Chapter 93：162 Roxi's Weapon

Baron, Roxi, Guan Yu, and Yue Fei were now done trying to get acquainted with each other and were trying to include Roxi in their plan for the upcoming tournament. It was not an easy thing to do since the three of them were so comfortable fighting with each other before, but now there was someone else that had to join the fray as well. All of them would have to restrategize and rethink their battle plans from now on. Not too big of a deal, but they decided it was best to get to know Roxi's understanding of weapons blueprints even more.

(GY) "Roxi, we understand that you are a bit secretive of your weapons, but is it possible to draw out a blueprint for us on some of the items you feel comfortable handing over to us?" Guan Yu asked.

(RB) "I don't see why not, after all, we will be teammates for the next little while. It would be a shame if you all weren't using the best that your team had to offer." Roxi said with a slight smile.

(YF) "Excellent, you do know how to draw?" Yue Fei asked with a bit of hesitation.

(BM) "Alright, let's head back to our HQ and we can get started," Baron said.

All 4 of them left to head back to the HQ and along the way, Yue Fei ran into one of his old colleagues and had to go accompany him with some drinks. That just left Baron and Guan Yu to get to the bottom of Roxi's foundation of knowledge. Once they got back to their base, Guan Yu went to go get their supplies for Roxi to make some blueprints. As soon as she sat down, she knew exactly which ones she thought would benefit them most in the battle ahead of them. Since she was already so accustomed to the ones she was about to draw, she spent virtually no time thinking and just drew one up on the spot in less than an hour. Baron picked up her finished work and inspected its contents along with Guan Yu while Roxi grabbed another blueprint to start on another one.

(GY) "What do you think Baron, I have no experience with these types of weapons. Do they seem like something that your era would make?"

(BM) "This is hard to tell, in my eyes, this is even a bit more advanced to when I was back on Earth. I can understand the basics since I have studied a bit of everything war-related, but anything more than that and I am completely lost."

(GY) "This weapon is called a Bazucka?"

(BM) "Mmmm, bazooka. Do you know what a hand cannon is?"

(GY) "I have heard of it, isn't it some sort of projectile that explodes upon contact like a regular ship cannon?"

(BM) "Correct, but this one seems to be even more powerful than one from a regular ship. I've never seen anything like it. This, this is amazing. Did you make this weapon in your lab, Roxi?"

(RB) "No, that is actually a pretty common rocket launcher when I started tinkering with these kinds of weapons. Its actual name is the rocket launcher M33, and it is one of my favorite go-to weapons of choice." She said as she continued her work.

Baron and Guan Yu continued to look at the marvels of human engineering that was evident in the blueprint that they held. This was something that the two of them definitely wanted to test out, so they went into a simulation and came out half a day later with bewilderment in their eyes. This weapon was really something else and by the time that they came out, Roxi had already completed a few more standard weapons and one of her own creations.

(RB) "Here are 3 more blueprints that I can remember off the top of my head. A standard m4a1 variant that I made myself. What's special about this one is that I have experimented an insane amount of times on it. It is perfect because it is super low maintenance and I have developed it so that it can be made from mostly wood, a bit weird I know, but this was more of a challenge than you think. Of course, this one can be made out of metal too, but if it is the wood version, then it will not be as powerful since you will also have to use wooden bullets."

(BM) "It'll explode if we use standard mm4 rounds?"

(RB) "Yes, I don't think anyone needs to test it out to know about that."

(GY) "This might even be more useful in terms of usability here on planet 4. One of the challenges of our simulations is that it is quite difficult to procure metal for building weapons that require it, but this contraption that you have made seems to be the best of both worlds in terms of modern technology and easy to produce."

(BM) "What Guan Yu says is correct. Except for special events like the tournament, it is exceedingly difficult especially considering that whatever era we are in will drastically change how we go about the war. You are just brilliant and quite the godsend."

(RB) "Oh, wow, you two are really trying to make me blush, huh?" She said with a small smile.

(BM) "Mmm, but isn't what we said the truth? It seems like your arrival here was the key for us to really make our impact here. All these weapons have likely not been even documented by planet 4, much less our Chinese community. I really believe that with your help we can really make a difference and really turn this community upside down. However, we first need to make our faction, then we need to find out some way to take out the Vesper faction."
