Chapter 65 - 20

Name:Xavier's girl Author:cluelessgixl
"This way," Khaleesi, leads the way. The prayer finished a few minutes ago, she didn't give me a chance to talk to Xavier and ask him what the hell was going on. It was as if she didn't want me to talk to him. "Are you taking me to see my daughter?" I pleaded, looking back at the vacant white hallway that appears to never end.

"Yes," Khaleesi lets out hastily. A weight lifted off my shoulder, I knew the minute I saw Amelia everything would be better. We just need to figure out our way out of this fucked up place. I nearly run into Khaleesi as she stops hastily.

"Wash your hands," she points to a sliver sink attached to the wall.

"Why?" I asked Confused

"The young ones haven't been exposed to most of the earth germs, we keep them safe and healthy. Therefore you must be cleaned before entering." Not questioning her further I wash my hands, as she stands watching.

"This way," her hands seems to press a button I couldn't see, the wall opens reverse a door. "Can everyone access this door?" I ask curiously

"No, only the mother heads have access," she looks at me knowingly "this way."

Following her into what looks like a room, there was a transparent glass in front of us. There were kids on the other side, playing around. I couldn't help but smile, there was a handful of them. Screaming and crying, but the glass must be soundproof cause I couldn't hear them.

"There she is," I look at where she was pointing. Another woman was holding Amelia, walking towards the glass. "Can I go in?"

"Not yet,"

"What?" They won't let me hold her?

"This is the only visitation you are allowed, for now, we know you are a flight risk we can't let you put her in danger." My eyes tear up, looking at my baby through the glass, she looks like she grew already. I wanted to scream at this bitch, possibly attack her just so I could hold her. They knew I would try to run with Amelia, they weren't going to let me escape so easily this time. But last time I had the help of the woman who claimed to be my mother's sister, I wasn't sure where she was at this moment. I need her help now, but all I had was Xavier. I just need a moment to get him to his senses so he could get us out of here.

"When," my voice cracks "when can I hold her?"

"Once you are pure and reborn again," Khaleesi stares down at me, no whiff of emotion in her eyes.

"What does that mean?" At this point, I'm willing to do anything to get Amelia out of here.

"You have to do the ceremony and wash away your corruptions," I scoff at their stupidity.

"When can I do this?" but anything to hold my daughter.

"The next blue moon, you will need to present yourself to 'The Order' before you are proceeding" I got chills when I heard her say the order. Remember the last time I heard their name.

When I was taken by them, the day Stephanie die because of me. How I was raped, how I was forced to do things. Running for my life, having to endure so much because Xavier came into my life. Sometimes I wish we didn't move from DC, I wanted to go back at my old self and scream at her. To stay away from LA, go anywhere else but here. I wanted to go back in time and delete that day I bumped into Xavier in the hallway, I want my normal life back. Staring back at Amelia, she was wearing a white dress and hat. The woman holding her was saying something to her bouncing her.

"She's doesn't go to sleep without her lovey and she like being held when she wakes up first," I explained, placing my hands on the glass.

"I will inform the caretakers," Khaleesi nods "your daughter is very precious to us, we will take good care of her."

"Come," Khaleesi moves towards the door we came through. Taking one last glance at Amelia, I force myself out the door not looking back again. I stare emotionless as the wall closes behind us.

"Why are you doing this to me?" I spin around in anger.

"What have I done to deserve this?"

"You have always been a part of us, Vanessa, just because you forgot where you came from doesn't mean you don't belong. I understand the outside world have corrupted your mind, you were taught differently from us. But give it time I promise you, you will find yourself." Frowning, I didn't need to find myself. I am fully aware of who I was and where I came from. I didn't have a problem with people having religion or culture but forcing onto someone wasn't the way to go by it. Not bothering to respond to her, I just nod.

"I will like to be alone now," I cross my hands, I need to start figuring out how I planned on escaping.

"Not yet." She smiles brightly "you have to get ready for the ceremony."

"Say what now?"

"The stars are aligned, we can perform the wed ceremony. Tonight you will be joined with the lord, blood and soul." I swear there was a twinkle in her eyes.

"The lord?" I asked bored

"Your chosen, we have been waiting for this day since you were born." My chosen? Xavier?

"You mean Xavier and I will get married!" I screech

"Yes, this is an honour for you. The Lord has chosen you to be his lady, regardless of your tainted soul." She scowls

"You have officially lost your mind if you think I will be marrying him, whatever drugs you people take must be one of a kind." I couldn't help but laugh at the idea of me and Xavier getting married. I would rather get eaten by a bunch of snakes than marrying that manipulative bastard.

"That's enough of you nonsense, we must bath you first." She grabs my hand pulling down the hallway with her.. Oh god, this can't not be happening.
