Chapter 931 - Why...

After writing yesterday's chapter, I noticed that has made a very questionable change to their mobile app version. They seem to have removed ratings from novels. Although the reviews can still be viewed, they've removed the rating number... which is one of the most important parts.

The only reason such a change would be good, is if they wanted to make it easier to manipulate readers into reading badly rated books.​​

If they felt that their review system is messed up (which it is), they should've removed the incentive to write a review daily and the ability to leave a basically infinite number of reviews.

The main use of is to find interesting books to read and this change is pretty decent hindrance towards that.

They've also removed the ability to see who voted how many times using power stones (on mobile). It's most likely due to them wanting to transition to the new top fans system, but it's still annoying.

A huge thanks to everyone that has been leaving all the 5 star reviews on XP over the years. It is all thanks to your efforts that XP is sitting at a magnificent 4.89 rating with currently 4,394 reviews. I am fairly confident that XP currently has the highest rating on the platform (besides books with only a small amount of reviews).

This amazing feat is something that you've all accomplished by continuous giving the book 5 star reviews and completely counteracting any and all lesser reviews. Once again, thank you.
