Actually, for Alexa, she had no idea if this kind of dress was appropriate for a 15-year-old, but she nodded her head since people said it was pretty. 

“Sigh. You’re so small… Did you eat today’s snack?”

“Yes, I ate a lot.”

I don’t think I am that small… Alexa looked at her face in the mirror. It really seems like she was so small being with these people. Alexa smiled uncontrollably. 

“Come on, let’s go now.”

“Arf!”

Ysildus, who was quiet in Alexa’s arms, raised his head and raised his voice. 

“Okay, I’ll take you. You can be nice, right?”

“Kiiiing…” I am usually nice. 

With those eyes, Ysildus gently scratched the back of Alexa’s arm with his front paw.

“Aigoo, my cute baby! Of course, our Ysu is the cutest in the world~!”

The maids looked at Alexa with an unwilling expression on their faces as she was wet with Ysildus’ saliva and rubbing her face. 

‘What if you get hurt like that…’

‘No matter how many times I see it, I can’t get used to it. That devil is cute.’

In any case, Alexa, who was ready, and the imposing Ysildus in her arms, attended the meeting after twists and turns. 

Before the meeting started, the maid had called Visten several times to say that he shouldn’t overwork Alexa. 

Alexa sat down with Ysildus in the chair that had been reserved for her.

“Hello, I am Alexa. It’s nice to meet you.”

“I thought a doll was talking!”

A sigh of exclamation erupted from all over the place.

Visten introduced Alexa with a triumphant face.

Applause broke out. Saving children’s lives is certainly commendable, so Alexa blushed and buried her face in Ysildus’ head.

“Arf?”

“Nothing.”

Struggling in Alexa’s arms, Ysildus crawled up to the desk. In fact, the nobles who were well aware of Ysildus’ evil deeds, avoided him and pushed back their chairs. 

“Come here, Ysu! Noona told you that you shouldn’t bite anything!”

“You can’t!”

Alexa spoke firmly and motioned for him to come to her, “Come here, now!”

Alexa pointed her fingers to the table in front of her, then Ysildus lifted his chubby ass. Ysildus, whose fur grew abundantly and silky, ran up and sat in front of Alexa. 

‘Did I do well?’ As if he was saying that, he tilted his head and sniffed Alexa’s face. 

“Aya, it tickles!”

Alexa burst out laughing as she hugged Ysildus tightly. Even though he already jumped off the table and settled down on Alexa’s arms, he was still busy licking Alexa’s face without showing any aggression. 

Those series of actions were clearly seen by the nobles. In fact, they were sceptical by the fact that Alexa had tamed Ysildus; they said it was nothing but exaggerated rumours. He wouldn’t eat even if they gave him food but would turn the kitchen upside down, scratch through all kinds of wallpapers, and of course, he wouldn’t leave the furniture alone. 

But what an obedient look! Rumours – no, the legend was true!!

The nobles began to applaud one by one without realizing it.

“Wow! Baron Visten, congratulations!”

“You have succeeded. Did you say she’s Alexa?”

“An angel has saved us!”

It was quite an explosive reaction. Alexa smiled briefly as she hugged Ysildus. It’s like…

‘Dog show?’

It was like that one scene. And Alexa and Ysildus seem to have been awarded the grand prize.

Visten began to preside over the meeting again after enjoying their congratulations for a while. It’s important to brag about Alexa now, but something as pressing as that was right in front of them.

Visten asked with a face wet with emotion. 

“I read it in a book.”

“Which book?”

It’s a book called ‘The Puppy Grand Duke’s Successor Class’…

She couldn’t answer that, so Alexa shook her head slightly as if she didn’t remember.

“Our Alexa really loves books, ha ha ha ha!” 

Visten smiled brightly and looked back at the nobles.

“How is it?”

“It’s also a good way to give work to wizards who have no work to do.”

The nobles looked at Alexa and cleared their throat. Looking at Alexa smiling bashfully, they felt that somehow they had been purified. She was holding the leash of the demon called Ysildus and even has the intelligence to solve problems regarding the Thersion Territory. 

Where on earth did this treasure come from?

Snack time came, so Alexa and Ysildus had to leave the meeting room at the maid’s earnest call. Though Alexa had said many times that she was old enough not to eat those things, but indeed, it didn’t even work to the maids.  

In any case, the meeting room that Alexa left from was in a frenzy. The nobles only left after telling Visten several times to take good care of Alexa. 

‘I knew this!’

Alexa took the nobles in the hall captive in just an hour and a half. It’s a really good thing to bring Alexa back to Thersion instead of letting it go.

Visten praised himself time and time again.

‘A day has passed today.’

Alexa’s eyes narrowed strangely. The beautiful sunset sky made her heart flutter.

Although she usually forgets about it, she often will remember that the time allotted for her was only a year. In fact, she feels that she was far from death seeing how she was still alive now. The cause of her death, the villainous Grand Duke, was kind to her and seemed unwilling to kill her.
