Chapter 1261 A Weapon Too Powerful To Use

The worlds were divided into four realms in which they existed.

First was the Mortal Realm, which as the name suggested, would consist of worlds with beings that were mortal and the chances of them being able to cultivate were quite hard.

And here, the simplest kind of natural energy was present enough to let the human beings present her to start their journey on the path of cultivation with great efforts and pains.

The second was the Lesser heavens, where there was a tremendous amount of Spiritual Qi in the worlds present here and there was also a lot of Spiritual Energy which would help in cultivating the realm of Immortal.

As for the Lesser Heavens, there were worlds which had a high quality of Spiritual Energy and also the concentration of it was far denser in the worlds of this plane.

The Lesser and Greater Heavens were collectively called Heavens and people living here would have an abundant age even if they were not a cultivator.

And the last was God's realm, much information was not known about this world since this was a whole upper plane in itself and was said to house the ream gods which were powerful enough to break the worlds of the Greater and Lesser heavens in nothing but a flick of their fingers.

One had to know that Spiritual Qi was a basic source of energy, if one wanted to cultivate directly with the help of Spiritual Energy, due to its concentrated form the person trying to practice it would need some time to mend the Spiritual Energy and trying to accommodate and their body learn to harness it.

It was similar to how a baby would be first made to feed on its mother's milk and only after it was grown enough would it be allowed to eat some porridge, congee, meium (it's like rice soup) and only when it grows further would it be introduced with meat and higher diets.

Although a baby would be able to digest meat after a few months of its birth and could be fed instead of congee and porridge, it would still take a while for its body to get adjusted to it.

So the fact that Ye Qian was the only one whom the Dagger Spirit was able to talk to still made a bit of sense and also in the meantime it did not.

"Yes, if I am not wrong, then you might have stumbled upon the Godly Spiritual Energy not long ago and I could sense that when you entered your Spiritual energy in me, if not for it, then I might have not wanted to talk to you either."

"Ohh."

Ye Qian understood.

A moment later, the dagger spirit answered the question that was nudging Ye Qian the most.

"As for the reason why the old man handed me to the woman, I think you might have a rough idea as to why, nonetheless, I will tell you since I will be with you now."

"They knew that I was some kind of powerful weapon, but since they couldn't think of any ways to make use of me, as you can say I was nothing but a powerful weapon that had no use in the current world."

"There had been many times that the so-called geniuses of the current millennium tried to use me, but before they could dare to force some Spiritual Qi in me, they would lose all their puny cultivation."

"I was a weapon for them, one that would inflict them before they would even dare to use me, Haha."

The Spirit seemed amused.

'As you might know, the mountains which the woman was talking about have some essential herbs which are a bit rich in some Spiritual Qi."

"Hmm."

Ye Qian nodded while the Spirit continued.

"But due to the presence of the so-called monster living there, they are not able to roam deep inside the mountains and harvest those herbs, so he intended to use this woman's anger to get rid of the monster."

"Of course, his plan was not simple since the woman might not have been able to kill it but he thought that I would suck all the Evil Qi that was in the corpse's body, making him lose all of its strength and then turn into nothing along with the woman."

"As for the divination, the guy knows some divination techniques that were passed down for ages but it's not really accurate, as you might know, your existence was never comprehended."

"He had divined that the woman would die along with the living corpse, but things didn't happen as they were planned to."

Ye Qian understood what was the reason.

"So his intention was not to help her but to get rid of the corpse general so that they would be able to get the resources easily without any fear."

Ye Qian couldn't help but frown.

He was sure that for the woman this might be somewhat shocking, she had been grateful for the fact that someone was willing to give her a weapon that would be able to help her take her revenge, but this was nothing but a facade for their own benefits.

While Ye Qian was thinking, he heard the Spirit again.

"I suggest you talk to the woman, I have been with her for this time and I know she will understand."

"As for the other part, I want you to keep me with you and I will talk to you later."

After that, there was no other word from the Spirit and Ye Qian knew that the dagger spirit had served its connection with him for now.

"SIGH, people might be helping and benevolent while pretending for their own motives."

Ye Qian couldn't help but sigh.

With that, he also tried to pull his consciousness back and opened his eyes.

"Young master!"

The first thing that he heard was Bo's voice.

Ye Qian knew that some time might have passed here and what had happened to him on the surface might have left Bo with a great amount of worry.

"I am completely fine."

Ye Qian waved his hand and wiped the small trail of blood that was on the corner of his lips.
