Both Stephen and Tommy arrived almost at the same time, when they hurriedly went upstairs and into their Aunt's room where everybody was.The air in the room was full of sorrow and breathing has become difficult, "Aunt were here" both man announced.Both Tommy and Stephen went to their Aunt's bedside to let her see them, while Stephen checked on her Aunt's drip while looking down at her fragile state, he also glanced at the crying Marga and Liza.

"Aunt, it's me Tommy, I just won a medal from my last competition, do you want to see it?"Tommy said offering the medal to his Aunt's hands, he was now a professional swimmer and also one of the endorsers for Marga's company."Look how handsome I have become Aunt, I am more handsome than my father and brother and plenty of girls are out there lining up to date me, hehehe" Tommy as usual makes the atmosphere light by his silliness."I don't see anyone lining up Tom? Are they hiding in the woods somewhere?" Liza said smiling, although tears still fell from her cheeks."Hahaha, they're hiding there somewhere little sis!" Tom said as he went to hug Liza to comfort her.

"I think we should let Aunt rest for now, I will stay here for the night, everyone should take a rest first." Stephen then interrupted making the air still again.Stephen is now a physician that specializes in trauma surgeries and therapies, he has been studying at Country F for the last 5 years for his specialization and had not had a chance to come home as often as his others siblings could.

"Okay let's scram everyone, the doctor has already spoken." Tommy said while looking worriedly at his brother's face, because he could tell that their Aunt is not doing good.So everyone said their goodbyes and left the room, only Marga and Stephen were left, but Marga has not looked up since Stephen arrived, so he went and sat beside Marga and held her in his arms, where she cried her heart out.

They have not seen each other for over 3 months now, Stephen was busy with work and school while finishing his final year for his specialization and Marga was busy flying in and out of Country A due to launching their new product.They sent each other messages everyday, and sometimes they receive a call from each other during special occasions, or sometimes when one misses the other too.

Although they had only been a real couple 5 years ago when he was just starting his specialization, he has always treated Marga as his woman.Sometimes when he has a free time, he would visit Marga and Liza's apartment and cook for the girls, and stay with them over night.There were also times when Liza and Marga would go to his dorm and help him clean his room and do the laundry together, although Liza complains, he never heard any complains from her, because both understand each other very well.

Five years ago, Marga just turned 18, so to celebrate her birthday, she, Stephen, Liza, and Tommy went camping during their summer break, although they went to different schools, they are still able to meet during school break.When everyone was already asleep, Stephen called out for Marga from their tent "Marga come out for a bit, I have something to tell you."Marga looked at Liza's sleeping figure, she was listening in to make sure that she is already fast asleep before she decided to step out of the tent.The boy was standing near the camp fire with a paper on his hand looking worried and nervous at the same time.
