After school, on the day of the photo shoot, I was walking along a shopping street near the school.

Knowing that it will shutter in the next five years, as the effect of a big shopping center, I felt a little sad.

Next to me is not Yui….it’s the other member of the school festival committee of our class, Usano Mimi.

She is a bob cut girl with long bangs that cover her eyes.

She wears one side of her hair in a braid and has a habit of playing with it.

She is around the same height as Futaba and is always reading in the corner of the classroom.

She is small in stature and has little presence so she has a strong image of being a member of the library committee but like me, she was sent to the school festival committee due to draw lots.

「Nanba-kun is amazing.」

Usano said so in her usual downcast manner.

「What do you mean?」

「You can speak with a sparkling person like Watanabe-san, you also get along with Shirotori-san, and above all, I feel like the class is running on Nanba-kun’s opinion.」

「You pay too much attention to it than necessary. It just happen to work.」

「Noo….the results are not a coincidence. It works because Nanba-kun is amazing.」

It’s because I’m like cheating. I have several life’s worth of experience due to my past life in this world and the other world.

It’s not something to brag about.

「I’ll take that as a compliment.」

「Yeah……I admire you……ah……you used to be the type of person who didn’t stand out like me but you’re amazing……」

Usano’s face, which is always downcast, turned down even more.

Our goal is to find a store in the shopping district that will sponsor the school festival.

In exchange for the advertising in the brochures and the school festival itself, they’ll sponsor us with discounts on purchase materials.

We have already talked to the stores that have been cooperating with us every year and today, we are going to make an additional dive into the market.

I have already called in advance to the store I’m going to talk to.

After visiting several stores, we got a sponsor at a new tableware shop.

It is a store that deals in high end tableware of both Japanese and western styles.

They said they would lend us the tableware for adults for our guests. However, as you can imagine, they don’t have cheap ones that we can rent in our imitation café.

「I have one more question, if you don’t mind.」

「what is it?」

The shy, middle aged male owner stares at me while his bald head shines.

However, I know that this mister is not scary.

He always looks grumpy, but he listens carefully to what I have to say.

I also know that when there are no customers, he is always behind the country looking at photo books of gravure idols.

「I’m not talking about the school as a whole but only for my class. We’re going to have an imitation café.」

「Imitation?」

「Yes, we’re going to imitate Yuri Miller. Our girls will wear Yuri Miller style uniform and open a café.」

I showed the owner the flyer I had made on the school’s computer during the day.

I made Yui and Watanabe’s picture as big as possible in the flyer.

The flyer was made to look like an advertisement for a class performance with a cute little speech balloon at the end that reads, “We are currently working part time at Yuri Miller”.

It also has the name of the store and this version of flyer is actually a guide to Yuri Miller.

「Oh……ooohhh…..this is quite……」

The owner’s eyes are glued on Yui’s chest.

Just as planned.

「We’d like to do an imitation café for our class and we’d like to do it in earnest, not on paper plates or anything like that. So, I was wondering if you could recommend a route where we could get inexpensive ceramic plates, not to say tableware like the ones in this store.」

We will have to do some washing and the turnover rate will inevitably be lower compared to using just paper plates and paper cups.

However, my policy is to raise the price as much as possible.

Although it is a basic rule of thumb to offer inexpensive food at school festivals, it is a fact that customers often have loose strings on their wallets.

The strategy is to use paper cups on Saturday, when the festival is held only for students, and use ceramic tableware on Sunday, when the festival is open to the public.

「I see. What would be the advantage of cooperating with you? Even though we have stores in front of the same station, the chain stores are, in a sense, rivals in the shopping district.」

The owner has a point.

Of course, I have already prepared an answer to that question.
