But after Yi Rouya died, Ye Yuyan who had lost not only his fated mate and even his most beloved daughter, could no longer stay insane and asked Yun Jie to kill him as well.

Yun Jie in that timeline indeed tried to kill Ye Yuyan as he wished but before he could even pull the trigger, Lou Wei arrived on the scene and shot Yun Jie’s heart. With tears falling on his face controllably, Lou Wei runs towards Yun Jie and not after his captain.

After Hei Yuhua’s death, Yun Jie investigated the traces left behind by his brother and learned that the situation where Ye Yuyan had no other choice but to shoot Hei Yuhua was a carefully made scheme by Yi Rouya who worked for the Red Poppy Syndicate.
