Chapter 200 - To The Top Of Liberty Statue

Harry storming inside Henry's house and bang open the door to his dining hall.

"You drug me, didn't you?" He's jerking at Jessica, and she gulped nervously, looking at her husband's twin brother.

"Harry, what's going on?" Henry, who was holding his daughter, scrunched his eyebrow when Harry suddenly storming inside his dining hall and yelled at his wife.

Lara, their mother, also shocked, and she looks at her son, "Harry, what are you talking about?"

"Say it! You're the one who drugs me and let Sophie take advantage of me, aren't you? Why are you doing this??" He slams his hand on the table, and Lara jolts her body a bit.

She knew her son wouldn't be this angry if it's not true. She then turns to Jessica and softly asked her. "Jess, is it true?" Henry also lost his word as he then passes his daughter to the maid and instructs them to take her away from the dining hall.

Jessica slowly tears up a bit. "It's all that woman's fault. She always gets the attention and always…being prioritize." She sobs and covers her face with her palm.

Henry startled by her confession, and he could feel the same feeling as his twin. "That woman? What are you talking about? How many times do I have to tell you? I treat her as my sister. She's one of our family." Henry shakes her shoulder while Harry shoves the plate on the table to the floor.

"Do you realize what you're just put us now? She's missing, and I can't even contact her. Is she such a threat to you?? She has never done anything to Henry, and yet you always assume she had a bad intention, while you're the one who vile here!"

"Harry!" Henry yelled at his twin brother. Indeed, Jessica makes a mistake, but Harry doesn't have a right to say like that to his wife. As much as he values Lisa as his sister, he still loves his wife.

Harry exhale and says, "If anything happens to her, I swear to god I would never want to see your face again." He then stormed out and left all of them at the dining hall.

Lara didn't know what to say. Both of them is his son and now…what a mess. Harry may be the easygoing person, but once he was in a bad mood, no one dares to stop him.

She then took out her phone and tried to contact Lisa, but as Harry says, she's unreachable. Henry looks at his mother, and she shakes her head before she leaves the dining hall.

"Listen, I know you do this out of jealousy, but your way is wrong. She had no feeling for me, and neither do I. We're just a best friend, and we grow up together. When you decide to do this, have you ever thought the consequences?" Henry tries to talk to Jessica, who is still crying.

She shakes her head, "I don't like her, and I don't care at all about her. It's better if she disappears." She hiccup while saying that.

Sighing, Henry says, "If you think that way, then maybe it's us who should get a divorce. If you weren't able to see my love toward you, why should I work so hard so that you can see it? You blinded by your jealousy, and I can't live like that for the rest of my life. Your choice, Jess." He leaves her alone at the dining hall before he went to fetch his daughter afterward.

He was very much disappointed with her behavior. How could she drug Harry and make their relationship worsen? Lisa may look lively and a bit boyish, but she still a girl and only show her girly side to Harry alone.

If she was hurt by Harry, then he sure that her wound will be very much rooted and hard to heals.

"Pftt…hahahahah.." Lisa laughs out loud when watching a comedy movie while digging her finger into a popcorn box. She doesn't want to think about Harry so much, so spend her day with the stranger man while eating popcorn and doing a movie marathon with him.

"You are laughing like a man," Brian commenting and he takes popcorn from her box. Wiping her corner of eyes, she says, "Well, I am no beauty and no girly too. I don't have to keep on my girly side to a stranger like you." She replies casually.

Brian shrugged his shoulder. "True. Just be yourself then." He smiles, and Lisa flinched a bit, looking at his sweet smile.

'Why does this man always make my heart pounder?' She bit the popcorn and averted her eyes back to the TV. He is the only stranger men who able to distract her from thinking about Harry.

In the next two hours, Brian turns off the TV. "Dress up. We're going out tonight." He said and stood up from the couch. He feels like his butt is sore a bit from sitting for long hours.

"Huh? Going to where?" Lisa asked and tilted her head a little. It's already almost 9, and they also had their dinner already. Like before, he just orders the food.

"You'll know later." He smiled, sweetly at her, and went to his bedroom to change his clothes.

Without any question, Lisa also went to the guest room and find something to wear. She had to admit that every dress inside the wardrobe is a high-end brand. Everything is shimmering like a new dress. She wonders what kind of girlfriend that that guy date before.

He also looks a bit like Harry, with his dashing persona and sculptured body, she sure he is one with many stocks of girlfriends. She took a red dress that not too revealing in her eyes and went to brush her hair and pin it with the accessories.

When she looked at her phone, she sighs and throws it on the bed. She doesn't intend to charge the battery and look at the phone right now. She's in her recuperation period, isn't she?

They went down to the basement parking, and Lisa gasp seeing his car. "Is this your car?" She asked, and her face clearly looks shocked after seeing a limited edition of the Lamborghini collection.

Looking at her expression, Brian didn't dare to tell her the truth. "My boss's. But, I was the one who keeps it for now." He said, and only then Lisa looks a bit relief. One thing that he sure is, Lisa doesn't like 'rich men.' She even didn't know his face when he's Benedict Lawrence.

"Oh," She opens the car door and sits at the passenger seat. Putting the seat belt on, she asked again, "You haven't told me anything about you." Yep, she doesn't know about this man at all. Even his last name, Lisa doesn't know.

"What you want to know about me?" He asked and drove the car to their destination. He wears a black shirt where he folds the sleeve up to his elbow and jeans. He looks so dashing even though he only wears simple clothes.

"Um...like, where did you work at? And um, what's your last name? Are you a citizen or anything similar to that question."

Chuckles, he says, "I'm Brian. My last name isn't important, and I work at..hmm, lab? And ah, yes…I'm citizen, but I from another city." Brian answers her question, and she squinted her eyes after that.

"Lab? Like a doctor?"

Smiles, "Something like that." He turns the wheel around, and a few minutes later, they arrive at the ferry terminal.

"Where are we?"

"Let's go." Brian reached her hand and led her to enter a luxurious yacht.

In ten minutes, they arrive at the place, and Lisa was pretty much dumbfounded. "Are you sure we can do this?" she asked, and Brian only nods his head and showing his sweet smile.

"Don't worry, we won't get caught." He leads her to climb the stair to the top of Liberty Statue. Even in her two decades of living here, she never once going here. Mostly because of her busy schedule and just this evening when they watch a movie, and she blurts out that she wants to go here.

Who would've thought that this strange man really brought her here without much difficulty? 'Who is this man, after all?'
