Chapter 73 - Snowflake.

''AH!'' Luna took a deep breath of fresh air. Her beautiful black hair was completely wet, while her spellcaster robes managed to absorb some of the water, which kept her clothes somewhat dry.

She tried to use her hands to push her up, but then she felt her hands touching something very coarse and gritty.

''Eh.'' She opened her beautiful eyes wider and saw her lying on the sand!

She quickly looked around her and saw an endless beach with a forest not far from her.

Luna slowly stood up and looked towards the endless sea with calm waves. A small blast of wind kept pushing her wet hair to the side.

But then, she remembered a certain white-haired young man.

''Isaac?'' She looked around her, but didn't see anyone, ''Isaac?!''

She anxiously went back to the water.

She thought that Isaac might still be in the water.

But, when her whole body was completely inside water, she only saw beautiful scenery of corals and underwater life, but she couldn't find the one she wanted to find so desperately.

She quickly swam back to the surface.

*Splash*

Luna swam back to the shore and kept shouting, ''Isaac?! This is not funny! Where are you?!''

Small teardrops started appearing in the corner of her eyes, 'D-Did he die?'

'Isaac... Please, you are my first friend!' Luna fell down on her knees and started sobbing. She covered her tear-stained face with her frail-looking hands.

*SPLASH*

Suddenly a massive splash appeared behind her, and a figure crawled from the water.

Luna anxiously turned her head and widened her eyes in shock.

''Ugh...'' Isaac spat out a mouthful of water.

''Isaac!'' Luna screamed with happiness. She appeared next to him and asked, ''Are you okay?!''

Isaac shakily nodded, ''I-I don't know what happened... I felt like two individuals were trying to play a tug of war with my body, but finally, one of them won, and I ended up here...''

''Y-You scared me, I-I thought you died.'' Luna wiped her tears and tried to smile cheerfully.

''I am starting to regret going here...'' Isaac stood up with an aching body. He looked around the beach, ''Where are we...''

''There is forest!'' Luna pointed at the forest in the distance.

''Let's try to find out where we are.'' Isaac put his Interface in front of him and checked out the [Map]

The map only showed Stronglord City and Swornword Village. There was also a slight outline of Forest of Unknown, but it wasn't completely visible. After all, they have explored less than 1% of it.

Isaac closed the map and took his Flintlock Pistol from his inventory.

Luna grabbed her Spellcaster's cane tighter and followed behind Isaac towards the forest.

The forest was full of palm trees and greenish nature, which was flourishing. The ground was pure green, with flowers popping out every now and then.

''Beautiful...'' Luna murmured with amusement. She crouched and touched the flower gently.

The flower gently moved back and forth, like it was enjoying the gentle nature of Luna.

''Hehe.'' Luna giggled and had a cheerful smile on her face, ''Isaac, look!''

Isaac turned his head and saw the heartwarming scene.

Suddenly, the wind started accelerating in speed.

''No!'' Luna screamed as the flowers were pulled from their roots. She tried to catch them, but the flowers were already flying away towards the unknown.

Isaac covered his face as the burst of wind pushed him backward.

''Earth Wall!'' Luna tapped the ground, and instantly a brownish wall appeared in front of them, but the wall instantly cracked, and the wind made the broken pieces of wall fly straight towards Isaac.

''Isaac!'' Luna screamed with a horror-filled face.

Isaac anxiously jumped to the side. The broken parts of the wall collided with a nearby palm tree and got destroyed in pieces.

''Luna, come here!'' Isaac shouted. For some reason, the wind only blew in one position. In the position, Isaac and Luna were.

''I-I can't!'' Luna was desperately hugging the tree; otherwise, she would be already flying who knows where.

The wind was accelerating with even greater speed.

Isaac put the Flintlock pistol back to his Inventory and put his hand forwards. His hand was instantly shaking. The wind pressure is pushing his hand back.

''Grrr!'' He gritted his teeth and pushed his hand forwards, but with his almost nonexistent strength, it was a difficult challenge.

''Luna! Grab my hand!'' Isaac shouted as loud as he could. The wind caused his beautiful snow-white hair to fly around his already angelic face.

Luna's hold was slipping, and she could only barely hear his voice.

She turned her teary eyes towards Isaac. She put her right arm around the tree and pushed her left arm towards Isaac.

Veins popped in Isaac's frail and soft arm as he pushed his arm forwards as hard as he could. A rain of notifications was popping up on his screen, which told him that his HP was dangerously low!

His hand reached closer and closer. His fingertip was only an inch away from touching Luna's hand.

Luna felt hope rising, but then the wind blast targeted her right arm, which made her slip!

She widened her eyes in horror as she started flying backwards.

Isaac pushed his body inside the wind pressure, which caused his HP to drop even faster!

Isaac's beautiful grey eyes started slowly changing... It was an almost invisible change, but his eyes began having blue rims, which was almost invisible to notice.

The bright blue sky started slowly changing... It became grey, and something started falling... It was very small and almost invisible.

Isaac grabbed Luna's hand and pulled her to safety.

''Ahh!'' Luna breathed a sigh of relief and looked at Isaac, who was lying below her.

Her petite figure was hugging his fragile but also soft body. Her small and soft breasts were pushed against Isaac's chest.

''Thanks...'' She shyly said while her face was only an inch away from his.

''No problem...'' Isaac said with a smile while a small hue of pink was on his cheeks.

Luna stood up and helped Isaac to stand up.

They looked at the destroyed forest in front of them with mouths agape.

Everything was completely destroyed. Trees were pulled from their roots, while the beautiful grassland was completely gone.

While they were focused on the destruction in front of them, they didn't notice the grey sky disappearing.

And also... The thing which left the sky finally landed on the ground.

It was small...
