Chapter 101 - Killing Fears.

*BANG*

''Hmm?'' Amanda and her friends looked outside the window after a loud banging noise came somewhere.

''What happened?'' The students in the classroom started murmuring with each other.

Amanda's friends shrugged.

''Amanda, are you now going?'' Her friends asked with slight excitement.

Amanda sighed and nodded, ''I will...'' Even though she is almost certain that she will get rejected, she at least wants him to know about her feelings.

She left the classroom with a heavy heart and sluggish movements.

Her friends cheered for her and thought about the chaos that ensues if Isaac starts dating Amanda.

In the teachers' building.

Damien perked up his ears and raised an eyebrow after the sudden noise.

The rest of the teachers also looked outside the window but didn't have any idea what could have caused such loud noise.

''Damien, are you going now?'' One of the female teachers asked with a sad look.

Damien wryly smiled and nodded, ''It's the anniversary of their death... I will go light up a few candles and do my prayers.''

The teachers nodded, and some patted his shoulder. They watched as he left with pity looks.

In the Temple of Confessions.

The individuals with ski masks couldn't believe their eyes. They stumbled backward, and some even fell on their butts.

Oliver's body was standing tall, but... His head was missing from his body, and a big portion of the snow on the ground was the color of red...

Soon, his body lifelessly fell down on the ground, and instantly the snow below him melted, and a small pool of blood appeared around Oliver's corpse.

''O-Oliver!'' Oliver's friend screamed screamed and looked at Isaac with killing intent, ''Y-You murderer!''

Isaac sighed, ''You talked about killing me only a second ago... Self-defense.''

''Self-defense my ass!'' Oliver's friend screamed until his voice became hoarse.

''Luke, I have never liked you,'' Isaac said with a cold tone.

Luke ripped his ski mask off, and his face finally became visible. He had short dark hair with brown eyes and an above-average face with athletic body stature.

''You will go to jail for this!'' Luke screamed, and his brownish eyes started having a tinge of red, ''Your family can't save you!''

The rest of the individuals with ski masks also looked enraged.

''You forgot one thing...'' Isaac said with a chilly tone.

''Oh, what's that!'' Luke screamed, and his 190cm tall body was towering over Isaac's body.

Isaac looked at him and smirked, ''I am the one holding the gun.''

Luke's eyes widened, but then he saw the dark barrel pointing at his face.

''M-Mommy...''

*BANG*

The bullet pierced through Luke's face, which caused another bloody rain to appear once his face exploded into a bloody mist.

''LUKE!'' His friends screamed and watched as Luke's body fell down on the ground.

Isaac wiped his sweat and murmured, ''Kill your fears... I have to kill my fear!'' He pointed the gun at the nearby individual with a ski mask and squeezed the trigger.

*BANG*

Another body fell lifelessly on the ground.

''S-STOP HIM!'' Everyone finally woke up from their initial shock.

They rushed towards Isaac in hopes of stopping his murderous rampage.

Isaac knew that only two bullets remained.

But... Musket Rifle is a multi-weapon.

He swung the musket around him and swung it towards the nearby individual. The blade stuck on the barrel of the musket rifle sliced through the individual's throat effortlessly.

''UGH!'' The one who got his throat sliced was choking on his blood and soon fell lifelessly on the ground.

Isaac looked at the scene with a slightly pale face, 'Why did Arthur make this so realistic...' His thoughts were soon interrupted after he got surrounded by four different individuals.

''Get rid of his gun! Then he would be easy kill!'' One of the individuals with ski masks instructed his friends.

They nodded and aimed their attacks towards Isaac's arms and the gun.

Isaac lowered his legs slightly and used his agility stats to the limit, and jumped over the encirclement!

Everyone looked shocked after seeing Isaac jumping easily over 2 meters.

''H-He is a monster!''

Isaac landed on the snowy ground and swung his Musket Rifle once again, and this time the blade sliced through two bodies.

The ones who got their bodies sliced couldn't even scream for help. They died almost instantly, with the two halves of their bodies falling down on the ground.

The peaceful and romantic Temple of Confessions soon became a place of nightmares. Blood was littering on the ground, and five corpses were lying lifelessly without any signs of life in their doll-like faces.

Isaac quickly squeezed the trigger and killed another one. He had only one bullet remaining and four individuals remaining.

But, gladly, the remaining ones made it painfully easy. They blindly attacked with panicked looks underneath their ski masks.

Isaac used the blade to kill three of them effortlessly and then squeezed the trigger one last time.

The bullet left the barrel and flew through the target with much faster speed than Flintlock Pistol could achieve.

The last individual also fell lifelessly on the ground, and now Isaac was surrounded by ten corpses.

The white snow was replaced by red snow, and the wall with hundreds of hearts had blood littered all over.

Isaac looked at the scene with the painful look, ''Oliver... Was it really worth it...'' He closed his eyes, and a tiny teardrop trickled down his smooth skin.

''I-Isaac?'' His eyes opened in a slam.

He turned his head towards the sound and saw Amanda standing stiffly with a horror-filled gaze.

Isaac sighed and murmured, ''I am sorry...''

''Isaac, w-what is this?'' She asked with a shaky tone, and then she saw a familiar-looking body not far from her...

Even though the corpse didn't have head, she could still recognize it because there was a familiar-looking bracelet on the wrist.

It was a bracelet she gave to Oliver, and it was his most prized treasure.

''O-Oliver!'' She screamed and crouched next to his body; she touched the cold corpse of Oliver with tears threatening to come from her eyes, ''I-Isaac, w-why?''

Isaac turned her head away and a notification popped up in front of him.

[You have successfully completed the Test of Fear!]

[You will be teleported out of Dream Land in 5 seconds!]

[5...]

Isaac took another look at crying Amanda and sighed, ''Sorry... I have to reject your confession.''

''E-Eh?'' Amanda turned her head towards him and saw Isaac's body becoming illusionary.

''I-Isaac, w-what is happening to you?!''

[1..]

Isaac closed his eyes and murmured, ''I am returning where I belong...''

His body disappeared from the Dream Land after successfully killing his fears.
