Chapter 192 - CAILLY

"That's my great baby brother. Why did you even ask her?" Yanarym asked sweetly, Yazeno held his cheek and stared at her. He blinked his eyes and looked at her intently.

"She's smart and pretty."

"Figures, you know, not only being pretty and smart is the qualification of becoming your the one."

"But you're a lot prettier and smarter, and more… I want someone similar to you."

"What are you two talking about?" Yanarym shifted her attention to Yashnile who finished stating the order for them.

"Nothing special, what did you order?"

"Your favorites, and how was school Zen?" The brother relation was great. However, the stand perspective of the eldest and the youngest was two completely opposite from one another. Because the father left them, Yashnile became the head of the family. Although he was very caring and sweet to Yanarym and Cailly, it was different when it came to Yazeno, since he was the other man of the family.

"It was great, I aced all of my quizzes today."

"You aced your quizzes but still asked Rym on your assignments." It runs on blood, that they are the family of intellectual individuals. The expectation was set too high.

"Kuya, stop bullying my baby brother." Yanarym deterred the fight. As always, if they won't pacify, their preach will go on and on.

"He's not a baby, he's even bigger than you."

"Why are you in a bad mood?" Yazeno furrowed his eyebrows looking at Yashnile. "Directing your anger on me."

"I'm not," Yashnile replied and sighed. It was that gloomy atmosphere that greeted Cailly as she approached the table of three white-blonde-haired people sitting close to each other.

At one glance you could see that they are all siblings, radiating the same intimidating yet gorgeous aura. Although Cailly doesn't look as pretty or fabulous as they do, she was never treated differently especially when the day that Yanarym came back home. She thought she would be evicted from the family but she didn't treat her as a stranger or antagonize her being the adopted daughter. In fact, she was well-treated as their sister.

"Hey, guys." Waving her hand, she placed her bag on the vacant chair. The three smiled at her but the heavy atmosphere didn't dissipate. "What's going on?"

"I don't know, they are at it again," Yanarym replied and continued sipping her milkshake. Acting casual, with no care about the tension. Being with them for a long time, Cailly could guess the situation.

Back then, when she first came into the picture. She thought she met a fairytale royal family. Where she was surrounded by two loving parents and two handsome, majestic brothers and she was the princess of the tale. Yet, she found out that she was the replacement of the missing real daughter. The mother became sick and saw her as the lost daughter. The father rarely gave her attention. The eldest brother, who always smiled and treated her fairly, was too shallow. The truth was, he didn't give a shit about her existence. The youngest talked and played with her whenever he was bored.

The next transition was after when the mother died. It was chaotic, the father was no longer the same and the youngest started to mature drastically. It was the eldest that remained neutral throughout the death and burial. The father left the country for the reason of business expansion, but the three of them knew very well that he couldn't handle the memories that were left by the mother in the mansion. Years have passed again, and the three of them treated each other as a stranger but siblings when someone was around.

Then, Yanarym came home. At that time, she thought she would be sent back to the orphanage because she was no longer needed in the family. Her fairytale didn't happen and will never come true. Yet, it was the total opposite after meeting the true lady of the house. Yanarym was a cold girl when they were introduced to each other. Apparently, Yashnile was awkward introducing the real sister to the fake one. However, despite being cold and stoic, Yanarym didn't ignore her nor treat her as a stranger.

The third transition happened, where the four of them had a stronger bond. Yashnile began to recognize her as one of the family, he became genuine with her. Yazeno, who acted mature after the mother died, started to become dependent on Yanarym, he only acted like a child to her but wanted to be discerned as an adult to anyone else. Yanarym warm-up and loses her cold demeanor. And she, Cailly, no longer asked for a fairytale family, she knew for a fact that fairytale only existed in the book. And lastly, a fairytale family was not the focus of the tale but the romance in it. Cailly didn't need romance, she needed her siblings.

"Kuya? Bunso? You're fighting again?" She pointed out, Yanarym nodded silently but the two refuted.

"We're not." They both replied dryly. "We're talking, that's all." They both said again in unison. Yanarym laughed and shifted her eyes on them.

"Arguing, they are arguing." The two didn't say anymore. "And why are you early? I thought you said you had your class?"

"I skipped the last class. I figured out you won't be waiting for me." Yanarym smiled at Cailly.

The female lead had a very similar personality to the original's before the kidnapping incident. Sweet, lovely, righteous, caring, idealist, innocent, friendly, and such. It was easy to befriend her from day one and Yanarym guaranteed their closeness was not that easy to ruin.

"Oh," Yanarym exclaimed and smiled wider with a mischievous expression. She had to try something to remove her second problem, the male lead. That young man was certainly challenged by her wrong move, she thought that Lawrence doesn't like the type of personality she performed. And as a result, it backlashes to her, she was now officially his target.. Which was not part of the plan.
