Chapter 107 - Ladder.

''So, what is the plan?'' Darth asked. Even though they had some idea what they were supposed to do, they still couldn't do it with a waterproof plan.

Baba Yaga is, after all, a Mythical Figure who can easily kill them.

''Interface,'' Isaac murmured without answering the question.

Without thinking twice, Isaac pressed [STA] and put all Stat Points on it.

He closed the Interface and remembered Darth's question.

''The painting must be a difficult task, so it can't be done by a few children, so there must be over dozen children easily,'' Isaac said, and Darth nodded; he had a hunch what Isaac was trying to say.

''We need to find the files, which show the map of the hospital and the list of patients.'' Isaac stood up and patted the dirt from his pants, ''We need a map so we can find a room, which could fit over dozen children, and we need an estimation of how many children there are.''

Darth nodded and asked, ''Where should we start? The reception desk doesn't have those.''

Isaac rubbed his chin and replied, ''Those should be located on a computer, but those were broken... But, maybe Baba Yaga hasn't broken every computer, it is a slim chance, but we have to guess.''

Darth looked around the area around the hospital and asked, ''But... The question remains, is this place still on White Online, and why is a hospital in the middle of fucking cave?''

''And why is this a test.'' Isaac continued Darth's words, but he pushed those thoughts back on his mind and tapped his shoulder, ''We can't find those answers, but we can pass the test.''

Darth took a deep breath and left with Isaac. They didn't dare to enter through the entrance or from the window of the first floor.

They walked around the hospital until Darth saw a glimpse of something.

''There.'' He whispered and pointed at the ladders, which leads to the hospital's roof.

Isaac's eyes sparkled as he remembered something similar in the Snowstar's hospital. There should be a door, which leads to the roof, and if this is the case... They could use the ladders to go the roof and enter the building from there.

''That will do.'' He said and let Darth go first. Both of them started climbing the ladders, trying to be as quiet as possible.

If Baba Yaga finds out the way they are trying to use, she can plan an ambush and kill them effortlessly.

Darth was the first one to arrive on the roof. He looked around warily, trying to find the door, and he felt like a mountain was lifted off from his shoulders after seeing a glimpse of a door not too far from him.

He turned his head around and saw Isaac's hand appearing as he pulled himself up.

Isaac grabbed the Musket Rifle from the Inventory after putting it back there before they started climbing, so there isn't a danger of the Musket Rifle hitting on the ladders and making a noise.

He strapped it on his back and had the leather pouch wrapped on his waist, filled with small round objects that screamed the word dangerous.

After finishing their preparations, they reached the door, and Darth was the one who opened the door.

He put his hand on the doorknob and twisted it with a rapid heartbeat.

*Clink*

He heard the sound of the door opening, and he once again felt very relieved.

If the door was locked, they would be in a lot of trouble.

''This game was supposed to be fun and thrilling.'' Darth whispered and rubbed his forehead, ''They didn't say anything about horror.''

''You aren't good with horror?'' Isaac asked with his mouth slightly curved upwards.

Darth shook his head, ''I once passed out when my parents watched a horror movie.''

Isaac patted his shoulder and whispered, ''Don't... Pass out after seeing her.''

''No promises,'' Darth said with a wry smile and entered the building while Isaac followed closely behind.

There were stairways in front of them, which leads to the third floor.

The hospital wasn't that large, only three floors with hundred rooms.

Soon, their legs left the stairs and landed on the floor of the third floor.

Darth hid behind the wall and peeked from there. The only thing he saw was flickering lights at the end of the corridor, with a door that had the word [Exit] on it.

There was also a bright green light above the door, but it was also flickering, while the glass panel around it was broken into pieces.

Isaac rubbed his forehead and tried to remember everything he saw in the Snowstar's hospital. Gladly, he had spent a lot of time there when he was injured, and Richard was the one who showed him around.

He also knows for the fact that Richard's office has a computer with all files because he is the Chief Doctor.

Richard's office was also on the top floor.

'If this world is as realistic as it has been told to be...' Isaac turned his head towards the room at the end of the corridor, in the opposite direction from the door with the [Exit] sign.

He was a dimly lit room with a door slightly ajar, and there have been some signs of the door having a sign, but it has been ripped off with brute strength.

''Can you stay on a lookout?'' Isaac asked from a pale Darth.

Darth snapped his head towards him and widened his eyes in shock, ''Y-You will leave me alone?! I am already about to pass out!''

''Stop being a baby.'' Isaac patted his shoulder with force, ''It won't take long.'' He took another look at the corridor, where the door with [Exit] sign was located, and once he was sure there wasn't anyone.

He started moving stealthily towards the door, which was slightly ajar.
