Chapter 505 - What goes around, comes around.

Everyone was looking at her.

Her face turned pale as her walking pace turned slow and she went towards her parents as her heartbeat raised saying something was off.

She saw a bridesmaid run inside and went towards the front. She slowly glanced ahead and saw, Andy was in the same cream-colored suit with similar detailing as the gown she wore.

She froze.

She prayed what she was thinking shouldn't be the case but hubbub increased more. Jai and Loran held her.

Jai held her shoulders and said "Sky! Don't panic."

Loran held her hand tightly.

Sky didn't know whether she should cry or not. She didn't know how the incident was going to end up. But she was sure she wasn't going justify or explain to Andy unless he trusts her.

'Why did she set me up?' Was the only question in her mind. She felt suffocated when eyes on her increased as they seized her up.

All turned to the main door and saw Savanna entering as she had traces of tears on her face. Bridesmaids looked at Sky in disgust as if she actually stole the dress.

The groomsman who poured the wine on her dress spoke loudly, "I thought I made a mistake. Seems like she purposefully bumped into me and even declined me to help her so that she could steal the gown. Such a disgusting girl."

Sky held back Loran's hand as tight as she could. Jai moved closer to her as his hands tightened around which meant, 'We trust you.'

"Aunty! When Savanna was ready and checked the gown. It was gone. A few minutes earlier to it, That girl was in the room saying she was there to check on arrangements and we don't know how and when she stole the gown. Savanna cried till now. We somehow managed to get another dress and helped her to get ready." A bridesmaid made up a story and told to Sandra who was fuming red.

Hubbub increased higher as they pointed Sky and the Barton parents. Sandra strode towards Sky as Savanna, Andy, Rony, Stefan and Savanna's parents followed.

Sandra flung her hands to slap Sky. The latter didn't budge an inch. Loran held Sandra's hand flung it back saying in unyielding tone. "Don't even dare to touch my sister."

Sandra laughed hysterically as Stefan tried to stop her. Sky saw Savanna who was smirking at her then behaved weakly and leaned on Andy as she tugged his blazer, "Darling! It's okay, Let's finish the ceremony."

Sandra flared up instantly, "It's okay? Savanna, it's not okay. This little bitch stole your dress... Do you think you would become the wife of my son just by stealing the dress? Don't dream about it. You are just an eye prick. Have you looked at yourself? Do..."

Sky didn't really hear what she said as it didn't matter to her. She looked at Andy who was looking at her suspiciously, "I didn't do anything." She abruptly said looking at him.

"Sky! Don't lie!" Andy responded hugging Savanna.

Sky looked at his face for a few seconds. The small corner which left in her life for friends erased instantly.

Jai and Loran were about to speak, Sky stopped them. She faced Jai, "I want to go home."

Jai nodded and took her out as the Barton parents and Loran followed them. Sandra kept on shouting but there was no single drop of tear that appeared on her eyes till she heard somebody criticizing the Barton parents about her upbringing.

"Do you remember you saved me from a woman when we went to Euroasia last year in the beginning?" Sky asked.

Arlo who had held her by shoulders kept on lightly rubbing to calm her. After hearing her question, he hummed.

"She is Savanna Mariot. The ex-wife of Andy. She left her job in a finance firm and had said she was modeling at her home but she was cheating on Andy with some old man. When he got to know and applied divorce, she, in turn, filed domestic violence and cheating on him which jailed nearly three months I think and she took huge alimony. At last, she ruined Gills' completely."

After finishing, she sighed and gave a faint smile to him.

'Karma is a bitch. What goes around, comes around.' Arlo thought to himself.

"I'm sorry!" Arlo said sincerely. It was not only for asking the question but for misunderstanding her in the beginning.

Sky smiled, "It's okay. I had cried when I explained to Brother Jai. After that, I didn't even have the guts speak about it. I repeated now without crying. So it's a huge improvement."

Arlo wanted to chop Andy into pieces and throw them to the ocean for the sharks. "Sky! Why didn't you punish? Instead, their family is living because of you."

"Who said I didn't punish? They are making their living because of me. Isn't it punishment in itself? They could never leave off guilt in their life which is worse than death. I didn't think about it initially but when I went to get Rony, Mrs.Sandra Gill's face said it. That's when I understood, my help is actually cruel than any punishment they could ever get... Brother Jai never let them apologize to me for this reason."

Arlo who thought he was the cruelest one felt like he let people off easily as Jai and Sky mentally torture them till death by actually helping them.

Sky didn't get any response from him hence she turned to him as she asked with a teasing grin, "Why? Are you regretting?"

Arlo shook his head. "There are many things to learn from you and your brother. And..."

He moved near her ear and said in an enticing tone, "I want to eat you up."

Sky elbowed him and pouted understanding what he meant. Arlo saw her face turn red and chuckled, "So you do understand what it means."

"Arlo!" Sky was getting up to avoid the topic but he pulled her back to sit.

"I'm just kidding. We have a whole life for that." Arlo said as he held her hands.

They spoke for sometime before going home.

-- Past EuroAsia --

Savanna was locked up in the underground room. When Sky and others left, Arlo and Ryan went to the room and saw Savanna shouting on top of her lungs saying she wouldn't let them off.
