Chapter 384 - 384 Leo Has Enough With Jenna

Leo sighed, "fine I will not ask more about it but if it is not going to harm me then there is nothing that I should worry about. I trust Kitty to not do anything dangerous to me." 

"You bet your a*s that she would not do anything bad to you. She loves you and that is why even as she was unstable she managed to complete a spell that is complicated as f*ck." Rex put his thumb on the scanner and all the doors started closing.

"I think that you will like the storage that you now have." Leo touched another spot and one last thumbprint scanner popped out.

Rex placed his thumb on the scanner and the whole room shifted. The walkway down was spiral but instead of one big room there were two separate rooms. To the right was a weapons storage area and to the left there was a prison cell. He whistled and unlocked the door with his handprint. "Is there any objection to me using this room to lock up targets?" 

"None, it was placed there under my direct orders. I was thinking that there is a chance that he might escape and I do not want that to happen so I was going to place him here but also have a dummy target. Only a select few members would know about this but that can not happen until the timing is right." Leo shook his head and worried a little bit. 

"I like that a lot better. I am guessing that he will be moved here on Saturday after everything is done on your end. If he somehow gets away before we move him I volunteer to hunt that f*cker down. It is not that I do not think it will happen but on the rare chance that it does then I want to hunt him and pay him back for making my grandbaby suffer. There was an agreement with the foxes that their town would be untouched and he dared to attack there. I know that you did not tell me this but I found out through other means." Rex looks at the entrance and climbs up the stairs. 

"Kitty suffered a lot but she is a lot better now. I know that I could not be there for her when it happened but Valdis held me captive and doused me with that chemical. Thankfully at that time I was not a fox demon yet. I hear that the supernatural that comes in contact with it all go completely mad. Have you found out anything about it?" Leo asked and looked at Rex while climbing the stairs behind him.

"That chemical is a royal pain in the ass. I was able to negate the effects by using my blood. The older you get the less shit can affect you. In my case, I have been alive, what is it now five thousand years?" Rex stepped back into his office and waited until Leo was in the room and scanned his thumbprint and the entrance closed. 

"I think that is a long time and if you did not know how to deal with it after such a long time then what would the point be?" Leo sighed and waited for Ketan to return. 

"I will tell you that there are a lot of workers here that are not telling you about certain things. That chemical is made up of some unsightly ingredients. I found a factory that was using werewolves and I eradicated all of them. The werewolf flesh was being harvested and dried. It was not pleasant to hear and most of the supernaturals left were mindless dead corpses. The ones that were sane begged for death. I wrote you a report about it but I wanted to give it to you in person in case the information got leaked."

"Thank you for telling me. I will make sure that everything is reviewed by myself tomorrow. As for tonight I am taking the night off to be with my family." Leo stretched and left the room and walked back to his office. As he was walking there he could hear Jenna screaming at Ketan.

"YOU'RE NOT MY BOSS. SO DON'T BE TRYING TO TELL ME WHAT TO DO." Jenna was screaming at Ketan.

"Jenna, did you forget what the task that you were supposed to do? I am sure that Brielle would like to hear about this. I was the one that sent Ketan to tell you that the day was done. Since you are fighting with him then that must mean you did not learn your lesson." Leo glanced at the two.

"That is not fair! He told me that we were down for the day but he is not my boss." Jenna whined to Leo.

"I was only doing as I was asked. If Leo did not ask me to inform you I wouldn't have gotten in the way of your work. Trust me, I do not want you to be angry at me." Ketan had his hands lifted in the air in defeat and looked just defeated. 

"ENOUGH! Jenna, go home. I have had enough of you for today. I will have Brielle deal with you tomorrow. Ketan take me home." Leo's temper flares and his transformation starts to break. 

Ketan grabs Leo and Rex before the transformation comes completely undone and takes them to a car in the woods. "Leo, you need to calm down. I know that you do not want to hear that from me but your transformation is coming undone." He looks at Rex. 

Rex looks at Ketan and then at Leo, "you know that the kid is right. Leo, you need to clam down, or else Kitty may come to you thinking that something bad happened." 

Leo heard Kitty's name and took a deep breath. Once he was calm enough, did he finally speak, "I am sorry about that. I didn't think that it would get back to Kitty so fast."
