Chapter 350 - Pull away from kiss(7)

When Sky exited the auditorium, she waited for David who had to enter last as per their plan. She noticed Arlo in a face mask. "Arlo, What's wrong?" Sky asked in a puzzle.

He had seen her with the Barton brothers. They looked splendid as always. He just wished if he could be one in them. Even though the trio entered with aloof expression, the air around them was merry which he could see in their eyes.

"Cold." Arlo lied as he was prepared to say it. Since there would be reporters he couldn't possibly show his face.

"Oh! Go and rest." Sky said and waited for David.

There was just a minute left to ten, David came in a black suit, white shirt, and wine-colored tie. His assistant and his bodyguards followed him.

He embraced her, "Well done."

Sky knew he was saying about the arrangements, She smiled, "I will be in the VIP room above."

David nodded and entered inside. Sam escorted her to the VIP room and left when she successfully changed the passcode. The VIP room was at the highest level and she had a complete view of the auditorium. But nobody could see inside hence it was a perfect place for her.

She had her Bluetooth on till they successfully completed the first part of the release. She instructed whenever required. David left after it with Vice president leaving all the brand ambassadors to have a talk with reporters.

Since Andy would manage the rest, she cut the call and turned around to keep the phone on a chair. When she was about to turn back towards the stage, she felt somebody was inside. She turned on the torch on her mobile and looked inside but nobody was there.

She shook her head to stop to let her thoughts run wild due to the darkroom. Keeping her hands in her pants pockets, she concentrated on the interviews.

It wasn't even five minutes she doubted, She felt somebody moving towards her. She tried to remain calm as she didn't like a dark place but somebody slid between her and the glass wall, blocking her view.

She wasn't sure if she was having illusions or it was real because only she had the passcode and nobody knew about it.

Her mind was completely blank until she felt her legs being locked by a pair of legs and held her around the waist holding her hands in the place. She tried to move her legs and hands but to no avail.

"What..." She couldn't able to finish her words when cold lips landed on hers.

Her eyes widened in shock, she couldn't see the person. She clenched her fist and tried to pull out as she moved her head back to pull away from the kiss.

But the lips didn't leave her.

Her back was arched back completely, light move towards back would make her fall on the floor with the man on her top hence she didn't dare arch more.

With all her force, right hand successfully loosed from his grip, she tried to push the man away but she was too weak for that.

His left hand held her wrist and forced her hand behind her back and passed it to another hand before pulling her on him.

The entire-time her lips were sealed by the man's cold lips. When she leaned completely on the man's slanted body, She couldn't take it anymore, "Wh..."

Next second she froze and didn't even breathe. She regretted trying to speak when a tongue invaded her mouth. Each second felt like a day to her...

When she was almost out of breath, her lips were released. She heard a seductive tone near her ear making her clench her blazer hem, "Breathe."

She turned her head towards him and could notice his wispy hair moving up as he left her and moved away swiftly. Her eyes stayed on the door and she took a deep breath but door never opened.

Everything happened in just two minutes, she couldn't process anything.

She grabbed her phone clumsily and turned on the torch as she scanned the room completely. But nobody was in sight.

She was all alone in the room.

She left the mobile on one chair and peeked out. Everything and everyone was in their position. She sat on the other chair. She kept her hand on the chest which was beating rapidly. Her parted lips still could feel the gentle strokes which made her cheeks go red.

She took a few more breaths to calm herself.

There was only one door, it's passcode was only known to her.

The door never opened.

There was nobody when she checked the room.

There wasn't a single ray of light entered the room the whole time.

The room had only a few chairs, a table and herself.

She used to have an illusion when she was in a dark room but they were due to wind or some sounds.

This time it was completely different and her mind was completely messed up. She fought with her thoughts and closed the curtains in the room before turning on the lights.

There was no camera in the room so she couldn't get any video. Then she tapped on the walls. If any block sounds hollow, then it would be considered as the secret door but nothing seemed unalike.

She even checked the floor but there was nothing fruitful. If anybody really forced on her, her wrist would have pained but she didn't feel it or couldn't see any mark on her wrist either.

'Was I daydreaming?'

Thinking about it, her face flushed red. She chided herself and repeated a line to herself until her phone rang, 'No more rom-com movies for you.'  But she forgot she hadn't seen rom-com from a very long time.

She checked the caller ID- 'Brother Jai' was displaying. She had forgotten about the event. She opened the curtains to see the empty hall as she received the call.

"Brother Jai" Sky answered and rushed towards the door to open.

"Come out. Why are..." Jai was halfway to finish his question when Sky opened the door. "...you still inside?"

Sky saw Jai and hung up the call. Loran, Sam, Arlo, Peter, Jimmy were standing behind him looking at her.

"Sky! What's wrong? Why is your face red? Was it hot inside?" Jai asked as he kept his hand on her forehead to check her temperature.

"Kind of." Sky removed his hand and held his arms as they moved.

"Brother Jai! Can we go out to some other place to have lunch?" Sky badly wanted to leave that place for a few minutes.

"Let me change first, then we will go." Jai asked.
