Chapter 110 - HEARTBREAKER

Then, out of a sudden, a smooth and delicate arm coiled to Lapil's neck. Her body crashed to his that he unconsciously clasped her tiny waist, it's so little that he could grasp it with both of his hands.

She kissed him, he was stunned. The soft and plumpy bounced lip to his thin and dry lips. The light brushing of her skin made him speechless. The next thing he knew, she took another peck and slapped his bum.

"You have a nice ass Lapil. Then, farewell." She ran away, faster than the wind. She disappeared from his eyes. He stayed dumbfounded for a few seconds, unable to comprehend the situation. Subconsciously, he licked his lower lips where their skin collided.

Achis who was waiting for hours in Yanarym's hut had a dark expression, his eyes were sharp and his eyebrows were furrowed. His forehead was wrinkled, his whole face was distortedly handsome.

The sun had already set and she was still not home. He had not lit up a light that's why when she entered the house she did not notice him hiding in the pitch-black corner.

"You're home."

"Oh, shit!" Yanarym exclaimed, heeding the low baritone voice. "A-achis? You're still here?"

"Why? Don't you want to see me? You escaped your training and you cut your hair. What the hell is wrong with you?"

"...I was, I was bored." She replied not knowing where she should focus her eyes because of the darkness.

"Bored? Is that an excuse? I told you to do your training but instead, you cut your hair! Aren't you the one who desperately wanted to practice sword skills?!" He scowled and trod his feet in her direction.

"B-but, it was too long! And the weather is hot. That's why I cut it."

"Enough! Starting tomorrow I will confiscate your dagger. And where the fuck did you go to?!" He roared again that Yanarym can no longer argue, after all, she was the wrong one here.

"I was at the river---"

"W-what happened to you?" Achis was bewildered as soon as he saw her visage, he lit up one of the lamps inside the cabin. She was about to tell him everything excluding the fact that she was with Lapil. However, she was disrupted by Achis' exclamation.

"Are you hurt?" He asked with a grave expression. He touched her body examining every corner if she was injured or bruised.

"N-no, this is not my blood." She replied, he raised her arms as he continued to inspect her.

"Then, who?"

"I… I killed a baby monkey." She said in a depressed tone but Achis was relieved hearing what she answered. He pulled her to embrace her tightly, he even forgot that he was mad at her. Because it was replaced by fear and worry.

How could he not? She has dried blood and dirt covering her. Also, her clothes were torn, if something bad happened to her… he doesn't know. He doesn't know what he could do.

"Let's wash you up." He said kissing the top of her hair. "I don't want to be in this state."

"Yeah, I feel sticky too." She giggled, Achis pinched her cheeks. "Aw, yah art earthing meh."

"I am hurting you? Of course, this is your punishment, it must be painful. You're worse than a child, I should spank if you do that again."

"I don't want to get spanked." She replied pouting.

Achis smacked her lips and carried her like a princess. "Let's get you washed."

Guide-sama: "Were you not kissed by the male lead just now?"

"You mean, I kissed him?"

Guide-sama: "You did."

"What's wrong with that?"

Guide-sama: "Are you not guilty?"

"Why would I?"

Guide-sama: "Well, you are with the second male lead too. You are having an explicit relationship with him."

"Oh, are you saying If I am cheating?"

Guide-sam: "You are cheating."

"Let me correct that. First, Achis and I have no relationship. I give him what he needs, I get what I want. It's mutual understanding but not romantic. I did not cheat."

Guide-sama: "..."

"Second, I kissed Lapil to escape. Wasn't that effective?"

Guide-sama: "You're such a heartbreaker."

"What? I only do what I need to do to survive!" Guide-sama did say no more.

"Clean yourself, I'll get you some clothes." Achis put her down to the ground. She took off her clothes not minding the young man beside her and walked to the cold water.

"I'll come back as soon as possible, don't play too much. Don't get injured by the rocks, okay?"

"Okay." She exclaimed. Merged with the water and swam around.

Lapil came back to the balay of Datu Pita and was surrounded by his warriors as soon as she stepped on the house.

"Ginoo, where did you go?" Famir greeted him.

"Right, the Rajah came this afternoon. We were looking for you but you are nowhere to be found."

"Right," Lapil nods his head, looking preoccupied. "I'm tired, I should rest." He added and walked out of the crowd.

"What's wrong with Lapil?" Tatop asked when he noticed his master's odd manner.

"We don't know either," Wakan answered. Lapil strolled earlier with the second lady of the house. They let him go alone with the lady as they thought that she would become his future wife.

This afternoon, they saw the second lady come back without Lapil. They did not worry at first, assuming that he was just taking his time being alone, which usually happens.

However, when the sun had set, they started to look for him but they couldn't find even his shadow. At night, the Rajah came but he was not there to greet him. The Rajah looked for him and they lied saying that Lapil was busy on something that Datu Pita had ordered. So, the Rajah did not say anything.

Later, he was invited by Datu to have a drink. They've been drinking for some time and got drunk.. Fortunately, Rajah Basi did not look for his son.
