more he read about the report in his hands the more satisfied he was. She was indeed the daughter of his son. His lips curved into a smile.

Su Chenli stood up and went into a room. This room used to belong to Su Chen, his son before he left Suaw Island.

Su Chenli could still remember that day very well. It was the day he could never forget because he had lost his precious son.

Su Chenli stared dreamily at the bed that was covered in white clothe and the memories came back like day to him.

Su Chenli was in his garden sharping his bamboo arrow when Su Chen ran into the gardens with a piece of paper in his hands. The young man was 35 years old by then and had just finished his PHD in Organic Biochemistry with excellent grades.

''Baba, Baba, guess what. I made it'' Su Chen said excitedly as he waved the paper in his hand at his father. Su Chenli looked up nonchalantly and asked in a cold voice.

''What is that paper for?''

''Baba, the Zias Research Centre in D-City just replied my letter of apprenticeship. They want me to be part of their five member researchers to research in various subjects'' Su Chen said, trying to contain the excitement inside of him.

''Did they accept you to be a part of their team? After I issued them that under no circumstances must they accept a disciple named Su Chen?'' Su Chenli asked angrily shocking his son.

''Baba, you asked them not to pick me? Why?'' Su Chen asked with a hint of disappointment.

''We still have a lot of research to complete here at Suaw Island and you want to leave all that and go to become some no name scientist? I forbid you to do that'' Su Chenli sneered angrily.

''Baba, I told you I am not interested in the kind of research that you do? I don't want to play with the lives of human beings like you do'' Su Chen said sadly.

''Shut up. What do you mean by I am playing with human lives? My research is aimed at making human beings have a better life. What is wrong with sacrificing just a few to achieve that goal? Besides, aren't the families of those people compensated heavily for losing a member of their family? I didn't force any of them to become test rats. They willingly did it because of money. How dare you blame me as if I am an evil man?'' Su Chenli finished saying that and hit the bamboo arrow on the rock he was sharping it on.

''Baba, if you stop using people as test kits, I will stay with you, but as long as you continue to do that, I will leave Suaw Island and never come back here again''

'How dare you threaten me? I have spent all my life living in Suaw Island and making research to make the people here have a better life. I am almost on the verge of completing the final stage of my research. By the time I am done, with the new plant, human beings will be able to live a life without sickness. Cancer will be no more and your mother will be able to wake up from her sleep. Su Chen, don't look down on Baba just because I sacrificed a few lives. It was highly necessary to do that. I am telling you today. You are not allowed to talk about being a disciple to another Research Centre. Suaw Island belongs to you and you must take over from me'' Su Chenli roared as he looked sternly at Su Chen.

''Baba, I have made up my mind. I will not stay in Suaw Island and watch as more people make unnecessary sacrifices just so you could come out with a drug and a plant to save mother's life. Is has been so long already, we should let her rest'' Su Chen said helplessly and his father slapped him hard on his right cheek.

''Su Chen, let me tell you today. If you leave this island, then, never come back again. I won't bother myself with an unfilially son like you. I will never give up in finding a cure to your mother's illness. Get away from and never come back again. I will take it that I never had a child to begin with'' Su Chenli said and walked away.

Su Chen slumped unto the flowers helplessly. In the end, he couldn't stop his father who was obsessed with research findings that he used people to run tests that ended up killing them.

Su Chenli wiped away the tear that fell from his face and watched the images of his son in the room packing his things to leave the island.

''I lost you Su Chen, but I won't lose your daughter. After finding out about her existence, she has become a source of strength to me. I will make sure I reunite with her and together we will finish the work you and I didn't complete, August Maijune is a genius in the field of scientific research and with her knowledge, we will be able to finally come out with the plant chip and drug for your mother's and my terminal illness''

Su Chenli said confidently and left the room. He went outside the villa and entered into another room that was situated outside, just in the middle of the gardens. There, he opened the door and went inside.

A feeble looking woman laid unconscious on the bed. Age had caught up with her as wrinkles could be seen from her once beautiful and youthful face.

''Anna, I have finally found our granddaughter. I will bring her to meet you very soon. I am making preparations for her arrival and once she comes, we will be able to bring you back to life. I will never give up on you, Anna. Our granddaughter is just like your beloved son Su Chen. So beautiful and intelligent. She might even surpass the limits of both generations and with my mentoring, she will become someone whose prowess surpasses every scientist in the world. Finally, our family will be united once again'' Su Chenli said as he sat by the bed closer to his wife Anna.

After giving birth to Su Chen, Anna had not been well. She was first diagnosed with a disease called HF virus that no one could tell its origin. After having gone through several surgeries, Su Chenli had decided to bring her home to treat her himself. He started making research and running a lot of tests to come out with a cure. It has been well over 50 years now since she became a vegetable and Su Chenli hasn't still found a suitable medicine to cure her but, that was all going to change now, since he has found his granddaughter.

I would use this opportunity to apologize once again for the mistakes and mixed up in the ages of the characters. Some of you were kind enough to alert me which I am grateful but some of you also went as far as to DM me in discord to tell me what a shitty novel I am writing without doing my outline right which is so disheartening.

I understand that making mistakes can irritate some people and since we are all different people, let's be mindful of the kind of words you say to one another.

The person who DM me those hateful comments, I blocked right away and since we are all human and not perfect, is not so bad to be kind to one another even in our words wen showing someone their wrongs

For two days I didn't upload because I was stressed by that DM.
