Chapter 159 159 I'sm Not a Vampire

"Damn right you did. You are a fool trying to escape from my house and thinking that I wouldn't find you. All I had to do was connect with Ahriman to figure out your location." Sylvie walked through the door. "I will not allow you to get injured and unlock your powers any further." Sylvie walks to Kitty and cuts her hand. She walked up to Kitty and held her hand out to Kitty.

Kitty licks Sylvies wound and drinks the blood that pooled in the palm of her hand. Kitty stops and looks at the Leo and Ketan. "I'm not a vampire but I do have to drink a royal's blood or else my powers will unlock at a more rapid rate and then it would cause more issues."

Ketan looks at his sister in shock, "wait….. How is it that I do not know about this? I didn't know that she needed a royal's blood. You are unable to partake in her blood but how can she drink your blood?"

Leo had watched Kitty drink the blood but didn't stop her. "Is this something that you would often do? Drinking Sylvie's blood that is." Leo held Kitty's hair as she drank the blood.

"Kitty has been drinking my blood since she was ten. When the seals come close to breaking I would go to her as it's easy to go to those that you have a connection with. Kitty has seven seals on her. Her powers going out of control is the first sign and new powers being gained is the side effect of the seals being broken. The seals that are broken can not be redone now but I can at least help her block the last four seals from breaking." Sylvie sighs and watches Kitty drink her blood. "You brought this upon yourself by not drinking the blood because of the pregnancy."

Kitty stopped drinking the blood, "we at least now know that the limit is six months. If I choose to not drink the blood, my seals would start to break around the six-month mark." Kitty traces the wound and watches it seal up then licks the last bit of blood. She sighs and then passes out.

Leo who was standing behind Kitty catches her quickly. "New powers? Will it be a hindrance on her and the baby. Now that I think about it Kitsune stated that she was now able to see the past of an individual and her premonition dreams have also increased."

"First Ketan, you were not stable at the time of Kitty's seals being locked and it wasn't my choice that I was to share my blood with her. Second, I was told not to bring this up with anyone until the timing was right. The timing was not right and you still did not have a partner so sharing your blood would not be a wise choice. You would go hungry if you shared your blood with her and potentially attack her. I've had my partner for a long time and I have no risk of attacking her. Third, as a demon, she is able to consume blood from other supernaturals but it is not the same as she doesn't require to drink the blood all the time. Lastly, she has pushed herself too hard and that was why I took her back to my place. I noticed that her powers were unlocked right away her eyes gave me that hint. I wanted her to drink my blood but we tried feeding her some food instead and she just wasn't interested. As of right now, Kitsune will have to work on control while she is not in control of herself. My regret is letting her go so long without my blood. I wouldn't say that they are new powers but rather powers that got sealed."

Ketan looked down at the ground and sighed, "I just can't bring myself to bring a human into this life. To live as long as we do is a curse and not a blessing. So you have been giving your blood to Kitsune for sixteen years now and no one has known about it except you, mother, father and your partner?"

Leo holds Kitty in his arms tightly, "I think I understand better now. You are saying that there are four more seals and in order to contain those she will need to drink your blood or Ketan's in an emergency?"

Sylvie walked over to Kitty and watched as her blood slowly seeps through her veins "It is unfair that her powers had to be contained at a young age to begin with but being a hybrid is rough. Linda and Charles both were concerned that they would have to contain them on their own but it was our parents that sealed them in the end. Kitty wasn't supposed to lose her parents as she needs the extra help of a warlock or witch during pregnancy.  She has to have someone else help her but I see that she has found someone. Her powers are more focused now than the last time we met. She stopped drinking my blood and refused when I tried to force her to drink the blood. I think in a way she wanted to gain her powers back but this was bad timing on her part." Sylvie shakes her head.

"I understand what has gone down and she did have some help containing her powers. There is a couple that are a witch and warlock that have said that they will help her out. I will trust that they will help her out. If she wants her powers back I will not fight her on that as I will need her help later on. She is the one to help unite the hunters and supernaturals." Leo kissed her cheek and then carried her outside of the house.

Ketan shook his head, "Ambrosia, you are cruel to have kept this from me but I understand the consequences if I had known. I will not go mad from giving away my blood and you won't be able to continue to be the one giving away your blood anyways. You are hungry and your partner isn't here. Sylvie looked at Ketan, "I will take my leave to go feed. Take good care of her Ketan. I will explain why she is so important and why our parents saved her when we are able to talk alone again." Sylvie faded and went back to her house.

Ketan watched her leave. 'I knew there was more that she didn't want to say but Leo is her chosen partner and she should just tell him as well.' Ketan walked around the house then found a jerry can of gasoline. He then walked around the main floor dumping gasoline all over the place. He dropped the can and went outside. He reached the door and stick out his finger. He thought about his hidden power and a small flame ball appeared on his finger tip. He tossed the ball at the gasoline and walked out of the building. The house quickly burned and the bodies inside disappeared with it.
