had set an unwritten rule that once a man of the Hou Family became an adult, he would have to get married and build a family.

In the beginning, this rule was only symbolic. In the end, it became a mandatory rule that one could only marry and was not allowed to marry outside the family. If anyone dared to violate this rule, they would be directly kicked out of the family without any room for negotiation.

A series of rules had been introduced, and although it had been criticized by the younger generation of the family, the results were clear. The Hou family had been delayed for a long time, and the family was in a state of panic.

Rules and regulations were something that could not be cured at times. In order to solve a problem, one had to find out the root of the problem.

In order to completely solve this problem, Hou Benchu took out the four lines of poetry that Zhang Bichen had left behind, and studied it all day. After comprehending it for a while, Hou Benchu understood the first three lines, especially the first one — Calamity that arose from the south!

thought about it again and again, and felt that this matter should be caused by our own family, otherwise, we wouldn't have been implicated in the entire family. Following this lead, Hou Benchu took his clan tree and began to travel south, looking for the source of this disaster.

In the end, Hou Benchu found the Hong Kong Island. According to the clan records, a branch of the Hou clan came to the Hong Kong Island, and Hou Benchu found it.

Unexpectedly, other than Hou Benchu's faction, there were others who arrived earlier than him. These people were also from the Hou clan, and like the Hong Kong Island's Hou clan, they were also from a side branch.

Hou Benchu immediately felt that the entire world was no longer a beautiful place, but it was useless arguing now. The only thing he could do was think of a way to resolve this issue.

Hou Benchu told them all the four sentences that Zhang Bichen had said. At that time, the patriarch of the Hou Family in the Hong Kong Island was indeed the Lady Hou.

Lady Hou thought for a moment and figured out four poems, especially the last line — To Find Of Ten Directions.

After thinking about it, Lady Hou believed that the phalanxes mentioned in the poem referred to Ten Directions Large Formation. As long as the Ten Directions Large Formation was found, a method to save the clan would be found.

From then on, the Lady Hou looked through a lot of ancient books, and after much effort, she finally found some clues related to the Ten Directions Large Formation in an ancient book. According to the ancient books, it was recorded that — Innocent Cloud Forging Talisman, Xuanyuan Wangshui Book;

The content mentioned above was about Yun Dian and the origins of the Ten Directions Large Formation, which was basically in line with the legends. It also described the contributions Yun Dian and the Ten Directions Large Formation had made towards the Yan Huang culture, followed by the various conjectures of the ancient author on where the Ten Directions Large Formation had landed.

According to the unnamed author's conjectures, after the Yellow Emperor obtained the < calligraphy >, he travelled across ten different worlds and created his own Ten Directions Large Formation, using it to stabilize the world and benefit the people.

Later, Xuan Yuan's Yellow Emperor transformed into an immortal and before that, he gave the < calligraphy > and < Ten Directions Large Formation > secret scriptures, as well as a compass, to his two sons for safekeeping. One of them had the surname "Ji".

One surnamed "Shang"

Among them, < Ten Directions Large Formation > and < Compass > were in Shang Clan's hands.

It was said that this compass was engraved with a golden snake totem, so the later generations called it the golden snake compass.

After obtaining the two secret scriptures, the Ji's and the Shang clan had concealed their traces, and after hundreds of years, one of the secret manuals finally reappeared in the human world, causing a bloody storm. After a struggle, the Ji's relied on the < Ten Directions Large Formation > to help the entire world, establishing the Zhou Dynasty that had lasted for 800 years.

During the Spring and Autumn Period, a sect rose up from among the people. It was called Taoism!

At this moment, the Daoist Sect was still in its infancy. A master named Li had cultivated the Great Dao, and had taken the Yellow Emperor's teachings as his philosophy, but he was born open-minded, and had devoted himself to cultivation. He did not have the thought of establishing his own sect until he had mastered the Dao, and was honored by the fact that people called him Laozi.

At this point, he had already made a name for himself, but the people of the world didn't know why he had risen to prominence. Only his disciples knew about him, and one of them wrote a letter that recorded his heart's sorrows.

The handwritten copy was finally found by the Lady Hou, which was the one she read. However, she did not know who was the author, but she was sure that this person was one of his father's disciples.

This person clearly stated in the book that his father's benefactor's surname was' Shang '.

Name "Rong"

They were the descendants of Yellow Emperor Xuan Yuan, and their ancestors were none other than the Shang clan that took away the [calligraphy]. After hundreds of years of inheritance, the [calligraphy] had finally reached the merchant's hands.

Shang Rong passed the manual to Li Er (laozi), for this reason, the nameless author was furious in his heart, thinking that his master was biased, so he wrote this handwritten note to vent his anger, and wrote this letter for the rest of his life, until laozi turned into an immortal, and the < calligraphy > was passed onto the hands of a person named Zhang Dailing.

His son, who had inherited his father's obscure career, continued to compose the《 Nameless Letter》, and continued to write the various things that happened to Zhang Daoling after he obtained the secret scripture … After obtaining the mysterious ancient book, Zhang Daoling had gained a lot from his diligent comprehension, and had established a Taoist religion in the sense of the word, where he respected his father as the Pope, and the sect was chosen in the Longhu Mountains, where the later generations respectfully called him Master Zhang Tian.

It was unknown whether it was due to the unknown author's unwillingness to continue writing, or because he had met with an accident and thus died, or because the other half of the《 Nameless Letter》 had been lost. In short, the diary of this ancient book had been interrupted just like this … but even so, the contents of the letter was enough for Lady Hou to make some judgements.

Following the two clues, the Golden Snake Compass and the Ji's, Lady Hou began her journey to find the descendants of Xuanyuan. Her method was very simple, she wanted to collect the lineages of other people.

However, this monastery was extremely dilapidated, and compared to the surrounding buildings, it looked extremely shabby. If it wasn't for the fact that he was looking for the golden snake compass and Ten Directions Large Formation, the Lady Hou probably wouldn't even have looked at it.

Lady Hou followed the clues she found and found the Mao Mountain White Cloud Monastery. She heard from someone that the White Cloud Monastery had an old Taoist Lin living there, but her master was surnamed Ji, just that this old Taoist Ji had already risen to become an immortal long ago, leaving behind a lousy Taoist temple and a disciple named Lin Yannan.
