Chapter 945 Is Anna All Right

In the most desperate moments, people would always instinctively close their eyes, just like Queenie had as she fell.

Becker arrived in time

to see Rosy push Queenie off the balcony.

"What have you done, Rosy?" Becker yelled furiously.

"Becker, it's not what you think,"

Rosy answered, trembling, her eyes full of fear. 'How can I justify myself now that he has seen me do it?' she thought, panicking.

"Nothing? That's nothing? Why did you push my mother off the balcony?"

Becker asked, his voice a combination of coldness, fury, desperation, and helplessness.

"Why are you here, Becker? You saw that clearly, didn't you? Your fiancee pushed your mother off the balcony! "

said the man in the mask, with a wicked smile on his face. He looked like a gangster, sitting cross-legged in his chair.

"Shut up, you bastard! You want money, don't you? I've brought it for you!" Becker said angrily.

"Where's the money? Where did you hide it?" the man asked, looking at Becker with greedy eyes.

"You have the nerve to ask me to give you the money? You better listen to me! If anything happens to my mother, I will kill you. Do you think our family has lost influence at home after years of living abroad? If yes, then you are the naivest idiot I've ever met!" Becker glared at the man.

"Well, I admit that I can't afford to offend you, okay? I don't want the money. Are you satisfied now?"

The man stood up as he spoke and then he motioned his men to leave.

"What on earth do you mean?" Becker looked at the men who were leaving, confused. His eyes were frighteningly cold.

He wanted to run at them and teach them a lesson.

"Oh, Becker,"

Rosy said softly. She didn't dare come down from the balcony until the men had left.

She was suffering right now.

'What should I do?' Rosy ruminated over what had happened, feeling uneasy.

But Becker had seen her push Queenie off the balcony. If he hadn't seen that, she would have come up with a sound explanation. But now, no matter what she said, she wouldn't be able to defend herself.

"Don't talk to me like that! Do you understand? !"

Becker snarled at her, his nostrils flaring. Kneeling down in despair, he replayed th

r to the hospital.

Queenie followed him.

Linda received a call from Becker, informing her that Anna was hurt.

Becker took Anna to the Mu Clan's private hospital.

No sooner had Anna been sent to the emergency room than Linda arrived.

"What's the matter?" Linda asked, looking at Becker anxiously and

wondering why Anna was in a coma.

"She was hurt when she tried to save me a while ago. And then she fainted,"

Queenie said uneasily. She was weighed down by guilt that Anna was in this position because of her.

Queenie had always been indifferent to Anna and looked down upon her. But Anna held no such grudges against Queenie and had tried her best to save her from danger. Queenie was touched at the gesture.

Moreover, she was embarrassed.

'So Anna tried to save Queenie, hurt herself in the process, and fainted immediately after, ' Linda thought.

Linda didn't know why Anna had done so. But right now, as Anna was in the emergency room, she stayed with Queenie and Becker in the waiting room to see if and when Anna would wake up.

According to what Becker and Queenie had said, Anna's life was probably not in danger. However, Linda was sure that Anna's arms must have been dislocated.

'Falling off such a high place, Queenie's fall must have brought a great impact with it, ' Linda thought.

An hour or so later, the doctor came out of the emergency room.

"How's Anna, doctor? Is she all right?" Becker hurried to ask the doctor.
