Chapter 340 - It suits you

She took out the box from the paper bag slowly to get his attention. Loran only saw once and turned back his attention to the laptop screen. Sky pulled a chair next to him and opened the lid of the box.

Loran saw it from the corner of his eyes but he still controlled his craving to eat it. Sky took it leisurely and ate very slowly enjoying it's every bite.

When she was taking the next one, Loran grabbed the whole box and kept away from her.

Sky stood up and bent towards another end of the table to take the box, Loran held her hand and scowled, "Sister Sky! Aren't they for me? Why are you eating?"

Sky sat back on the chair and started poking him until she briefly explained everything. Loran heard her and nodded, "Are you planning to drill a hole in my arm? Sister Sky! You have nails."

Sky rubbed his arm and asked, "So are you still angry on me?"

"Sister Sky! Don't even think I will let you off this time just because of cupcakes." Loran's anger acting was worse than her acting.

"Oh!" Sky stood up, "Okay! Take your time."

Loran was disappointed seeing her giving up so easily. But the next movement he ran behind her because Sky had taken the cupcake box and ran down, "Dumbo! Work hard."

"Sister Sky!" Loran shouted and chased her. Nearing the end, Loran held the railings and jumped off to block her.

Clark was selecting a tattoo for himself. Sam glanced at them once and went back to the magazines.

Sky stopped a few steps away. The gap between vertical bars of stairs and railing was wide enough for her slide off.

Loran saw her smile and thought she would run up and lock the door. Hence he took two steps up when Sky glided down holding the vertical bar in one hand, another hand holding the box.

"Sister Sky! This is unfair." Loran shouted again and ran behind her. Excluding two customers, others were used to them.

Sky went inside and circled leaving Loran to shout. "I will not give if you are irked."

"Sister Sky! If you make it fall, You will have to make again. Think about it and hand it to me Now ." Loran jumped across the tattoo bed and almost held her.

Sky ran towards outside, shouting and thinking she got caught, "Ahhh..."

She circled Sam's table which was in the waiting area. Loran was the boss of the studio hence he didn't care whoever was inside. Since Sam, Clark, and Loran was there, Sky was herself and played around without care ignoring unknowns.

Sam started to get a headache seeing them circling him clock and anticlockwise. Loran pursed his lips and spoke, "Mr.Cox. Excuse me."

He then climbed on the table. Sky saw him and again ran out laughing. She abruptly stopped as someone was standing at the entrance of the studio. She didn't raise her head to see and waited for him enter the studio so that she could escape but she sensed the gaze on her instead of entering inside.

She was about to raise her head, Loran reached her. When he was taking the box from her hand, that man took a cupcake from the box. Loran glared at the man and spoke when he was about to eat it, "That's poisoned."

Sky's lips twitched uncontrollably. She looked at the face of the man and her expression turned distant. That man had paused in his tracks when he heard the word poison .

Loran seized the cupcake from that man and took a big bite in front of him before going upstairs. Loran's assistant greeted that man, "Sir. Please welcome."

Sky unwillingly greeted him which caught Sam's attention, "Senior." She didn't wait for his reply and left to go upstairs.

Harry didn't expect the tattoo studio he came for ear piercing would be Loran Barton's studio. He had seen Sky's car and thought she must be in any showrooms but she was in the studio.

Sky annoyed Loran for some time and came down with two cupcakes for Clark who had asked her when she ran around him. She gave him the cupcakes and saw his fallen angel tattoo which he was getting on the right side of the chest.

She went to the waiting area and noticed Harry was sitting. Sky took the soda from the refrigerator and strode towards the waiting area. She didn't stop at Harry and she sat next to Sam.

"Clark selected a fallen angle. It's sassy and eye-catchy. Do you have a tattoo?" Sky asked as she pushed the bottle to him.

Sam flipped a page and spoke, "I don't like a tattoo and..." He lowered his head pushed a different magazine in front of her. "Page 17."

Sky opened the page and closed within a second after seeing the picture. "Two-year Senior. Same school."

Sam didn't give any reactions. He thought she may just know him as a senior and didn't know his working level. Hence he had asked her to check. Since she wasn't surprised, he understood she knows it.

Sky thought for a while and pulled Sam up to go inside. Sam thought she was dragging him in to select a tattoo "Sky!"

When she was about to respond, Harry interrupted, "Sky!"

Sky turned to him and kept her reply short, "Yes?"

"Do you work here?" he asked curiously. Sky reply again was short, "Nope."

Sky saw a lady approach Harry and whispered something to him. At that time she went in with Sam near the temporary tattoo section. "Choose one."

Since it was temporary, he decided to try and agreed instead of arguing. He went through the designs. After going through twice he picked the Star compass tattoo.

"Not bad! It represents level-headedness, patience, fidelity, and resilience. It suits you." Sky patted on his shoulder.

Sam faced her, "Are you complimenting me?" Sky rolled her eyes and remained quiet.

"Sir, Do you want black or a different color?" Studio employee asked Sam.

"Black." Sam replied then he looked to Sky, "Turn around."
