Chapter 437 - 437 More Facts Figured Out

"You just missed her. She took Tiana to the hotel room as she was very exhausted. She was running around and let a bunch of energy out. I think that we are going to be looking at clothing next." Kitty looked at Yuki for confirmation. 

"That is exactly what is going to happen. Brielle, if you want a box of chocolates, we can go back there and get you one. I think it is only fair." Yuki smiles at the girl and softens up knowing, just who she was.

"I can wait until clothing shopping has been completed. Thank goodness it was your group that I was working with. So what are we shopping for?" Brielle looks at the ladies with a hopeful expression. 

"Well, this is the night for fun. Anything that you want to shop for. Kitty, you are the leader of this group so, lead the way." Yuki lifts her hand up and points to Kitty.

"I do not know what I need to shop for. I have so many new outfits from the modelling that I do, but let's look around. Maybe I will see something that will look good on you guys." Kitty stood up and stretched. 

Brielle smiled while walking over to Kitty. She gave her a hug. "I am happy that you don't me tagging along.

"Why would I mind. Sure we just met, but I have already started to consider you a friend. Bree, you don't need to worry, Besides you will be family sometime soon." Kitty hugged her back. 

Cindy walked up to the group. "Bree! Am I ever so happy to see you!" Cindy ran towards Kitty and Brielle jumping on them while they were hugging. "When did you get here? And the mall nanny is now looking after the sleeping Tiana." 

"It seems that you are a member of this group. I wonder how long my stupid son will resist." Yuki smirks and looks at the entrance of the mall. "Shall we get going?" 

"I was sent here since there was a group of supernaturals shopping. Leo's orders… that bastard. Why couldn't he just tell me that he wanted me to look after you and the girls." Brielle lets out a sigh. "I will kill him." She covers her mouth. "I did not mean that. It was metaphorically." 

"No offence taken. Leo should've just told you but at least with you in the group, we won't be bothered as much with you with us." Kitty starts to walk away from the group, smiling. ~You are in for it when Brielle sees you. She is with us now.~

Leo starts laughing out loud, causing the guys to stare at him. "Sorry, it seems like my little trick worked. I didn't think that Brielle would show up at the mall if I didn't make it an order. So I ordered her to guard a group of supernaturals at the mall." Leo smiles while staring at Ketan. ~There, now you know why I did it. I will take the punishment from her later. I'm not worried.~

"You will not move from that couch. If you so much as try to leave, I will temporarily seal your teleporting powers." Cedric was sipping on the bourbon while smoking. 

Ketan was about to jump up, but at the threat from Cedric, he stayed still. "Father, do you really think that I would be happy about that arrangement. Mother is there. What if she does something?" 

Leo laughed out loud. "Do you think that Yuki would do anything while Kitty is there? Peter, you are new to our merry band but feel free to have some bourbon or a cigar." 

Peter grabbed a glass and sat down with the group. "Thank you. I didn't know if it would be alright to join in or not. I am happy to be a part of something bigger." 

Luke listened to everything that was happening and let out a breath. "There is just so much that you and even myself have to learn, Peter. I was not well-informed of a lot of things but then again, being as young as I am, is a minor setback." He shrugged and drank the sparkling juice that Cedric conjured him up. 

Leo smiled, "Thank you. I really mean that. You all worked so hard to help me get everything set up for tomorrow. I hope that she will love it as she deserves it." He sat back and saw Stella. "I know that this is supposed to be a male-only party, but you are welcome to join us." 

"Thank you, Leo. I was just coming to inform you that Charlette is all settled. She will sleep for the rest of the night." She walked into the room and sat next to Peter. Stella took a sip of the bourbon that Peter had and gave the glass back to him. 

"You are one of us. There is no way that we would leave you out. How old are you? I can tell that you younger but not the exact age." Cedric looks at the girl called Stella. 

"Seventy-five. I am a born vampire. I can feel that you are the one that I must listen to no matter what. Do you mind if I ask you how old you actually are?" Stella looked at Cedric in fascination. 

"Hmmmm, that is a good question. It is hard to count after so many years. If you asked Yuki, she would tell you right off the bat. I am younger than her by fifty years. Let me ask her." Cedric closes his eyes. ~Yuki, my Love, we have lived a long time. How long have we been walking this plane?~

~I haven't thought of that for a while five thousand seven hundred and sixty-two years for you. I don't mind our age getting out. After all, it has been a long-ass time.~ Yuki smiled at the thought while walking around with the girls. 

~Thank you, Love.~  So it seems like I have been alive for five thousand seven hundred and sixty-two years. As I said, the days tend to all blend together after a while." Cedric shrugged and took a drag of his cigar.

Everyone went silent. Leo was shocked as well, but he sighed. "You have been working behind the scenes. I know that some of my ancestors worked with a vampire couple that never aged. Would that be you?" 

"Yeah, it was a tragedy that we lost Robert and Sandra. Those two were working in the right direction. Leo, your parents were good people. We were in contact with them through the mind link. The connection was set up by myself and Kitty. I know that you know that Kitty worked with them for many years." Cedric closes his eyes, thinking back to the past.

"All I need to know is that you were on their side. I know that they have been gone for a while. I will get the hunter association set up so that I can investigate further. In the meantime, I will need to take care of Kitty and my children. I was executing Luke, but Tiana and Charlette were a pleasant surprise. I wouldn't change my family for anyone else." _Leo patted Luke on the shoulder. "I would offer you a taste, but I know that you are still settling into your powers, and I don't know the effects it would have on you." 

"Nothing will happen. The metabolism in a young wolf will get tipsy, but it would take the whole bottle to get him drunk." Carlos had gotten up and poured more in his cup and grabbed another. He poured some bourbon into the cup. He brought the second cup to Luke. "In human terms, you are too young, but in werewolf years, you are over age." 

Luke took the cup and looked at the amber liquid. "Are you sure that I should drink this?" looking at the glass, Luke's eyes sparkle in excitement. He sees Carlos nodded, so he put the glass to his lips and drank it all at once. "It burns as it goes down." Luke sneezed and sat back to see what it would do to him. 

Leo laughed. You drank a lot for your first time. I suggest that you stick to just that much for now." Leo took the glass and placed it on the table. "You will feel the effects in a little while." 

Carlos polished off the glass he poured and sat down. "It is strange to not know about one's partner location. I have decided that I will decide on my partner. Kitty has been on my case about it for a while now. It doesn't help that I also have my Father on my case, ever since I brought Cindy to the pack." 

"I think that was the point. Kitty is calculating. If we are single and notices even a hint of infatuation, she will do everything in her power to help out. That is how she always has been." Ketan looked up at the ceiling. "I never let found the one until recently. To think it has been one hundred and seventy-seven years already is a testament. Vampires usually settle down in the first hundred years. Look at Cedric and Yuki. They were to be married before one hundred, and my sister also found her life partner before one hundred. Although Stella, you are an exception. You were held against your will and were not allowed to hunt for your chosen one, but at least he was brought to you."
