Chapter 171: Conquer

Name:Human King Author:Zaysay
It didn't take long for Oz and Dawn to get to the southeast of the forest.

Of course, the other goblins were also with them as they didn't get swept away by the wind or something like that.

It was amazing how Oz knew when and where he would stop as he accurately just stopped right on the borderline of the southeast and east.

Well, it wasn't really a borderline as there was nothing like that.

Oz just entered the area of the southeast and just stopped then and there.

Anyways, when they were here, the goblins got off Oz. It seems like they were really shocked and got their wits out of them as they just...tried to catch up with what happened.

There were goblins breathing out roughly as they were trying to calm themselves.

There were also goblins who were punching themselves to try and tell themselves that it was real.

There were many ways the normal goblins tried to make themselves calm and realize that it was real.

Even Didi and Una, two of the strongest goblins here, were gasping for breath.

That was just how scary it was to ride...to grab onto Oz.

Anyway, Dawn got down from Oz when they reached the southeast.

Of course, Dawn petted Oz first by playing with his mane and rubbing his hand to his head.

And right after doing that, he complicated Oz.

If one didn't know any better, one would probably be confused and think that Dawn had Oz for many years now.

That was just how natural they looked together.

Anyway, when Dawn finished doing that, he quickly made Oz lay down and have a rest.

Although Dawn knew that Oz wasn't really that tired or something like that, Dawn didn't want to risk anything.

Of course, Dawn knew that Oz could still win against anyone or even against the unknown monsters.

And when Dawn saw that Oz was now laying, he quickly walked towards the goblins.

It seems that the goblins were finished with whatever they were doing to calm their nerves.

That was why the goblins were now just standing as they searched the area.

There were some goblins who spread out and made Oz the center of their formation.

It was only natural that they would do something like this.

They were inside an uncharted territory. And an uncharted territory would mean unknown enemies. Unknown dangers and unknown threats hiding from the land.

That was why it was only natural for the goblins to quickly search the area to prevent any surprise attacks.

It would also help prevent the monsters living in the southeast from aimlessly wandering around here.

Of course, Dawn knew that as well, which is why he didn't call them back.

Anyway, when Dawn reached the goblins, he quickly looked for the two goblins.

It was obvious, but those two goblins were Moris and the little goblin.

After all, these two goblins were the only goblins who knows about the southeast.

Of course, Dawn was able to find the two goblins quickly and without a problem as they had special bodies.

One had a gray and big body, and one looked like a child.

And as soon as he saw them, Dawn signaled with his right hand for the two goblins to come to him.

It didn't take long for the two goblins to see that and walk up to Dawn.

Moriss quickly knelt in front of Dawn as he spoke with great intensity in his voice.

"Yes, Your Highness!" Moris said as he lowered his head even further.

However, on the other hand, the little goblin didn't kneel or something like that.

He did nothing at all, and he just stood there as if he were just waiting for food or something like that.

It was really amazing how these two goblins' actions differed from each other.

Well, it was only natural.

The little goblin didn't have any loyalty to Dawn, and the little goblin also didn't know Dawn was the king.

After all, it's not like it would be obvious just because Dawn had Moris near him.

Well, it was actually obvious since Dawn had the king's symbol on his stomach, but the little goblin didn't know it.

That was why the little goblin acted as if Dawn were just another goblin chief or something like that.

It was crazy if one thinks about how other goblins instantly knew that Dawn was the king just with the king's symbol. However, maybe that was just how the little goblin worked.

After all, the little goblin was an abnormal goblin. Being able to talk while being a normal goblin is something that is rare or unique.

Anyway, when the two goblins were right before him, Dawn spoke as he looked at them.

"So, where are the monsters you guys spoke of?"

This was the only question that Dawn had for these two guys. After all, the monsters were literally the only thing that he came here for.

This was the only reason why Dawn came here in the first place.

And since Dawn didn't want to waste time on this any longer, Dawn cut right to the chase.

Of course, the other two goblins know this, and that was why they spoke.

No, Moris spoke first and the little goblin waited for him to finish.

"Your Highness, I think they are just somewhere around here."

"However, I am not too knowledgeable about this part of the forest at all."

"I only know that there is a group of monsters trying to conquer the southeast of the forest."

Moris said as he lowered his head even more. What he said was the truth.

He didn't know about where they were, and he didn't know what they should do from now on.

After all, it's not like the Five Great Clans were located near here.

The Five Great Clans were right at the south of the forest, not southeast.

And that was why Moris spoke once more as he offered his opinion to Dawn.

"The little goblin should know about it more than me."

Of course, when his...nickname was called, the little goblin quickly came to attention.

"You're damn right that I would know more about it than you. I'm from here."

The little goblin murmured weakly, but of course, the other goblins were able to hear it clearly.

However, none of them reacted. After all, Dawn didn't react or something like that.

"The hyenas that I told you of before are probably located at the center of the southeast of the forest."

"They have a lot of monsters under them, so they probably know by now that something entered their territory.'

"Of course, I meant us."

"So, just give it some time, and there would be monsters attacking us."

The little goblin said without missing a single beat. While he was speaking those words, confidence was just oozing out of him.

It was clear as day that the little goblin was sure of what he said, and of himself.

And that caused Dawn to tilt his head.

---He's too knowledgeable about this.

Right, the little goblin knows about the southeast far too much.

After all, he was able to describe what the monsters would do as if he already knew about it beforehand.

He also knew where the monsters were located, and he was also able to deduce that some monsters probably saw them now.

That was why Dawn thought...this little goblin was a little bit more special than he thought he was.

Of course, it's not like Dawn would not believe the little goblin just because of that.

The little goblin was able to provide more information and things such as the Rod of Goblins, the secret monster pot, and many more.

Even if he were just a normal goblin now, it was clear that he was reliable.

All that work from before gave credibility to his words, and that was why Dawn nodded his head as he spoke.

"Good, we'll stay here, and wait for them."

Dawn said as he laid down the order for the goblins to stay in this place.

After all, since the enemies would be coming for them, there was no need to look for it.

Besides, Dawn needed to see the strength of this place.

He needed to make sure that they could fight against most of the monsters even without the help of Oz.

Why?

It was because Dawn decided to conquer the southeast of the forest.

Right, he decided to rule over this land.

"Right after finishing off the monsters that would come to attack us, we would go straight to the headquarters of the monsters!"

"We would conquer this place in my name!"

Dawn said as his Aura started to leak out of his body. After all, he was also getting excited about this.

And as if it were all timed, Oz...roared.

"GRARR!!"

No, it was not only Oz that roared as all the other goblins roared together as they heard what the king said.

"CHWEEE!!"

The goblins said as they roused their fighting spirits as they waited for the monsters that would come for them.
