12 The Sea Lord

She got up and pulled off her shirt, "I think I am done eating."

"Are you sure? The food is amazing," He said as he took another bite, "You know you have to wait for me to finish."

"You do that every time," She whined, "You aren't funny," She sat down on the bed with her arms crossed.

"I know," He laughed, "I still have some food to eat," He took another bite and took a drink. Cassiy's expressions went from a little annoyed to very annoyed.

"I am done," He said as he wiped his mouth, "I think I'll join you," He got up and removed his shirt. She lied down revealing herself entirely, he walked towards her. He climbed onto the bed and turned her onto her stomach.

"What to have fun?" He whispered in her ear as her pulled her head up with her hair, "I'll make you scream."

"Take me there," She said as she rolled onto her back and pulled him towards her to kiss him. He pushed back violently.

"Get ready for it," He said as he forced her onto her stomach again, "It will be fun."

"A-Are you sure?" Her voice was uneasy.

"Do you not trust me?"

"I do but you are scaring me a little," She said as he blindfolded her, "What is this for?"

"Don't worry..." He whispered into her ear, he got off the bed and grabbed a chest from below the bed. He unlocked it with a key his belt.

"What is that?" She asked as she was still sitting cross legged on the bed.

"Don't worry," He said as he rummaged through the jars in the chest, "It is better than you think, don't worry. Here, I found it," He locked the chest and shoved it back under the bed. He got up and sat next to her on the bed. He walked his hand down from her shoulder to around her side and down to her chest, wrapping around her. He held a small pill in his hand. He brought his hand towards her face, slowly covering her nose and mouth. He placed the pill on her tongue. She was breathing quickly, he was covering her nose and mouth preventing her from breathing. She pushed against his arm. He let her breathe.

"What was tha-," She said as swallowed the pill, removing her blindfold, "What did you do?"

"Something that you will like," He said with an evil grin, "It will be an experience you never felt before," He said as he laid her down beneath him and kissed her neck. Her body jolted upwards beneath him. He held her arms to the bed, "It is starting."

"What," Her face was covered in sweat, "The fuck is this?"

"Overdrive, remember the pills you found," He said looked down on her as she twisted and turned, "This is fifteen times stronger, you wanted to have fun, so here it is."

"Why is it so painful?"

"The body rejects it, causing immense pain, until it is dissolved in your stomach, so it shouldn't take to long before you settle down," He said as she lurched under him.

"Why didn't you warn me?" Her facial expression suddenly changed from pain to her normal, alluring expression, "What happened? I don't feel anything anymore, no pain."

"Then we can begin," He said as he stopped weighing down onto her shoulders, freeing her, she wrapped her legs around his waist and turned him onto his back, "You see, doesn't it feel great?"

"Now it does, but that beginning is hell," She said, "Where do you hide them?"

"This is not something you can play around with," He said as he threw his belt onto the floor, "But enough about that, you want to have some fun?"

"Of course," She said as she wrapped herself around him, "Take me, I'm yours."

"Hope you will enjoy this new sensation."

"Shut up and fuck me already," She said as she pulled him into a kiss, "You only have so long, I don't know how long your overdrive will last."

Dawn had arrived. Hugo had barely slept. Cassidy had stayed up more than she normally did and drained out his energy. She was asleep on top of him, she was breathing heavily, she was still clinging to him, her body was wet, her hair was tangled. He lifted her up and slid out from under her. He sat on the edge of the bed, looking at Cassidy's revealed, naked body. I sure am lucky to have this with me. He got up and stretched his back. He put on his pants and put his belt back on. He sat on a chair that faced the bed. He lit a cigarette and sat, watching Cassidy sleeping. He took a drink. A knock came to the door.

"Who is it?"

"Good morning Capt'n," His advisor responded, "It is me, your advisor, I have some news for you to look over."

"One second," Hugo said as he opened the door with his revolver straight in front of him. He opened the door, shirtless, surprising his advisor, holding him at gunpoint. The advisor sat at the table outside and put the folders on the table. Hugo sat down and put the gun in front. He took the folder his advisor handed him.

"There is little news today, aside from the festival of the five seas with the tavern having a special night, a feast at midday and that it is a day off."

"That is fine," Hugo said as he read the poster, "And speaking of the festival of the five seas, I would like to have a romantic dinner with Cass, could you have some food brought up?"

"Anything for you, Capt'n," He responded, "Maybe you could do a speech for the festival?"

"Yes, actually, I think that will be good, have an announcement planned for the midday feast, it will be at the port and I will have a dramatic entrance."

"How so?"

"With this," Hugo said as he pulled out the suit that he had been working on, "It is a suit that will allow me to have to replace Sevinor."

