Following the dinner, Ye Qian helped Grandma Yan take care of the things in the kitchen.

But he was soon kicked out by her.

"If you barge in once again then you will need to sleep on the sofa."

Ye Qian didn't know if he should laugh or cry at this threat from his mother.

There was clearly no connection between him sleeping on the sofa and helping her with the plates and stuff.

But Ye Qian could only accept it and walk out while going to Xiao Ya's room.

"How have you been feeling?"

After Ye Qian knocked on the door, he asked while Xiao Ya smiled at him.

"I feel much better now, I think, I will also leave tomorrow."

"Alright, if you ever feel any change in the Serpent God Egg do ask without any doubt."

Ye Qian said while sitting by the chair in front of the table, and extended his hand towards her.
