Chapter 94 - I don't regret what I did

"That CEO threw her out and ran back to his wife. she left empty hand and hiding in the Western lake park." Sam answered nonchalantly.

"Its good to have who can read minds. I can have the answer without much delay." Sky praised him indirectly and moved towards the exit with her handbag.

Sam checked his watch, "Where are you going? It's still the office hour."

"Read my mind!" Sky said it without turning back.

After exiting the office, Sky heard Andy greeting her, "Why are you still here? Go and get ready for your outing."

"Ms.Sky, I'm not going. Assistant Lilly going instead of me." Andy responded and glanced at Sam who exited the office.

"I'm coming with you." Sam's voice sounded behind Sky.

She turned towards him, "You really can read my mind." She threw her car key fob towards him. "You are driving."

Sam caught the key went towards the elevator. Sky turned towards Andy, "I'm leaving. If you have nothing, You should go and rest too."

Sky left Harley with Sam and reached the Western lake park. As they were entering the park, Sky saw three well-built bouncers exiting the park and she noticed Star on their clothes.

"Not bad! her backer still has the nerve to protect her." Sky scoffed.

"I don't think so." Sam said as he guided Sky near one of the bush.

When Sky saw the lady on the grass, She was taken aback. She immediately called the ambulance.

Even though there was no blood on her body, her skin had turned shades of blue and green. A small cloth was stubbed in her mouth. She had no strength to move her hand to remove the cloth.

She was like a lifeless body in a half-conscious state. Sky bent down and removed the cloth from her mouth, Took the water bottle from her bag and helped to her drink it.

"Who are you?" Sky heard a faint voice from her.

"She is the CEO of Harley. Sky Harley." Sam answered for Sky.

"Even though I pity your current condition. I don't regret what I did. I can only send you to the hospital. Don't take the wrong path again." Sky voice was soothing.

A tear rolled down in Kira's eyes. Sam noticed Sky's mood and helped her to get up. "Ambulance is here. Let's leave."

Sky nodded and left the park with Sam. He silently watched her as they walked out of the park. when they reached the car, Sam offered his help.

"Let me drive you home."

Sky nodded and took the shotgun seat. Sam drove the car towards the Harley mansion. Sky looked outside the window.

"Are you feeling guilty?" Sam asked cautiously.

Sky turned left and shook her head. She hardly had any expression on her face. But he couldn't make out the difference.

He pulled the car right side and parked. "If you are not guilty, shouldn't you be happy about achieving your goal?"

Sky smiled as she shook her head passively. "I never wanted her to get beaten up like that. Isn't there police and law for that? That man is also malign, but why always woman have to face the problem and label as immoral."