"Ah, the famous suit, very well, I will have it organized, and I will see about the food for you tonight Capt'n," He said as he got up.

"Thank you," Hugo said as his advisor left. He took a drink before getting up and locking the door to his house. He grabbed the suit and put it on.

The city was still quiet and empty. Very little people work that day so he walked through the empty streets. He soon arrived at the port of the city. In the distance he noticed the small, silhouettes of the ships that supplied and that bombarded the Noxian cities. He dived into the water. He activated the mechanisms on his suit that activated the motor and the propelling system. It accelerated him to immense speed, cutting through the water at speeds that surpassed Sevinor's speed. He covered giant distances, outrunning most of the animals that he found. His suit aided him by being build to cut through the water. He traveled across Sevinor's domain into each of the Leviathan's domains. They seemed disturbed by his presence initially but after some explaining, they realized that the thing that was swimming around at immense speeds wasn't an enemy but their ally, the sea lord.

Maybe I should visit the ships on the front, talk to the men. Yeah, I think I'll do that. He left Hikli's domain and dived below the surface, propelling himself at inhuman speed. He headed towards the Noxian coast, towards the siege ships that were bombing nearly constantly the Noxian cities. He was enjoying himself like a little child with a new toy. He leaped out of the water and glided through the air until diving back into the water. He saw the ships enlarge as he approached them. He cut out the motor, causing him to slow considerably before swimming towards the ships. He climbed up onto the haul of the ship then scaled the side and set foot on the deck. He leaned against the railing of the ship. He took a drink. Someone tapped his shoulder, "Oye, little man, what are you doing here?" The man said, "This is a military ship, no tourists."

"I am sorry I didn't send a message," He said as he turned around, "How are you?"

"Excuse me, Capt'n," The man said, "I didn't recognize you, my apologies."

"Don't worry," He said, "I know you are at rest, so I wanted to see how the men were doing."

"Shall I regroup the men?" The captain said as he walked to the middle of the deck and called for the men. They assembled in the deck in two rows of ten, "The High Commander of the Bilgewater Fleet is here to see how this plan is doing," The men saluted him.

"Greetings my comrades," Hugo said saluting them, "I came here to see the living conditions of my men. I would like a complete opinion of one of your men. You there, step forward," One of the men stepped forwards, "Come with me, let's chat."

"Yes, Capt'n," He said as he followed Hugo to the front of the ship.

"How is life right now?"

"It is very good, Capt'n."

"How many shifts have you done?"

"Three, Capt'n," He responded, "I should be heading back on the next supply ship."

"Is there enough food?"

"Yes, largely."

"The siege ship, does it fit the standards of this ship?"

"Yes, the only difference is the smell of gunpowder and the near constant cannon fire, but apart from that, it is perfectly fine, Capt'n."

"Very well," He said as he took a drink, "What do you do when you wait here?"

"Well, we have to cook, we clean, we play cards or dice or we sleep, the things that we can stop abruptly if we need to, Capt'n."

"I see, I see," He said and took another drink, "Personally, I admire your courage, you were simple men and you decided to put your life after the defense of the Bilgewater empire, I thank you from my part and from Bilgewater's part, Thank you."

"Honored Capt'n," He said, "But you do the same, that is what inspired me."

"I see," He replied, "I will need to get going, thank you for your time," He said as he put his hand on his shoulder, "Carry the Bilgewater name, now and until the end."

"Will do Capt'n," Hugo returned to the captain of the ship.

"I will be going, keep up the good work."

"Thank you for your visit," The captain said as he saluted him. Hugo saluted him back and dived into the water off of the ship. He activated the motor of his suit and darted through the water. If he got there in time, he would be able to make his speech on the island. The people were waiting for his arrival. As he approached island, the people started cheering. Time to make my entrance. He leaped out of the water with his suit propelling him through the air. He landed on the port and rolled on his landing. The crowd cheered. He turned off his suit. He saluted the crowd, they mimicked him.

"Greetings people of Bilgewater!" He called to the crowd, "Today, we celebrate the Festival of the Five Seas to celebrate the five guardian leviathans!" The crowd cheered, "But as you may know, one of these guardians perished in a deadly battle against the Noxian fleet some days ago. The guardian Sevinor perished at the hands of the Noxians hit with a harpoon," The crowd gasped and started talking to each other, "But fear not," Hugo said reassuringly, "As you might have seen, I am in possession of this suit, I won't save I will replace Sevinor, but I will hold his place until the creator blesses us with a new guardian!" The crowd cheered and clapped, "Now, I think it is time for the festival, TO BEGIN!" The crowd cheered and clapped before dispersing around the main square. Hugo walked forwards and heard someone clapping to his left.
