"You know you deserved it, mate." Ron said laughing.

"Right." Harry said gritting his teeth. "Oww."

Harry's face was covered in blood. He was clutching his right hand tightly. His right wrist was broken. Mrs. Weasley hurriedly entered the room with Hermione.

"Quit laughing." Mrs. Weasley snapped at Ron, then turned to Harry. "What happened dear? Oh... wait, let me fix it."

She pulled out her wand and casted few spells on Harry, he felt his broken nose fixing, blood vanishing from his face, and the broken wrist mending.

Mrs. Weasley then thrust a potion in his hands and ordered to drink it.

"So now tell me how did you fall from the stairs?" Mrs. Weasley asked as Harry started drinking the bitter potion.

Ron grinned behind Mrs. Weasley and Hermione shoot a warning glance to Harry.

Harry gulped some more potion before speaking.

"I slipped." He lied.

Mrs. Weasley looked skeptical but nodded, just as the doorbell rang.

"That must be Tonks." Mrs. Weasley said. "Take care, dear, and finish the potion."

"Thank you for not mentioning Ginny's name." Hermione said stiffly as she closed the door behind Mrs. Weasley.

"I'm not a git, you know." Harry snapped.

"Well you're acting like one." Hermione said ignoring Ron's mad laughs. "I don't blame Ginny for tripping you."

"Neither do I." Ron said laughing.

"Shut up Ron." Harry and Hermione said together.

"What? It's not my fault that, Harry is continuously pissing off Ginny's best friend.

Why did you taunt Chris again, Harry? You know, I don't know why Chris haven't said anything to you yet, but Ginny have limits." Ron said. "You're lucky we're not in Hogwarts or else she had been jinxed you."

"Ron is right Harry. Everything has a limit." Hermione said. "It's been a week. Stop it. You can't blame Chris for everything."

"I'm not blaming her for everything." Harry said angrily. "It's been one week I got here, isn't it? She is ignoring me, isn't she? I know I shouldn't have blamed her for the Dementor thing.... I was just feeling angry."

"So what about the new taunts?" Hermione asked angrily.

"I thought she'll snap at me. You know after hearing those...." Harry replied.

"You said those things, hoping for a nasty response?" Ron looked surprised. "You're acting really weird, mate."

"Oh Harry." Hermione soften her voice and sat beside Harry. "Just go talk to her, say sorry and tell her you were being stupid. It'll be fine. But please stop hurting her and yourself."

"It's not like that." Harry looked away.

But it was actually like that, he did something without thinking and now he was scared to face the circumstances. He was already scared that after last year, his friendship with Chris will not be the same. And then he came to Grimmauld Place and Chris didn't even came to meet him. That time Harry was sure that Chris wasn't going to be friends with him, like before. So he got a stupid idea to fix things and in desperation he said those stupid things, hoping that Chris will just roll her eyes again give a cheeky response and everything will go back to normal. But obviously it backfired.

Harry sighed. There was no way around it. Now if he want Chris and their friendship back then he've to do what Hermione adviced.

Harry hesitated outside the girls' room. Hermione gave him an encouraging smile and walked downstairs with Ron. Harry sighed and knocked on the door, then pushed it open.

Chris and Ginny were sitting on a bed and they were discussing about werewolves. As Harry entered Ginny looked up but Chris didn't.

"Chris.." Harry cleared his throat. "Do you have a minute?"

"I'm busy." Chris said with a icy voice, without looking at him.

"Alright." Harry said, feeling frustrated.

Harry closed the door behind him and went downstairs. He had took only three steps, when he stopped, took a deep breath and walked back at Chris's room. Without knocking he marched inside and saw Chris hadn't moved a bit, but Ginny jumped up from her bed.

"What're you trying to do Harry?" Ginny asked.

"Give us a moment, will you?" Harry said to Ginny.

"No." Ginny replied flatly.

"Just five minutes Ginny." Harry pleaded. It was important to talk now, or else it'll be worse before they go back to Hogwarts.

Ginny looked back and forth between Harry and Chris then sighed.

"Fine." She walked out.

Harry felt like he was going to blast the moment Ginny stepped out. But seeing Chris's calm stony face, eyes focused on the book, something snapped inside Harry. A monster was rising inside him and convincing him to slap himself very hard. How could he hurt someone like Chris? She was always there for him for last three years. He doesn't deserve a friend like her.

"Sorry." He muttered before his inner monster convince him to murder himself.

"For what exactly?" Chris replied with that same cold voice, eyes still fixed at the book.

"For... Everything."

"Alright. I heard you." Chris said, turning a page on the book.

"Will you at least look at me?" Harry burst out.

"Keep that attitude up and you'll never make it to Hogwarts."

"I'm sorry, alright? I was angry.. I was going through something... I..."

"Everyone goes through problems, Potter." Chris slowly closed the book but didn't look at him. "What do you think, just because you're the chosen one, Voldemort killed your parents and you've gone through some hell of pain last year, you get to say anything you want?"

"No... I..."

"We all are suffering something Harry. Everything is. Have you seen the Order members? Have you seen the Weasleys? They're risking their lives everyday and without complaining for anything." Chris got up from her bed. "And just because you were stuck in a muggle house for a month, without any information, doesn't give the chance to yell at people or blame them."

There was a pause. Harry was looking down, feeling the glare from Chris, on his head.

"I was angry because I thought no one cares... you don't care anymore." He said quietly.

"What?"

"I was feeling weird. I thought everybody thinks I'm weak. I can't handle the big secret things." Harry sighed. "And Ron and Hermione's letters made it more intolerable. They were writing like I can't be trusted. I was feeling so worthless, useless over the summer that I started to blame you all. Because Dumbledore thinks you're better than me. I know you're. You and Hermione are definitely better than me but the angry part of me wasn't ready to hear that. I don't know why but nowadays I feel so angry sometimes."

Harry looked up and meet Chris's eyes. Those eyes always helps him to calm down.

"Look, I'm really sorry. Will you please forgive me? I really want my friend back." He finished.

"Well..." Chris looked serious. "I wasn't going to forgive you that easily but after what Ginny did this morning, I'll, I guess."

Harry felt light-hearted after a long time.

"So....?"

"I forgive you..." Chris said rolling her eyes. "But only this time. Next time mess with the Dementors Queen and you'll pay."

Harry felt his lips curving into a smile, he hugged Chris tightly.

"Though that's a weird name," he said. "..I guess I'm just happy to have my friend back."
