Chapter 611 Why Didn’t She Come?

It had been a long time since her Aunt Meng had come into the kitchen, but Little Jia had not seen her mother come in yet.

Much less come, she didn't even hear her voice.

But the little girl felt that maybe her mother might have gone to freshen up, but so much time passed but she didn't see her mother coming into the kitchen.

She knew that even if her mother was a bit tired, she would come and her Papa and Grandma to cook dinner.

But it had been so long but she didn't and so, all the little girl could do was to ask her aunt about her mother.

She wanted to tell her mom so much about how much she enjoyed with her Papa when they were walking back home and other things just like how Little Qiqi told Yuan Meng.

She knew that her mom would definitely feel happy after hearing from her.

But she didn't see her mom, so she asked her Aunt.

Seeing the pitiful expression on Little Jia's face, Yuan Meng sighed in her heart.

'SIGH, Sister Wei, you didn't want to come home so as to hide your feelings, but what about this child, will she not miss you after not seeing you come?'

Right now, Yuan Meng couldn't help but blame herself for this, it could be said that it was because of her that Ning Wei had started liking Ye Qian.

Ning Wei couldn't see Ye Qian or she might start feeling the same and would feel sad.

But she also didn't want Little Jia to be away from Ye Qian.

According to her Little Jia would still be fine if she were to get fatherly love and Yuan Meng might be able to take her place.

But there was a large difference between the two to do it.

As for Ning Wei, she was doing it so that she might not become a hinder in the love life of Yuan Meng and Ye Qian.

"Jia, your Mom has a lot of work, and so she would not be able to come home for a few days, she said that she will be staying in your house for this week."

As she listened, Little Jia's face revealed a saddened expression while her head continued to lower.

It was obvious that the little girl was sad since her mom had not come back to meet her.

"Don't worry Jia, we will go to your mom tomorrow when we go out to the market."

Ye Qian couldn't see his little like this as he caressed her hair and said lightly.

Before going, Grandma Yan gave a look at Ye Qian and Yuan Meng and then walked out of the kitchen.

Right after Grandma Yan walked out, she quickly thought of something and tried to distract Little Jia's attention from thinking about Ning Wei.

Ye Qian sighed along with Yuan Meng and turned to her.

"What happened?"

"Why didn't she come?"

Yuan Meng pursed her lips and smiled wryly, there was no way that she would be able, to tell the truth to Ye Qian and she knew clearly enough what his reaction would be, so she shook her head and continued.

"Sister Wei got loads of work of Yang Kun, the guy which had an accident yesterday."

As Yuan Meng said, she continued to stare at Ye Qian's reaction, she was worried that Ye Qian might find it a bit weird.

"Huh?"

But to her disbelief, Ye Qian stared at her with a puzzled face.
