Chapter 176 - HOME

"I would marry you, I guess." Movu bit his lips inward preventing his joyous expression to be visible. He could feel his stomach jolting as his heart raced. Her cold expression contradicts pupils dilating like she was peering at him affectionately.

"What?" He laughed happily and watched her chew the food. "You won't date me but you would marry me?"

"I didn't say I won't date you." She looked away and focus herself on the meal and Movu gazes at her closely. Grinning like a fool.

"Does my girl like me so much? Do you love me?" She did not answer him, but he remained pleased with her reaction. "You love me so much that you can't say it?" He laughed loudly and Yanarym just glared at him, her eyes were telling him to shut up and he grinned in response. "I wanna squeeze you right now."

"That would hurt." She muttered slowly but the nonchalantness of her tone and expression was shown. Minutes passed Movu piped down and just stared at her solemnly. Fading the smile on his expression and earnestly gawking at her.

"Hey, should we stroll around tonight?" He suggested upon looking at her. Remembered the conversation he had with one of his father's underlings earlier. Warning him to return home, his deadline with this fun he was having was long done two years ago.

"Why?"

"Nothing, just want to be with you longer." Yanarym knew what this was all about. She heard from Guide-sama that the father wanted the son back on his lair. She wasn't expecting that it would accelerate this progression of the plot. This was supposed to happen after eight years later they met up, it's just five years.

From the memory of the original and her current situation, it was so different. Three years of acceleration of the event was huge. However, she was meant to shorten the time, right?

Well, it would be because of her treatment of him. This must catalyze everything from the beginning. She was like a tsundere here, she was having fun with her character too. She talked less and interacted with people less.

"You have something to say to me." She halted her steps, looking around on the bright light night posts. Right after they finished dinner they walked out along with the busy people in the capital. When they reached the place where they were lesser people, Yanarym thought it was time for the confrontation.

"I think I should send you home." Movu stared at her for seconds before pulling her closer to him and saying that.

"Home?" She looked up to him, he moved backward and sat on the bench near them to level their eyesight.

"To the Philippines, back to your family." He replied in a whisper tone and tightened his grip on her. As if he wasn't so certain of what he said to her.

One thing for sure, he wasn't ready to let her go. He would never be ready to let her go, however, some things have to be done in order to be with her.

Yanarym didn't reply or say anything. Movu tried to smile at her but it didn't meet his eyes. He stared at the icy gaze that always gave him butterflies, he chuckled and wrapped his arms around her body, and hugged her. Resting his forehead on her small shoulder, sniffing her sweet, musky scent to calm his nerves.

"You think I'm kidding, right?" He mumbled and clenched his fist at her back, "My time is running out, my father is pressuring me to go back. I can't leave you here alone." He added and took a deep breath, he knew that he didn't want to talk to her about his true identity. Because if he did, she maybe would run away, and he doesn't want her to get scared of him or hate him. He was happy with just this situation, if he could, he would stay like this forever with her. Yet, they couldn't, he had to do what needed to be done.

"You will leave me behind." An empty cold tiny voice echoed to his ears that caused him to get anxious and make a gap between them without breaking the physical contact.

"No, no, no. That's not it, it- It's hard to explain Rym but I have to get you back to your family first." He tried calming down after seeing her usual stoic expression peering on him.

"You don't have to feed me with lies, you can just leave me behind." Shaking his head he embraced her again. His lips formed a smile hearing her tone changed slightly, she seldom showed emotion on him, and though it made him nervous, he felt ticklish seeing that she was affected by him.

"Are you mad? I'm not abandoning you. We're just parting-- temporarily."

"I'm not mad." His smiles widened, he could hear the contradicting tone to her statement.

"You are." He looked at her eyes and saw her brows creasing. "I will get you home back safely, then, I will come back when everything settles down from my family." He reached out for her cheeks and caressed them softly. "You told me you will marry me, right? Can you promise me that?"

Yanarym stared at him, Movu couldn't see any emotion from her eyes but he could feel that she was melancholic of letting him go.

"I will be back to get you." He uttered earnestly. He will have her back, determined for the future for them together. "Because you are mine."

"I promised." She nodded her head once.

"Great, that's my girl." He chuckled at her coldness and pushed her head towards him. Kissing her forehead before letting her go, "I'll be back when you legalize, be ready." He smirked at her, and playfully pinched her cheeks. "My little girl will grow up and I will be there to take her." His eyes drifted to her lips, "And have her for me."

"Your little girl, is that me?"
