"but before we begin I would like Alex here to say an appropriate punishment for mia for breaking the rules".

all eyes turned on me whereas confused Anna and me said "wait..what?!"

"I am sorry but what rule did she break?" I asked completely clueless.

"mia here is actually a member of the newspaper club"

"she is?" said everyone in the room at the same time.

the president continued "yes she is and she was working undercover in the hiking club unfortunately she was not given the permission to do so and hence you and your friends were the ones helping to make the video I want you to decide an appropriate punishment".

"as Mia's punishment I would like her to help my club in the event. I hope you have no objection". I said

"NONSENSE!" "mia will not help the likes of you!" yelled the hiking club representative olivia.

I knew that she would saw that afterall olivia is like mia's protector but I am not about to back down.

I got up and said politely, "May I know what you have against the idea?"

"mia has her own club to help so why should she help you" olivia angrily said.

"I believe that nobody here even knew that she belonged to newspaper club until a few moments ago and Anna the newspaper club representative didn't seem bordered by my proposal so I wonder why the hiking club representative is getting angry" I said keeping my same calm composure.

unable to say anything olivia sat down angrily.

the president said,"I believe no one else has any opposition against this so let's continue with the main reason for us to be gathered here".

sorry olivia but this was your loss from the start afterall the middle school student council president is none other that mia's own big sister Zoe Gray.
