Chapter XIV. A moment of danger

Seeing her daughter crying so hard, Second Aunt Zhu Liangyi felt her heart ache. "Master."

Leng Chengen was very agitated, "Alright, Leng Feishuang, regardless of whether you are willing or not, you still have to marry your second sister. You are not allowed to take a step in your yard before you get married."

After Leng Chengren left, the rest of the people naturally no longer had any reason to stay. They all looked at Leng Feishuang, but none of them had sympathy in their eyes. They all seemed to be watching a good show.

Leng Feishuang watched as everyone left. Her fate was in her own hands, and no one could even dream of controlling it.

"Fourth Miss, let's go back," Mother Li said lightly, her eyes filled with unconcealable gloating.

Leng Feishuang did not look at her as he walked out. It seemed that she needed to see this young marquis, An Le, who Leng Hanyi did not want to marry.

In the blink of an eye, two days had passed, and Leng Feishuang was still in the courtyard, not even taking a single step forward. Of course, it wasn't because of Leng Chengren's words, but because she was studying her own body to see why she couldn't cultivate her energy. She discovered that her body was severely injured while she was in her mother's womb, and even her eight extraordinary meridians were severely damaged.

Leng Feishuang was practicing everything she had learned in her previous life in her own courtyard. Since no one came here, naturally no one found out that she had already recovered 30% of her strength in just a few days' time. The main reason was because her body was too weak.

With all these reasons in mind, Leng Feishuang decided to go out and get some medicine to supplement his body.

Looking at the locked door outside the courtyard, Leng Fei laughed. She really wanted to trap her too, but she underestimated her. Right now, her identity as a trash was pretty easy to deal with.

Night quietly descended. Leng Feishuang was still dressed in black, but with his hair standing up high, he looked like a thirteen or fourteen year old teenager.

Arriving in front of the large tree in the courtyard, Leng Feishuang gently leapt up the tree, then two or three leaps before exiting the Leng Residence. Her courtyard was at the southernmost area, and behind the large tree was the walls of the Leng Residence.

Leng Feishuang landed firmly on the ground, smiled and walked towards the bustling area in front of them, quickly arriving at the crowded street.

As he looked at the bustling street, he realized that the ancients also liked to live at night. Leng Feidi slowly walked on the street, and soon, the sound of horses could be heard. The people in front also quickly moved to the sides, and Leng Feishuang frowned; this was a person riding on such a crowded street, and at a fast speed.

The horse quickly arrived in front of Leng Feishuang. She originally wanted to avoid it, but suddenly, a small child's ball rolled into the middle of the road and the child ran over.

It was impossible for her to stop. When the mother saw this, she was so shocked that she almost fainted, and it was even the people at the side who supported her. All of them closed their eyes, afraid to look at this scene.

However, just as the horse's hooves were about to fall, Leng Fei turned to the side and punched the horse on the head. The horse let out a cry and fell to the ground, followed by the man on the horse rolling down, and a large box falling to the ground.

Everything happened too fast for anyone to react. Leng Feishuang carried the child to her mother, "Next time, you have to watch out for him."

The mother nodded dumbly. What had just happened? She looked at the child in her arms and started to cry. Her crying caused the people around her to come back to their senses and they all looked at Leng Feidi in gratitude.

The person on the ground got up with great difficulty. He did not bother with his injuries nor did he look at the horse. Instead, he immediately went to check the wooden chest. When he saw that it was still intact, he patted his chest.

Leng Fei turned around and was about to leave when the person called out to her, "Insolent bastard! Do you know what is inside and who wants it?"

Leng Fei stopped in his tracks and turned to look at that person, only to realize that he was dressed in the uniform of a soldier. He seemed to be a soldier, as he smiled, "This commoner really doesn't know, could this marshal tell you?"

That person stood up and raised his head to look at Leng Feishuang. "This is the fresh lychee that His Majesty ordered us to find for Imperial Concubine Ya eight hundred kilometers away. You're going to wipe out your entire clan if you ruin this."

Leng Fei was startled. Litchi? There was such a thing in this world? But why did it sound like the Tang Xuan Sect was looking for lychee for the imperial concubine? Was this popular?

Seeing that Leng Feishuang did not say anything, as if he was thinking of something, that person was thinking of something. Just as he was about to speak, a person walked over from the side, smiling at Leng Feishuang.

Leng Feishuang looked at the soldier before turning to look at him. "As you're saying, His Majesty is going to place the lives of the commoners beneath these lychee branches."

That person was shocked. If his words reached the emperor's ears, then he would really be finished.

Leng Fei threw up his hands, "How can this be called bullsh * t, isn't that what you mean?"
