101 Welcome Home

The couple packed all their things and was prepared to move out from the hotel and into the Lim Mansion, when Marga suddenly got nervous "Stephen, I don't think I can do it, how about we just go home and tell grandpa that we decided not to have the party. He will surely understand, right?" she don't like big crowds, although she worked in marketing, she tries her best to work on the background, she prefers it that way."Marga, don't be silly.We will be home tomorrow and perhaps you can discuss the details with him and your Aunt, they will surely understand where your coming from, just speak to them nicely." then Stephen patted her head and took the luggage from her.

Before they reached the door, their door bell rang, and when they had it opened, they already expected someone to be waiting for them, but they did not expect Marga's grandfather to personally wait for them, "What are you two kids doing, let's go home, the household has prepared dinner for us." then the old man took Marga's hand and hooked it into his arm then started walking, leaving Stephen, who turned out to be the third wheel in their new found relationship and grandfather and granddaughter.

It took around forty-five minutes for them to get out of the city and into the suburbs, they passed a lot of old buildings that were obviously restored, and the scenery was really beautiful with the sun just about the set adding more to its picturesque beauty.Unlike Country A where sceneries are as calm as the air breeze,the only difference is instead of trees that can be seen almost everywhere, the streets are decorated with small bungalows lined up and arranged specifically with matching colors, they stood one after another, with matching gardens as well, just like what you see in the movies wherein these are perfect villas exclusively for the rich. After another five minutes into the drive, they were welcomed by a huge golden gate that stood around twenty feet high, that gave it it's "exclusive for the very rich" vibe.

"Good evening Mr. Lim" the security guards greeted her grandfather, and he answer with a smile and a nod.Then the car went in straight, the outside was just very different from what was inside the gate, the houses there were very beautiful and elegant, and even from the looks of it, you can immediately tell that people who are living there are especially well off.They passed a few elegant houses then finally they made a stop at the most end, it was also a large mansion with a beautiful fountain extending to the front porch, and plenty of flowers in different size and shape are arranged in its magnificence."Welcome home Margaret!" her grandpa said, then he lead her out of the car.

There were servants lined-up waiting for them in the front door, and a tall man came "Elder Master, Lady Margaret and Master Son, welcome home.Dinner is ready, come with me to the dinning hall." the tall man said in a serious tone."Yohan, this is my grand daughter Margaret, isn't she just like Mary?" her grandpa said while they were walking towards the dining hall, Marga was still hooked to his arm. "Indeed Elder Master, the young Lady is as beautiful as Miss Mary." then the man called Yohan suddenly had tears in his eyes, but he immediately wiped it when no one was looking, but Marga already saw it.

In the hallway of the mansion was a grand portrait of Elder Lim, Mary, Johanna and a young baby, who was Margaret, it seemed that the portrait was painted with the photos of each added one after another as a collage.This is the second time she has seen a photo of her mother, and again she was stunned on how much they actually looked a like, except for their lips and nose, her now is a little sharper that her mothers, and her lips much smaller too, but still no one can deny that they are mother and child.

"Look at us Mary, we are finally together." then Elder Lim, hugged Marga tightly and sobbed, he was just too emotional.He was finally able to grant his daughter's daughter to be reunited with her child, the sad thing is, she is no longer here to share the warmth of their hugs."It's okay now grandpa, I know Mother would be happy that we finally found each other.Please don't cry anymore." Marga consoled her grandpa.
