Chapter 967 Please Give Me One More Chance

"Christina, are you sure you're going to travel abroad alone? Where are you going first?"

Christina nodded seriously.

"Yes. First, I want to travel to Madrid." Although she said it with a smile, the hint of sadness on her face made Linda worry about her.

However, since Christina had made up her mind, Linda thought that there was no use in trying to persuade her to stay. 'Perhaps traveling is the best way for Christina to relax. She can take this opportunity to heal the wounds of her soul, ' Linda thought to herself.

She said nothing but smiled back at Christina.

Christina didn't stay long at the Mu Clan's villa. She left after dining with Linda. She had initially thought that Charles would be at home too, but he had gone to work in the company.

So, she didn't have time to say goodbye to him.

Ever since marrying Sean, Christina had spent almost every day with him, taking care of him wholeheartedly. She had seldom come to visit Charles even though they had been as close as siblings when they were young.

After saying goodbye to Linda, Christina immediately hurried to the airport. The plane was set to take off at four o'clock in the afternoon.

After arriving at the gate of her flight at the airport, she sat there thinking about her travel plan. Unlike everyone else, she didn't play with her mobile phone. In about an hour later, she would be leaving the country she had spent all her life in. According to her schedule, she would first fly to Madrid and spend half a month there relaxing.

While she was absorbed in planning her journey, a familiar voice came from behind her.

"Christina, where are you going?" She turned around and saw Sean standing there, looking embarrassed. 'How did he get here? No one is allowed to enter the gate without a plane ticket, ' she thought to herself, puzzled.

"Does it matter to you where I go? Sean, are you going abroad, too?"

she asked, frowning.

"No, I came here to see you."

Christina furrowed her eyebrows. She wondered how Sean had known that she would be at the airport. The only explanation was that he had followed her here.

"You followed me to the airport, didn't you? I'm no longer your wife, so please let me go. If you're not going to take a plane, you can't enter the gate. Now please leave,"

Christina said with a straight face.

"Christina, I'm sorry, I really k

eft before the boarding time, so it's too late to buy another ticket. You can change your schedule and take the next flight, but you'll have to wait until 9 o'clock at night," she said.

Christina couldn't believe Sean had done this to her. 'There's no point. No matter what he says today, I've made up my mind to leave. It's because he had a mistress and disregarded my feelings that he's in such a bad situation now. Why should I suffer for his fault?' she thought to herself.

"Well, I'll take the next flight," she said.

After changing her schedule, Christina was a bit depressed. She would have to wait for more than five hours for her plane. She knew that the long flight would definitely make her feel tired, so she wanted to find a place to restore her energy before then. She decided to find a hotel near the airport and have a good rest there.

She quickly headed to the nearest five-star hotel. After the check-in procedure at the hotel, she was surprised to see Sean standing behind her when she turned around.

She gave him the cold shoulder and quickly walked past him without looking at him. Sean hurried over to stop her.

"Can you just spare me a few minutes? I want to talk to you. I promise this is the last time I'm coming to see you. If you don't want to see me in the future, I won't disturb you. So, can you give me one more chance?"

Sean suddenly knelt down before Christina in a pathetic way. Almost everyone in the lobby was staring at them curiously, which made Christina feel awkward. Not knowing what to do, she just stood there in a daze.
