A large dragon horde that is approaching us didn't even take one hour to reach the vicinity of where the first defensive wall is.

And now the hoard is heading straight to the first defensive wall, chasing the cavalry that acted as bait to lure them to the gate.

The flocked red scales of the dragons are a terrifying sight to behold as they resemble a sea of blood.

And most of all, the presence of a unique dragon at the very end of the hoard adds to the fear that all the knights are experiencing right now.

It was a four-legged monster covered with blue scales, and there was an iceberg that was coming out of its back.

I couldn't help but be surprised, as this was the first time I saw an S-class dragon in my life.

It's so huge that it can already be seen without a telescope, even if the creature is far away from us, and it made the A-class dragons around it look like baby dragons.

"Everyone! Get into your positions!"

All the knights, including me, were surprised when the commander shouted.

After a short while, all the knights took up their positions at the ballistae and cannons that were set up earlier.

The magic knights also started casting their magic, ready to fire anytime.

"Everyone, be very careful not to hit the cavalry!"

Everyone is now waiting for the commander's signal to fire.

As the hoard of dragons became closer and closer to us, the rumbling of the ground grew louder.

I drank my spit as the sound of the rumbling was a terrifying sound to hear as it feels like it's a sound that signals our death.

When the dragon's hoard finally entered the range of the ballistae, cannons, and magic, everyone went silent as the commander raised his hand.
