Chapter 188 - BUGGING

The other boys were bitter and just glared in Lawrence's direction. Lawrence is the epitome of a perfect man for a perfect girl. And Yanarym was the perfect girl for them, although some had the guts to show her their feelings, none succeeded in persuading her to be their girlfriend. And they wouldn't dare. Because for them, she's like that one girl that everyone could see- but no one could own.

Their classmates that were aware of what's going on placed their bet. Quarter on that Lawrence will get rejected and the other quarter was he could date her. Half of the class didn't participate in the bet. That was the majority of the class, male, who had years of admiration for the subject of wager, Yanarym.

"The name is Yanarym, sir." Yanarym saluted but Lawrence chuckled at her and laid down her hand. Stroking the back of her palm with his thumb.

"Too formal, you can call me Law," Yanarym smirked on her head and took the gun back.

"That would be inappropriate sir." Showing her sweet smile she stared back at him. "I'm your student."

"Temporarily, in a month, yes." He showed a boyish smile that could make any heart of a woman race with a loud thump. "Do you have a boyfriend?" But Yanarym's heart had met more than three but six most handsome men in their own world. As per observation, she could vouch that this world had Movu as its most charismatic man. And she's living with another two apples of an eye, she's immune to pretty faces already. Yet, she had to admit every person has their attractiveness.

"No, sir."

"What? Why would a pretty girl like you doesn't have one?"

"I'm not interested, sir."

"You don't or you haven't met the one?"

"Are you flirting with me, sir?"

"Flirting? No, no, no. I'm introducing myself and I want to know you, is that rude of me?" He moved closer to her and leaned down as if covering his stature. Yanarym was blocked by Lawrence's broad and wide back, the other students tried to peep but they thought that they were already kissing.

Yanarym on the other hand, sighed, leaned on the glass behind her, and looked up to meet his dazzled eyes.

"Pardon me, but I'm not ignorant when it comes to the relationship between a man and a woman Law-rence." Smiling, she reached out for his chin and held it between her index finger and thumb. "I'm in no mood to play with my own kind, it's boring."

The smile on Lawrence's face remained though he was bewildered by her constant changes of personality. One second she's cold, one second she's sweet and the next one is…

"What do you mean by your kind?"

"Come closer. So, that I can tell you." She whispered, Lawrence, welcomed the invitation and bent down. She leaned over touching the skin of his ear with her lips, "I can break hearts too." Lawrence felt her warm breath on his skin. He made a gap between them and looked at her but she was staring at his army dog tag.

"Do you want to know why I found it boring to play with you?" She extended her arm and played with the necklace in her hand. She pauses for a second then looks up at him. "Because I always win." A blithe smile appeared on her face.

Finishing all the classes for today Yanarym texted Yashnile that she had no particular group activity so he could come early to fetch her. Usually, she had to wait for ten to twenty minutes before he could come to the university. Yet, today he came earlier than expected, Yanarym had the idea what was the reason, it was because he heard about Lawrence. His over-protectiveness was activated but she didn't bother to soothe his worries.

"You're early." She greeted him with a kiss on his cheeks after closing the door of the car. "We were about to have a milkshake while I was supposed to wait for you."

"I'll buy you on the way, how're the classes?" They left the university and Yanarym could feel the menacing air surrounding the Yashnile. His eyes were cold and sharp as if he was piercing the road as he stared at it. And the usual speed of the car was accelerated. It was apparent with his behavior that he was mad but wasn't saying anything.

"Great," Yanarym replied and focused her eyes on her phone. Because she didn't add anymore than that Yashnile became more indignant. Conspicuously wanting attention from her, driving the car faster and aggressively maneuvering the gear level. He was like racing on the road, Yanarym could not feign ignorance anymore.

"Want to say something, Kuya? You're acting weird again." She put down her phone and looked at him. He quickly took a glance at her.

"So --- is anyone bugging you, again?" He asked slowing down and calming down. Yashnile is definitely a good brother with a slight control freakish tendency and sister complex problem. A complete psychotic but not yet activated crisis. Yanarym smiled, this person would do things that were not even considered normal just for her. Had his eyes and ears all over her place, even used her friend to spy on her every day. Though he stalks her, which was not a problem, because she does the same too. Much worse, she knows what is going on in his mind.

As he was keeping an eye on her. She was keeping an eye on him too, how could she not? After acquiring the complete story of Miss Officer, from the first book to the fifth book, she had learned that the villains for the sequel would be Yashnile and Yazeno themselves. Well, it's not like they will become her enemy --- they were Cailly's enemy. The female lead's villain.. It revealed that the brothers were so obsessed with the original that they couldn't accept her death after years gone by.
