Chapter 226 - Death wish

A cold glint flashed in Arlo's eyes. "I don't care what you will do, I want those gunmen at our godown before they die. Tell our department to lock down all the news about Sky."

"Sure!" Ryan said and turned towards the exit.

"Ryan!" Arlo called him again, "I want complete information of Jai Barton, No hurry about this."

"Jai Barton?" Ryan was confused.

"He called my private number, not the other one." Arlo replied to him before striding towards OT.

Arlo uses two numbers, Personal which many people had. Private which he uses during the sensitive time and number of persons having that number can be counted on the fingers of one hand.

Even though Arlo said it wasn't hurried, it was the very sensitive and principal case.

Seeing a doctor coming out, Arlo reached the OT and Jai stood up, "President Smith, We don't have Rh-negative blood in our blood bank. Arrange A-negative ASAP."

Arlo nodded and dialed a number on his phone. Jai had left both his phone and Sky's phone in the hummer if in case they were being tracked. Hence he went to the reception of that floor and dialed Loran's number, "Loran!"

"Loran, Call Mr.Harley and tell him to disguise himself and leave the office in low profile and reach Sigma hospital immediately. And you are staying at home. Don't leave anywhere without my permission. Understood?" Jai finished in one breath.

"Sure brother Jai, B..." Jai hung up and called another number.

"Jai here, I want the identities of the attacker. I will call you later." After finishing, Jai hung up without listening to reply.

When he turned around, Arlo was standing in front of him, Jai pupils contracted, "President Arlo Smith, Thank you for your help. Don't mind to ask if you need any help from me."

Jai strode towards OT after he finished. Arlo furrowed his brows and called him, "Mr.Jai Barton"

Jai paused but didn't turn back, "We have arranged blood which will reach in ten minutes."

Jai gave a nod in response.

"How do you know me?" Arlo asked.

Jai leisurely turned around, "Who doesn't know the great businessman The Arlo Smith?"

Arlo kept his hands inside pocket and narrowed his eyes at Jai.

Jai smirked, "If you had used your special group to investigate my sister rather than your brother's team, you would have known by now."

"Interesting!" Arlo said but they didn't continue talking. He had special group was only known by few.

Soon the required blood came by chopper, David entered the third floor after Arlo's permission as Maxwell followed behind him.

David started questioning endlessly, "Jai, What happened to my daughter? Did she get shot? Who is behind her? How long is she been inside? What did doctors say? ..."

Jai made him sit before he answered his every question. At last, he asked his question, "Did you or Sky offend anybody powerful?"

David shook his head, "We may have offended the small companies but no large scale like this. The only person she could have offended by not knowing would be..." David glanced at Arlo.

David knew Arlo never left any girl approach near him, nobody would dare to turn down the projects offered by them and warning them was a death wish.

Even though Sky had no intention to hit on Arlo, she was very close to him for nearly a minute. Father and daughter turned him down directly and Sky had warned them to keep them in check.
