Cryptocurrency is one of the easiest ways to earn or lose money. One minute you're up 20%, the next you're down 35%. Of course you might not necessarily need to spend additional money to get into cryptocurrency due to the wide variety available that can be "mined," where every device has at least a few that they can "mine."

Having a fancy and expensive graphics cards would definitely give you an advantage in this aspect and enable you to "mine" almost any kind of crypto currency.

Getting into crypto mining is very easy, but that's not what this chapter is about.

Nvidia is going to restrict the cryptomining capabilities of their RTX 3080, 3070, and 3060 ti graphics cards. Due to this you might see an influx on the market very soon (depending on how successful NVIDIA is).
