15 Tormenting Dreams

She got up, she was wearing a thin robe, she walked around the table and let her robe fall to the floor, revealing her nearly nude body to him. She moved forward onto him, sitting on his lap facing him. She pushed his head back and leaned over him. She pushed him to the back of the chair and slowly undid the buttons of his shirt. He let it happen, she lightly bit down on her lower lip as she revealed his chest. She slowly started to move down his legs, but Hugo stood up holding her by the top of her thighs, she locked her legs around his waist. He walked over to the bed and laid her down gently. He moved his head down and used his hands down onto the bed and kissed her. She tightened her legs and pulled his head down to keep him in her reach to kiss him. He moved his hands behind her back and undid her bra. He pulled it off and gently moved his head and kissed her neck and moved down to her chest. She moaned gently and released her legs from around his waist, she put her hands on his back and gently pressed him down. He moved his head back up, she was nearly nude and was in pleasure below him. Maybe I could skip the pills. He took off his belt and threw it onto the floor. He undid his shirt and threw it onto the floor. She caressed her chest and bit her lower lip. He moved his finger down from her shoulder down her chest down to her underwear. He moved his hands and pulled it down and removed it and threw it to the ground. He contemplated her naked body. Her body was wet, he passed his hand down her side before lifting her up and they gazed into each others eyes. She fell back and pulled him down with her. Her eyes told him what she wanted. She was going to open her mouth to ask him, but he put his finger in front of her mouth. She looked at him in surprise. He responded to her look by forcing her into a kiss, her eyes were open until she decided to accept it and closed her eyes and pulled him down onto her as they lay on the bed. He lifted himself to his knees and undid his pants. She lay on her side, softly playing with her lips with her index. He threw his pants onto the floor and pushed her onto her back, before moving over her.

The sun was dawning. Hugo opened his eyes, he yawned, he looked next to him, there she was, naked and covered in sweat. She is beautiful. He got up and pulled his pants on. He put his belt on and took a drink and lit a cigarette. He sat on a chair next to the bed, watching Cassidy sleep naked on the bed. He looked around the room, I have some cleaning to do. He sighed and got up. He went to the table, he put the glasses in the sink and put the plates and cutlery on the side of the sink. He closed the box that the food was in, and put it outside on the table. He went back inside, Cassidy was still sleeping. He folded the tablecloth and put it back in the closet. He put the maps back onto the table and walked over to the sink. He pulled a chair and sat down and started to clean the dishes. Several minutes later, he had finished and he put them away. He took one of the fruits that were left. He left the other ones on a plate on the table. He picked up Cassidy's clothes and put them on the table near the bed. He sat next to the bed and blew smoke. He past his hand through her hair, she was fast asleep, she breathed softly. He contemplated her body, he leaned back and stared out of the window from the house. He blew more smoke. He sighed and took a drink. She still is amazing without the pills, she drained me. He yawned. Her facial expression suddenly changed, she was in a nightmare, she twisted and turned in the bed. Hugo put his arm on her and woke her up.

"Don't touch me!" She screamed, "Let go of me!"

"Cass, it's me," Hugo said, "Are you okay?"

"Did I scream that out loud?"

"Yes, you did," He said as he caressed her cheek, "What was that nightmare about?"

"The guy who attacked me, you know, the captain."

"Don't worry about it, you are with me, I won't let a man do that to you again."

"Thank you," She said, "Can you pass me my clothes?"

"Yeah," He said as he handed her a neatly folded stack of clothes, "Here you go."

She took it and looked at it confused, "You folded them?"

"Yeah, why? I was awake an hour ago, I cleaned the mess we made last night."

"And you sat there looking at me?"

"Why wouldn't I?" He gestured at her body, "You are beautiful inside and outside."

"You know you don't have to flirt with me anymore, right?" She said as she put on her bra, "I am getting married to you in a few days."

"I know, but that doesn't mean that I can't flirt," He said as he took a drink, "I don't think that it would be any fun for us."

