54 Demons

On their way back Wang Wei, Long Yue, Lee Zheng, and Chen Li decided to stop by a local restaurant and eat their fill. Since they fought the entire day the boys were famished.

"I can't believe we got this much money." Long Yue said.

The boys had each received one-hundred gold coins from their fights and because they all took on bets with the great odds they walked out of the battle arena with more than thirty-thousand gold coins each.

"I know right. With this, I can buy so many martial arts and cultivation resources." Wang Wei said.

"Hehe, you only think of training don't you." Chen Li said.

"Hmm?" The other three said as they turned around.

"We are not alone. There are four people surrounding us." Lee Zheng said.

"Whahahahahahahaha. Well done human. You managed to detect our presence but there is one thing you got wrong." Someone said as they walked onto the path which was illuminated by the moonlight.

When it walked out the boys saw a deep blood-red skin with dark eyes and a bright red iris. The figure also had horns on the top of its head and sharp claws.

"We are not humans." The figure said as it pounced toward the boys.

The next moment the four boys were surrounded.

The first thing to speak was fighting Wang Wei and the others were fighting Lee Zheng, Long Yue, and Chen Li.

Wang Wei had his dragon scales and dragon claws summoned. The figure fighting with him landed a big blow which send him flying when he got back up his feet the figure was already before him.

"What are you?" Wang Wei said.

"We are demons." The figure said.

"That can't be. My family has locked you up thousands of years ago." Wang Wei said in disbelief.

"Yes, your family sacrificed their position of the strongest family to only put a seal on our dimension. The seal has weakened and the weaker demons can come out. In a few years, the entire seal will be undone and it will mean the end of your family and all the families which helped seal us away." The demon said.

"We will never let that happen." Wang Wei said as his first soul jewel lit up.

The next moment the demon was frozen. This was the moment Wang Wei's counter-attack began. He used his dragon claws and slashed at the demon's throat. The demon could do nothing and wait for its death to arrive. Next Wang Wei used his fire manipulation martial art skill to send fireballs flying toward the other demons. As they were busy fighting Wang Wei's friends they were caught of guard by the fireballs and received a lot of damage.

Two demons then pounced toward Wang Wei while another one ran away. The two who pounced toward Wang Wei were also victims of Wang Wei's first soul technique paralysis eyes. One of them was caught off guard again while the other one saw the first demon being paralyzed and could break free within a second. The one that was caught off guard was killed instantly. The other one took a step back.

"It was the wrong choice to come for me right away." Wang Wei said.

"You are nothing before our king." The demon said as he ran away.

"Long Yue." Wang Wei said calmly.

A minute later Long Yue came back.

"Is it done?" Wang Wei asked.

"Yes, the two demons that fled are both dead." Long Yue said.

"Wang Wei, I never knew you had this in you." Chen Li said.

"In my family, everyone is taught the same thing: if you ever run into a demon. Kill it! Whatever it takes." Wang Wei said. "The demon race is a strong race. We need to become stronger and fast. I will also send a letter to the patriarch of my family. He will make all the preparations."

"No! We will keep everyone here and train them. Then when the time comes we will invade the human realm with our entire army." A giant demon said while he took his place on a blood-red throne.
