Chapter 223 223 – Hypocrites

"I'm feeling a huge fluctuation in magical energy, lady Emily!" Nate's voice came from the dashboard again. "What the hell are you doing!?"

"Shut up, Nate!" The supreme undead cursed. "I'm concentrating, and just see the results later!!!"

Emily was still moving her mecha to block her enemy's attacks, and many times she almost fell.

Meanwhile, the corpses that joined together stuck to each other more condensed, becoming more solid.

The monster threw the umpteenth fist, and the mecha rolled over, picking up the combined corpses that were now in the form of swords. The first target that Emily attacked was her opponent's knee.

Instantly the monster lost its balance. Emily did not waste the opportunity. She moved her mecha to continue slashing at the enemy without stopping.

"Hold on a little longer." The supreme undead growled. Her hands were getting tighter, and her pain was getting crazier. She felt that those hands might explode at any moment. "Arrrrghhhh!!!"

The mecha jumped and then slashed through the monster's body. That tree creature fell with a body covered in slash wounds.

Instead of moving again, the mecha froze and dropped its sword.

"Are you okay, lady Emily!?" Nate asked again via the remote communication device.

No answer. The mecha's cockpit room was filled with traces of blood splattered everywhere. Emily sat in a chair with her head down. Her two new hands erupted and left nothing.

Black blood continued flowing from where her hands should have been.

"Please answer me, lady Emily!" Nate sounded even more frantic. "How are you!?"

"You're being loud today, Nate." Emily coughed, and her mouth was bleeding. "And no. I'm not fine. My hands are gone. I can't masturbate myself for a while."

"We'll send a team over there!" Nate responded again. "Hold on, lady Emily!"

The supreme undead looked up, took a deep breath, then smiled. Too bad Lord Vorn didn't see her success firsthand.

[Vorn's POV]

The sensation of being stoned by the needles wrapped around my body tormented me even more. Still, I continued to focus on Fergus, who kept running away from me.

He is getting further away, but I'm sure I can catch up to him.

The dark magus shouted again, but I couldn't hear him very well. My vision is also fading.

No. I can't fall before I catch him.

One by one, the parts of my flying bike have been flying. Black smoke started to appear from several spots on this thing. I also feel great vibrations on this bike, and the speed keeps dropping.

And finally, Fergus disappeared into the light. I kept forcing my bike to go, but this thing exploded in several places.

Even so, I didn't give up. I forced myself to my feet despite the craziness of pain all over my body, then jumped forward with all my might.

Once past that wall of light, I saw the sky again. My body then fell freely without being able to be controlled. I maneuvered in the air while the ground drew closer to me.

"Ughhhh!!!" I tried to roll on the ground to lessen the effect. However, because the distance I fell was relatively high, my body still hit the ground hard, even though the impact was reduced.

"Shit…." I groaned, pressing a button on the wrist of my armor. Instantly I felt my body fresher and my pain reduced.

The button does send a special potion all over my body, the kind that doesn't make me dizzy and lose consciousness.

Having a team of scientists really gives extraordinary benefits.

Unfortunately, I couldn't use it in the portal earlier. Ayre didn't even know what the risk would be.

I got up while wincing because of the pain in my body. My gaze fell on the old castle a few yards away.

There was an eight-foot-tall creature guarding the doorway with a giant hammer slung over its shoulder.

Without the slightest hesitation, I walked towards the creature wearing plain black clothing and a mask.

"Fergus, come out!!!" I ignited the dragon power in my two hands, making them burn like burning coals. "Face me! Don't just rely on your subordinates like this!!!"

I then ran towards the castle, and the monster immediately took a stance, ready to attack me using its colossal hammer.

And I jumped up, about to punch that creature. My opponent swung his weapon.

My fist and the giant hammer collided. The created force knocked us out.

I hastily got up as soon as I landed on the ground, along with that monster. If only my condition was normal, I would definitely be able to win easily.

Wasting no time, I attacked again, this time more aggressively. My enemy is overwhelmed. Occasionally he did manage to hit me with his hammer, but I didn't care.

I will keep attacking until this monster can't attack me anymore.

"Arrrgghhhh!!!" I lifted the creature's body, slammed it down, and then stomped its head. That thing couldn't fight back and just flinched every time my foot hit her face.

I only stopped when he was not moving anymore. Through the large crack that formed on his mask, I saw countless eyes looking at me.

"What the…." I can't hold back the chill that runs down my spine.

This creature gave me the eeriest impression during my stay in this world.

Realizing that this thing was no longer moving, I headed towards the castle entrance but found that that thing was sealed with barrier magic.

"Fergus!!!" I punched the transparent barrier with all my might. "Do not hide!!!"

I kept punching that thing with both hands, not caring about the blood and pain on my hands. Slowly but surely, cracks began to appear on the magic barrier and gradually grew bigger.

Once the barrier was completely broken, I pushed open the large castle door.

"Fergus!!!" I laughed at the armored figure. He was putting his hands on Kayla's already big stomach.

The belly was twice the size of a pregnant woman about to give birth. It was decorated with many disgusting protruding veins.

The female vampire looked so sick. Her breathing was intermittent, and her eyes filled with tears. But her voice could not come out at all.

I remember the moment when I was under the influence of giganpoppy.

"Shit." Fergus continued to hold Kayla's stomach, making the veins appear bigger.

Kayla finally screamed as her stomach began to rip open and spurt blood, but I rushed to run and pulled Fergus down.

With a quick movement, I pulled on the dark magus' helmet, then took his skull.

"Get off me, you bastard!!!" He swore, but his mouth didn't move. "You will pay the price!!!"

"Ah, so cute." I smile. "An insignificant object screamed at me. This can be interesting entertainment."

I dropped him, then juggled the skull with my two feet like a pro. He screamed in protest, cursing because he didn't accept my treatment.

Well, this is light on the punishment I planned for him. The death penalty is too light for this bastard.

"Please…"

I stopped what I was doing and caught the skull when I heard Kayla's moans. The vampire woman reached out to me and kept shedding tears with her mouth that kept bleeding.

"Please…. Kill me…. I can't take it anymore…." She moaned with heavy breaths. "I beg you."

I looked at her while Fergus was still grumbling. After a while, I smiled. "I heard that pregnant vampires have high survival ability, right? She will not die easily even though she is seriously injured. Well, eventually, she will die, but it will take a very long time and be very excruciating."

She widened her eyes and shook her head, but I didn't care. I chose to turn around and leave the place.

"Forgive me…. What I did with my brother was wrong…. We want the vampire empire to be big…." She found it even more difficult to speak.

I kept walking, ignoring the pleas and Fergus's endless tirades. And once outside, I closed the castle gate, leaving her alone.

That's what you get when you humiliate my people and me.

"So, what are you going to do to me now?" Finally, Fergus stopped grumbling and adopted a more normal tone, though he was clearly holding back his anger. "You will destroy me?"

"Well, we'll see." I'm laughing. "Obviously, I'm not going to kill you. You may still have some use for me."

The dark magus fell silent when I opened the game UI to contact someone.

"Hey, I can still be your underling, Lord Vorn," Fergus said again. "I don't need to be in a high position…. I'm sure I will be able to help you a lot with my expertise."

I laughed again, this time louder. "Very funny! You are desperate and begging me!" I then lifted that skull and looked into its empty eye sockets. "Well, I don't want to be betrayed like that male vampire."

"Tsk!" Fergus snorted. "You are a hypocrite! Even though you also betrayed me!"

"Maybe." I shrugged. "Maybe I'm a hypocrite. I'm not bound by any rules, after all. I'll do whatever I want."