"I guess," She said as she took his cigarette and took a puff, "Last night was great, thank you."

"Hey, you enjoyed it."

"Why wouldn't I have?"

"No 'fun pill'," He said raising his left eyebrow, "I didn't give you any."

"I guess you are right," She said, "I was tipsy and there was a great prelude to it, so I think that worked in your favor, Overdrive is still amazing, even if the pain is quite unbearable."

"I had to hold you down to the bed," She laughed, " You move so violently, you can nearly throw me off."

"Yeah," She yawned as she put on her shirt, "I wonder how the marriage planning is going."

"You will love your dress," He said, "Maybe a little to angelic for you."

"You're funny," She said, clearly annoyed by that comment, Hugo took the cigarette from her hand, "Hey, I wasn't done."

"Want your own?" He said as he handed her a cigarette. She took it and put it to her lips. She held her hair back and leaned forward, towards the flame of his lighter.

"Thanks," She said, "What are you going to do?"

"My adviser should be here soon, so I will probably take an hour or so, reading through the documents, probably get a briefing on the bombings and any other event that happened during the festival."

"Okay," She said as she laid on her stomach, with her legs up behind her, "So nothing much?"

"No, probably not," He said as he took a drink.

"Could you ask about the marriage?" She asked, "Can I have some?"

"Sure, I hope I remember," He said as he held her the bottle, "Are you going to stay like that all day?"

"Maybe, I don't know, why I wouldn't? I am not going out anytime soon and it isn't like you have many guests," He chuckled as she took a drink, she coughed and grabbed her neck.

"Are you okay?" He said suddenly looking worried.

"Yeah," She said as she rubbed her neck, "I forgot how strong this was, seeing you drinking it like water."

"But aside from that, you are okay?"

"Yeah," She said, "What do you mean 'aside from that'?"

"You know what I mean, I was more worried about your health and well being, then you not realizing how strong the drink was."

"That is really strong, what the fuck is that?"

"Blood kelp."

"How strong is this?"

"70 degrees, why?"

"How do you drink this like water?" She said looking at the bottle, "How strong was yesterday's?"

"Yesterday's was fourteen degrees," He said, then shrugged his shoulders, "I got used to it, I was depressed, I began drinking and when the light stuff wasn't enough, I looked for something stronger. There is this alcohol that I really like, they make it in the inland, it is at 92 degrees. They rarely have it here, so I often have to order it."

"92 DEGREES?" She looked up at him in shock, "How do you drink that? Doesn't it burn your throat?"

"No, for me it is just a little stronger than this," He said as a knock came to the door, "Who is it?"

"Your advisor," His advisor called back, "I have some documents to show you."

"I'll be right there! Sit down at the table!" He said as he got up.

"No shirt?"

"Well, I don't really care, I could ask the same thing to you,' He said pointing at her legs, "No skirt?" He said as he left the house.

"Good morning Capt'n," He said, "Was the food alright? Did I worry myself pointlessly?"

"Wonderful," He said as he pulled out several documents, "There are some general things and some reports on the war and then there is this one."

"What is it?" He said as he took the message.

"What type of disruption?"

"None of the men dared approach Equinox," He responded, "He is very imposing and probably scared them."

"Tomorrow I will go check it out myself," He said, "What are the other things?"

"Well, someone wanted to write your story," He said, "He wanted people to know about you, he said to have the people support you more and give you full trust."

"Does he want something in return?"

"No," He said, "He said nothing of that sort."

"Very well, I shall meet with him soon," Hugo said as he took another puff from his cigarette, "What else is there for me to see?"

"There was a drunken fight yesterday, the two men involved are out of action today, they cannot complete their shifts," He said, "The captains already put two other men, and they wanted to pay them more for those shifts, should we?"

"Yes, I think that is necessary, since they are replacing the two drunks who fought, pay them another shift," He said, "What else?"

"Well, there is these other things."
