104 Chapter 104: Level up to the C ratings

“C rated! He has become a C-rated deviant!” One sword screamed in shock!

Even Alex came to Florida he was only a mere D-rated deviant who can power up himself into the C ratings but right now, it became clear that his base fitness level is at the C ratings!

He became a C rated deviant in just a day or two! Does his sudden improvement have anything to do with the beast cores left empty in the forest that day?

Does that mean Alex has a method through which he can absorb the power of those beast cores and use them to upgrade himself?

Countless thoughts raced through One sword’s mind as he watched the battle excitedly. While Alex may not be at the B ratings, with his base fitness at the C ratings, his power level is closer to the B ratings than before!

His chance of survival is higher than ever!

“That power!” The silver-haired man gazed at Alex’s hands with a hint of interest in his eyes. It was like a man finding his long-lost brother for the first time in forever!

“Hahaha! This kid is full of secrets!” Damian laughed with joy as he realize Alex’s fitness was already at the C ratings. His confidence in Alex jumped by a good number but that did not stop him from silently accumulating more breaths while suppressing the rumbling sound and the effects it’s meant to have on his skin!

In case something goes wrong, he wants to be ready!

Cherry was stunned by the shocking revelation, he barely noticed when Alex reached him! He may have been absent-minded but his hand fan suddenly glowed on its own accord. Countless petals surged, forming a wall in front of Alex but before they could manifest properly Ale had already thrown a fist forward!

He released the power of the five breathes he has already accumulated, shattering the half-baked defense set to protect Cherry, striking him by the face with the intent to kill!

A powerful shockwave erupted as Cherry’s body was sent flying!

“It’s not over yet!” Alex’s eyes revealed a terrifying light as he charged forward but his advance was stopped by a horde of cherry blossom petals threatening to drown him!

Cherry hit the ground and he spat out a mouthful of blood while letting go of his hand fan!

The wave of Cherry blossom petals assaulting Alex suddenly vanished, leaving him stunned for a moment!

“Now is my chance!”

“KILL HIM!”

Numerous voices rang in his head as his body began moving without his consent! He could only gather two breaths before he reached Cherry who was on the ground!

“Die!” Alex growled as he mustered all the power he could and struck at Cherry’s face!

Just like Damian, he was going for the most fragile part he could think of!

At that moment the pink Chinese hand fan lit up and vanished!

It reappeared above Cherry’s face and from it was a vortex of cherry blossom petals exploded, meeting Alex’s fist!

“What the hell is this thing!” Alex cursed!

Are all conjurers this strong with their soul weapons?

The powerful shockwave erupted and Alex was sent rolling back a few meters! He wasn’t hurt but his body couldn’t withstand the shockwave either.

Cherry’s body was swept off the ground by a fierce wind as the hand fan glowed violently and exploded into a body of cherry blossom petals before surging into Cherry’s body!

A petals symbol appeared on his forehead and his eyes yanked open, revealing intense pink light!

“Awwwwnnn! Look at you looking cute” Alex mocked with a smile making Cherry’s face twist in rage!

“To think I would get hurt by someone as weak as you! This is a sin that can only be atoned for with your death!” Cherry growled as a terrifying tsunami of cherry blossom petals rose from nowhere, descending on the entire arena!

Seeing this Damian grew pale and wanted to make a move! He tried to move but he felt an invisible force clamping down on him. He turned to see the Silver-haired man gazing at him coldly!

“You will not interfere! None of you will” he said.

Damian shot a glance at Tracy and One sword only to realize they were both in the same conditions. He roared in his heart as he struggled with all his might but he couldn’t break free. He could only watch the massive petal tsunami descend on Alex!

“Alex!!!!!” The three of them screamed in fright while Cherry stood above with his pink hair fluttering madly like a god.

“If only he took the battle suit I offered, he wouldn’t have gotten hurt... I guess he didn’t need it...” The Silver-haired man thought out loud.

“It’s a pity Alex had to die though... I would have picked him over cherry... Why do all those I find interesting die on me?” The silver-haired man lamented!

He seemed to be having a weird monologue.

Meanwhile, Alex gazed at the massive body of petals descending and a defeated sigh crept on his face. In the end, the gap between the B ratings and C ratings is just too high. Cherry is not someone he can defeat with mere cheap shots and tricks.

This reminded him of his final moments when fighting the mutated demon bat. He almost lost his life there!

He also remembered how Silver ran away and how he cooperated with Jason.

“Well dead men have no secrets... At this point, hiding it will only be stupid and pointless!” Alex said coldly to the pink figure above!

The massive body of cherry blossom petals fell creating a massive shockwave!

Tracy covered her eyes while Damian and One sword gazed at the battlefield with reddened eyes! They wanted to run in there and tear Cherry apart!

Countless explosions rocked below the body of petals leaving everyone stunned. The explosion continued for a while before a final massive explosion erupted that sent a powerful shockwave across the battlefield!

“Now then... Let the real battle begin” Alex said coldly!
