Chapter 155: Born with the ability to heal

Name:Human King Author:Zaysay
It didn't take long for the fight between Dawn and the monsters to finish.

It was obvious, but the one was, of course, Dawn.

There was just no way those monsters would have been able to hold their own against a rampaging Dawn.

What's more, they were even getting scared when Dawn was just getting started.

It would be even weirder if they were able to stand up and fight.

In fact, what happened in the fight was just monsters waiting for their death to come.

Of course, there were some monsters who tried to run, but as soon as Dawn's instincts could feel a monster running, he would prioritize killing those monsters.

That was how brutal it was for the monsters to share the same ring with Dawn.

Even Moris was glad that Dawn stopped when Moris was the only monster alive here.

After all, Dawn could just literally kill Moris. Moris knew that Dawn wasn't thinking or something like that at all.

That was why he was getting scared for his life. Of course, he wasn't scared of dying, but it was more of...a natural reaction.

It was only a natural reaction for a life to be scared of death.

And the way Dawn killed those other monsters...he truly looked like the personification of death!

No, even now when the fighting has stopped, Dawn looked like a death god!

Why? It was because...Dawn's body was smoking hot!

Dawn's body was releasing smoke as Dawn essentially overworked himself too hard!

He overworked himself too hard that his body started to heat up!

Shhhhhh!

The sound of someone frying an egg resounded out in this place, but of course, that was due to Dawn.

Dawn was just standing around in the middle of this place. It seems that he hasn't returned to his mind, but that was not the truth.

In fact, Dawn was already aware of things as he could think right now.

The only reason why he wasn't moving is that his body...couldn't.

---Damn! I got too excited!

Dawn thought as his red eyes started to go back to black.

"Huff. Puff." Dawn's breathing was rough, and that resounded out in this place.

Well, the only sound that could be heard in this place is his body that was burning.

It was then that Moris finally ran up to Dawn with worry etched on his face.

After all, his king was literally burning. There's just no way that Moris would stay still for a long time.

"Your Highness!" Moris said as he made his Presence roam in his hands.

There was only one thing he should do at this point, and that would be to wipe away the smoke that became like a fog!

Swosh!

With a swipe from his arm, the wind blew as fierce as a tornado and it made the smoke go out of the way!

Of course, that would be the natural course of action as Moris was still strong.

And when Moris was able to reach Dawn, he could see his body...healing itself.

After all, Dawn really pushed himself too hard that his body couldn't withstand it.

The only reason why Dawn was able to push himself that hard is that he wasn't aware of it.

He let his instincts take over, and he let his body take over things.

That was why his body decided what he should and could do, and the body decided to go hard!

Well, even if Dawn was aware of things or something like that, this would still have been the same result.

After all, Dawn would get excited, no matter what. It was a battle and a battle that Dawn wanted.

"Please wait a second I will heal you now!" Moris said as he used his Presence to heal Dawn.

His Presence touched Dawn's skin, and it started to make the process...a lot smoother and better.

Of course, Dawn could see that happening, which is why he had a thought.

---Presence could be used as a healing factor? Hmmm.

Dawn knew that Aura could heal his wounds or something like that, but it wasn't this fast.

After all, Dawn was already using Aura to heal himself right now.

However, the rate of Moris' presence healing his body was just too fast.

That was why he thought that Presence could be used as a healing tool.

It didn't take long for Dawn to be able to move his body a little bit, but it was still hard.

That was why Dawn decided to just move his lips as he spoke to Moris.

"P-presence...could heal someone?" Dawn said as he spoke while looking at Moris.

Of course, Dawn's eyes were right at the edge of their eye sockets as Dawn couldn't move his head.

And when Moris heard what he said, he spoke.

"Yes, Aura and Presence could heal yourself or someone else."

"However, it is because I am from a clan that specializes in healing that my healing skills are superior."

"In fact, I am not a goblin who could fight if you bring me back to the Five Great Clans."

"I would just be assigned to the backlines, and I would be tasked with healing injured goblins."

And when Dawn heard that, he couldn't believe it. After all, Moris was strong enough to contend for the ownership of the forest.

He was strong enough to be able to fight so many monsters.

He was strong enough to be able to hold his own against Dawn.

However, now, he was saying that he would just be at the backlines?

That was just plain bullshit!

And Moris could tell Dawn's thought just from Dawn's expression, and that was why he spoke, hoping to clear things up.

"Ah, please don't get mad. That is just how strong the Five Great Clans are."

"Even the strongest village made by the Strayman would be a poor comparison to the Five Great Clans."

"And if you are thinking if we are forced to be at the backlines...no, we are not."

"The goblins from my clan would happily heal someone as that was the purpose of our lives."

"We were born with our ability to heal, and that is what we would do until we die."

Of course, when Dawn heard that, he still couldn't believe it.

After all, a strong goblin such as Moris was just used to heal someone.

It was a waste! However, Dawn didn't think that way when Moris explained that he himself wanted to heal others.

After all, Dawn was sure that he was born to fight, and he would love to do that.

Dawn wouldn't take away Moris' right to heal just because he was the king.

After all, if Moris were born to heal, then Moris would love to do that.

Well, it was a simple...comparison, but Moris explained himself pretty well that Dawn was able to understand it.

It was then that Moris spoke as he looked at Dawn.

"I'm done now, Your Highness."

"Can you see if you can move your body?"

And when Dawn heard that, he sure did move his body, but he was able to find out that his body was still...heavy.

However, he could move his body now without a problem.

Of course, that was not the only thing Dawn was able to find out.

He also noticed that the smoke that was coming out of his body stopped right after Moris finished his thing. That means that his body was quite alright now.

It was fast, but that just goes to show that Moris indeed have healing skill as his forte.

"Hmm. Yeah, I can move now." Dawn said as he cracked his head left to right.

Crack!

The sound of his bones resounding out was so crispy, but that was because of what happened to Dawn's body.

After all, Dawn was fighting so many goblins that it wouldn't be weird if his body somehow got...weird.

"Hmm? Now that I think about it..." Dawn said as he realized something.

Dawn was able to finish off many monsters that it wouldn't be wrong that he was able to kill all of them.

Of course, Moris killed some of the monsters too, but that was just a tiny fraction of the monsters here.

That was why it was weird for Dawn.

"How come...I'm not sleeping, yet?" Dawn said as he remembered something.

He remembered that the usual process of getting the blessings from the battlefield is a goblin...would fall asleep, no matter the time and place.

However, Dawn...wasn't falling asleep. He wasn't even sleepy.

That was why Dawn had his black eyes opened as wide as possible.

After all, the fact that he wasn't sleeping right now, even after finishing off thousands of monsters, means that...he wasn't getting blessed!

"No way...even after that many monsters, that wasn't enough?"

Dawn murmured as he couldn't believe it. After all, it was just plain absurd!

Of course, Moris was able to know what Dawn was thinking when he said those words.
