Then she looked at Sophia, who is looking at her with anxiousness on her face and said, "He is fine. He can go anytime."

Sophia heave a sigh of relief at the news that John did not have any complications. Then she looked at the girl and told her thanks, "Thank you very much doctor." And bow down a little which John raised an eyebrow at but did not stop it.

He did not really like bowing down to others even before this life. Even when he is poor before, he did not bow down.

But maybe he can accept this, because this is his mother showing her sincerity to the other party. But still, he kinda felt that he didn't like that.

The girl nodded her head before turning around and leaving the room.

John thought that they should probably go, because he still needed to buy the restaurant, he said, "Mom, we should go now. The sun is about to set and the agency is going to close soon."

And he tried to stand up, but Sophia stop him,

"Stop. Are you really ok?" She asked, her face full of concern.

"Mom, the doctor even stated that I am fine now, right?" He said, "So, don't worry too much, it's bad for your health and will make you look older fast." He calmed her down and made a joke to make her laugh.

Which is successful as she laughed a little.

"It looks like you are really fine now, huh." She said, "You can even joke about now."

After she finished speaking, she helped John stand up, which he did not really need because he is really fine now.

John straightened his shirt and patted his body.

"Let's go!" He said, but he stopped before he left the room. He looked at Sophia and ask, "By the way, who is that girl before, mom?"

"You mean the doctor?" She asked back, then seeing him nod, she answered, "I don't really know. But I heard from some people that she is a Miss from a high ranking noble family. I do not know why she is in here though." She answered as she also thought about it.

John placed his hands on his chin and thought about it a little, in his mind he is thinking, 'Isn't she a little too young?'

Then he erased the thoughts on his head and left the room with his Mom.

Outside, he saw the noble girl talking to someone that looks like a butler, he did not look at them for long because that would just be rude.

John's motto from his previous life is, "You don't deserve respect, if you do not know how to respect." And he always respected the people or at least gave a minimum respect to other parties he saw because of that.

But well, if the other people can't even give a damn about respect, he will just ignore them or make them go to hell.

They left the place, where he only noticed that it is actually the clinic just near the agency that sold and managed all kinds of buildings in this town.

The mother and son duo walk just a few blocks before arriving at the agency.

The building is obviously made of expensive materials. It can be seen by just a look and even a layman in terms of materials can see that it is something that they will not be able to afford.

The place does not look that grand, it's just you will really feel it's expensive that's all.

The mother and son pair walked towards the building and entered. Inside are some shiny things like chandeliers, paintings, and vases. All of it looks expensive.

They walk towards the reception desk.

The female receptionist greeted them with a professional smile.

"Hello, Good afternoon. How may I help you?"

"We are looking for some buildings." Answered Sophia, she also looks professional which you will not think of a poor person. Who is always depicted in novels as, "poor woman, she is scared of damaging anything that her legs are shaking" like that… Oh well.

The receptionist then asked, "What kind of building do you want," then she picked up a booklet from under her desk and passed it to Sophia.

"And here is a brochure, it have all the properties that we are currently selling. I hope you find the builing that you want there." Said the receptionist politely.

"Thank you." Replied Sophia,

Sophia received it and looked at the content. She put her other hand to her chin and started scratching it gently while the other held the booklet or brochure.

Then she looked for a placed to sit at and brought John to sit.

The booklet contains all the available buildings that the agency is selling at the moment. So there is a lot of properties in the brochure and that made it hard to search.

Sophia look at it for a while but still can't decide on what to buy. Then she thought of letting John see it too.

"John, do you want to see?" She asked him first to make sure if he's interested.

"Hmm… Ok, Mom!"

John agreed and Sophia lowered her posture a little for him to see the brochure. They browse around for a quite some time, when the sun fully set and the night life is about to start, they finally found the one they are satisfied with.

Sophia stand up and headed towards the reception desk with John in tow.

The receptionist noticed them coming and put a smile on her face.

"Did you choose a property that you want, Ma'am?" She asked,

"Yes," said Sophia, then she placed the brochure on the desk and pointed at the building that they desire.

"This, We want this building."
