Chapter 418 - Why having legs made you a worse pilot in the past

During WWII, pilots often passed out due the high g forces causing blood to rush to their legs. If you didn't have any legs, you could avoid this problem entirely.

One example would be British Ace Douglas Bader who was an amputee.

This is just objectively speaking, but a pilot that doesn't randomly pass out is significantly more desirable that one that does randomly pass out.
